Great customer service.understanding and pricing. i contacted 3 electricians to do a generator project (not generac) they were able to come quickly. Gordon was great!my hubby and I felt comfortable and needed help we were in the dark with all this..the other electricians were … no words. did not call them back..Install was went well and they took the time to show us what to do when we loose power.We will be using them again. Trust me i tried three and these guys were top notch!!

The company was well recommended by word of mouth by previous customers known to us. The service department understood the electrical issue as described over the phone. They could schedule an appointment the next day with one of their Electricians, who called ahead to confirm they would arrive as expected. The Electrician was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while working. I would use this company again for future electrical projects and recommend them to others.

I would give Aveco and Gordon a 10 Star review if we could. As you can see by attached we had a fairly large job for a homeowner and it showed in the deviation of price from the many quotes I got. But Gordon and Aveco immediately stood out to me as superior when they improved the design I had been presenting and saved me money. It was also just a better way to do it, electrically speaking. More direct wiring.Any way I knew at the quote that Aveco was my electricians and it was just a matter of what it cost to do this job right. Avecos price was awesome, not even close to the most expensive quote I got and I stopped looking after watching Gordon quote my job.Then they show up on time when they said they would, no delays. They have made awesome progress and while my job is not complete today I can say with confidence I will never call another electrician other than Aveco. The staff is all super professional and very experienced and they are so responsive I would not hesitate to hire Aveco for any electrical job large or small.Now I see their trucks all over and i know why, I would highly recommend them for any job!

I had a breaker box replaced in my house. Chuck and Daniel were the gentleman that performed the work. Both were on time, professional, courtesy, competent and did a great job. They labeled the box, performed the work in a timely manner and tidied up afterwards. I will definitely be using Aveco in the future and hopefully the same electricians but Im confident the rest of the crew is great as well. Thank you Aveco for meeting and exceeding my expectations. I had several quotes and even one that beat Aveco but Gordon was pleasant to work with and a strait shooter. I appreciate that especially when many contractors are rude and many often dont show up for the initial quote. Thanks Aveco and I look forward to using you in the future.

The technicians (different teams each time) are always professional, friendly and efficient. Ive been happy with everything so far and will use them again in the future. They had to do A LOT of troubleshooting for my service, and they solved the issues seamlessly. They were very respectful of our home and took great care to leave the job and worksite looking better than they found it. Ive tried many other electricians in Lakeland, but AVECO will be my only choice from now on. Thank you!

Note, they inherited some of the work from another electrical contractor (not to be mentioned). But, they quickly identified the problem and resolved it! Aveco Electrical is my new go-to electrical contractor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great company from Melissa in scheduling/Admin to the servicing electrician, Josh. I am doing a home renovation project and AVECO were, BY FAR, the easiest contractors to quote, schedule, and pay. Downgrading my review to four stars.Having to pay a trip charge for a drive all the way from Bartow without being informed when someone called me with an offer of an earlier appointment is truly customer unfriendly.These are the best electricians.Daniel does excellent work.Just not happy about the clock starting to charge from somewhere as far away as Bartow.I recommend you don’t offer your customers appointment spots without telling them the clock starters ticking from the moment they get in their truck to drive to you.

I called Aveco today and from the moment a friendly woman named Taylor answered the phone I knew I’d made a good decision. Taylor transferred me to Melissa in the service department. Melissa started gathering my information and I told her about my electrical problem which was actually not a problem at all.She walked me through step by step how to fix my issue over the phone! Nowadays who would do that when they could easily just send an electrician out and charge me? They do, that’s who!She was very knowledgeable so I asked her if she was an electrician, she laughed and told me no but that she’s been doing this a while and got calls like mine a lot. I thanked her for saving me the money and she responded with “Not a problem, I’m glad I could help! Please don’t hesitate to call me back if you ever need an electrician & I hope you get to enjoy watching your daughter in the bounce house this weekend!”I mentioned at the beginning when I called that I was in a panic because all my receptacles outside were not working, my daughter was having a birthday party this weekend & I’d paid to rent a bounce house so I need an electrician today & she remembered! What I didn’t tell her is that we are in the middle of a remodel & my husband will be calling her Monday to schedule some actual work this time!

I had a complete remodel of a House to an Office. Initially, I was referred to AveCo for the low voltage services (internet, alarm & cameras). I had another electric company for the electric. I was so impressed by the work AveCo did I got rid of the other company (who was awful) and AveCo stepped in and got the entire job done. The staff is prompt, responsive and friendly. I trusted the work they did and was impressed with the final product. I HIGHLY recommend them for all electrical needs and security needs. 10 stars!

Excellent customer service ! Very reasonable price ! We had electrical problems for years and it was slowly getting worse . Outlets not working , a ceiling fan not working, some lights not coming on . Finally half our house without power , with no a/c . They came right out and replaced our main breaker . All power is back on ! We couldn’t be more happy ! Thank you Josh ! He changed out our main breaker in about 10 minutes ! Josh was Very nice , & Honest ! Great job !

Melissa gave me a price over the phone for the repairs & scheduled an appointment for a week later. She then called me & confirmed my appointment the day before & Josh (the electrician) also called me on his way to let me know he was in transit & on time.Hats off to the hiring team for finding such professional employees!
