    David Peace arrived and was able to see the work I needed and hear all my requirements to decipher what was imperative today to get started.Most important issue today was breakers that were constantly popping in the bathrooms and the garage, and he figured that out and was able to resolve the issues. Everything is up and running again. My trivial items that are for install, like new lights and mirrors that are LED lit along with various updates to outlets will be on future jobs. He is putting together a quote and going to proceed accordingly on those items soonest.I appreciate the fast turnaround and resolving the issue with the breakers popping all the time. I am excited about getting the rest of the electrical work done in my home. I highly recommend Mister Sparky, and especially this electrician, David Peace.Thanks so much.

    Would like to say that David Peace did an excellent job with the installation of my Tesla wall connector. This was the hard-wired version, and he explained the entire job in laymans terms so I could understand exactly what needed to be done. He was also pleasant, personable, and professional...three traits that dont necessarily go together these days. David checked all three boxes. And the job was completed in a much shorter space of time than expected. Great job, David, and thanks, Mr. Sparky.

    Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Hillman with Mister Sparky. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. He did a thorough safety inspection to be sure I was not in any danger.     I shout out praise, persistence, and professionalism to Ana.. not an easy job into the dark, then returning to finish. Everything was completed just waiting for the piece that kept our pump from breaking. The pool is running.. the switches are not tipping and we have a new emergency shut off box next to our electrical breaker box that needed to be replaced.. Thanks again!     David was most helpful. He explained all the options for the immediate repair plus recommendations for proactive replacement of other aging equipment. Very satisfied with the work and am now worry-free re a potential fire hazard. Work area was pristine upon completion (that never happens!)     Very professional tech (Thomas) came out today on short notice after I was stood up by another company. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and handled it immediately.He is also knowledgeable in his field, he educated me along the way, which i appreciated.Service charge was high because I didnt realize I booked during a specific hour on a specific day (Saturday after 4pm) but the peace of mind was worth it.I will be using them again

    Mister Sparky is a very good company. They show up when they said they would. The evening after Jean left I realized I didnt have any hot water. I called the next day and they sent Jean out again. He found the problem and had it fixed in about a half hour. I still would recommend Mr Sparky to my friends and family. Jean was apologetic and was glad he could fix it.

    My wife was having voltage problems using the treadmill in the garage. So we called Mister Sparky and someone came right away and gave us a fair estimate.     We set an appointment to get a new ceiling fan installed. Carlos C. called to confirm his arrival time, did a through assessment and was up front with the costs before getting started with the install. He was organized, laying out his equipment and the fan parts ahead and then got to work or removing the old fan. Carlos did an excellent job and made sure everything tested out well before wrapping up to leave. We are very happy with the service provided.

    Exceptional service! Just wanted to express my gratitude for excellent job done at my house from Mister Sparky Associate, David. After my hot water heater was installed I didn’t have no hot water due to electrical issues, and David came, did his assessment and fixed the problem. I Was so grateful after not having hot water for several days.     Jason from Mister Sparky has been to my house to do a few electricalJobs. Jason himself is very timely, he notifies you when he will be at the job and while working on the project he is very friendly to talk to and does great work. Mister Sparky as a company is very responsive and communicates very well with their customers and are always very friendly. That is just my experiences with them. The pictures are just from one project where Jason from Mister Sparky took out my old birds nest electrical panel and installed a nice new organized one.

    Great experience with Mr. Sparky technician Carlos Carmango Torres today to replace and install 9 GFCI outlets and resolve a wiring issue inside the circuit breaker box. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable, reviewed the work necessary and thoroughly explained resolution prior to starting to complete the project. He was very attentive towards my property, reviewed all work with me, and ensured every outlet was working correctly before requesting sign-off on the project. Price was reasonable for the amount of work and materials.This is the second time I have used Mr. Sparky and would use them again without hesitation.

    Thomas Hillman was respectful honest and explained his electrical knowledge very well.     No issues with anything. Got brought in by their sister company one hour HVAC to finish off part of a new HVAC install. David came first and went threw everything made sure I was good to go until the final fix could be put in and explained everything to me.Next day Avery and Joshua came in did all the work explained what was happening and what was changing etc. Work took maybe 2 hours if that.The larger company is a little slow with communication via automated methods like texting updates, but if you call within a few minutes the whole thing is laid out for you, especially if you get Jada she was very helpful.

    Totally and thoroughly satisfied with our service from Mr. Sparky! Have been using their services for many years and have always been treated with patience, kindness and respect. Today our service tech, Mitho came out to replace a burned out kitchen light. While here, we discovered, thanks to his knowledge, that our smoke alarms were woefully overdue for a changeout. We had that done and now rest secure knowing that aspect of our safety is covered for another ten years. In particular, Mitho was a pleasure to work with: he explained everything very well, patiently answered our questions, fully explained the pricing and went about his work in a professional manner.     Thomas was a lifesaver!My mother and I called Mister Sparky late into the evening hours of the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Our house flooded almost a foot high in some spots.Despite extremely high demand, Thomas and Mister Sparky were able to arrive early in the morning. Its a good thing he did, because he immediately found and removed a power outlet that was about to burst!Thomas was compassionate and friendly, even with a busy schedule ahead of him for the day.We cant thank him enough for his speed and expertise.     Thomas came out on a rainy Saturday and was both helpful and efficient in his work. Here, in Florida, septic systems that have pumps require both certified electricians and septic system technicians. Before we could establish that the pump itself was faulty, we had to make sure power from the circuit breaker and then the gfi outlet and then the actual septic pump control was all in working order.
