    Ms Lois is very knowledgeable about her profession in fixing electric. My oxygen machine went down in the middle of the night. We made a call to this company and she showed up the very next day, early morning. She was very detailed about the problems that we had . One of my service entrance wires were burnt.     Called and needed work done because we are selling the house and the home inspector sited several items in need of repair. We were under a tight deadline and Lois was able to accommodate us.     I have to say I have not been treated with such care and professionalism by a business in quite some time Miss Lois is the opitomy of great business ethics. She was very punctual and knowledgeable about what was causing our problems. She waited for quite a while to help get ahold of Lakeland Electric when they would not answer the phone.     Lois was immediately responsive when called. I needed to check for an electrical problem to a dishwasher after an inspection was conducted for the sale of my home.     When we had an electrical emergency, I called numerous electricians and they did not answer or stated they were booked until after hours. This was 8am on a Friday. I had a young child at home who I would rather not leave without power all day. When I called atline and explained the situation, without hesitation Lois dropped what she was doing and went directly to my residence. Within an hour she diagnosed the issue, restored the power and quoted the repair. Lois worked us into her schedule and stayed working on the repair until nearly 7pm. She offered advice and we even have her coming back next week for an additional job. Her customer service is top notch, shes honest and hard working. I can actually say I now have an electrician to count on! Thank you for helping us, she left us in better shape than we started in!

    Power went out in half my house at 9 close to 10 and not gonna lie I know nothing about electric so I only had one choice and that was to get an electrician especially since my mom is on oxygen and you wouldn’t except anyone to pick up but I looked online anyway and saw Lois I read all her reviews and I then found one that was very similar to mine and there was not one bad thing in it and everyone said the same thing very professional and very knowledgeable and gets the job done and right but on to my experience Lois came the very next morning which i asked for cause it was a holiday weekend the night I called and I heard that would be very expensive so she came the next day as I requested and told me she would be here around 9 to 11 and was here before nine and immediately tried to find the problem and also even let us figure out if it was on the parks jurisdiction to fix the problem before she started the job and once we found out it wasn’t she went straight to work and was just very accommodating If we had questions she answer them all and went into further detail was also just a very sweet person at heart and just didn’t make it just a payment exchange I would highly recommend her she even was okay with my pets which not a lot of people are which you don’t think is a big thing but definitely is but as everyone else has said I would highly recommend Her cause not only is she very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating and gets the job done and right she is also definitely one of a kind and I am so glad she picked up my call and helped my family especially for my mother and also thank you for everything Lois truly

    I can’t say enough about the quality of service that we received from Atline Electric.We were experiencing “flickering” lights and then a loss of power in half of our house, no air conditioning or hot water. I did what I could to troubleshoot the problem but I was in need of someone who knew what they were doing. I called Miss Lois and explained what we were experiencing, told her I am not an electrician and she said “Well lucky for you, I am”. She said she would be at my house in 30 minutes. She showed up less than 30 minutes later and began troubleshooting the issue. She was able to show me that my breaker box was literally burning from the inside, and immediately took the appropriate action to make the condition safe. She told me what needed to happen to repair the damage and scheduled the repair for the morning. The next day her and her crew were at my house with everything needed to replace the damaged breaker box. When the old breaker box was removed, it smelled like burnt electrical wire and the breakers were charred and blistered from the electrical surge. The box itself had orange colored burn marks under where the breakers sit in the box. The time was taken to match mark all the wires to keep track of where everything went and the new box was installed. Once the power was restored, she went room by room and tested everything. I feel like her attention to detail and the level of knowledge of her and her crew was amazing! I truly appreciate Atline Electric for the professionalism, knowledge and work ethic displayed. I have a company for my plumbing, a company for my AC and now I have a company for any electrical needs. Thank you Atline Electric for a job well done!

    We had our outdoor instant hot water heater replaced today but the plumber, being a plumber, didnt have the necessary wiring parts on hand to wire the unit in order to keep rain from entering the electrical conduit. We decided to call an electrician to do it. Weve used another electrician for many years, but they werent available and we didnt want to wait for the rain to come and water to run into the electrical junction box. Did a little google search and decided on giving Atline a call. Lois answered, i told her what needed to be done, being locally close, she said shed be by in a little while to see it for herself; Id already sent her a picture to give her an idea. She came not long after the call and within minutes, job done and at a reasonable price... far lower than what others would charge. Meeting Lois, the owner, was the best part of the job. Shes a REAL go getter with nothing but love in her heart for our Lord and Savior, and, a real love of her trade. Being a female MASTER Electrician, and black, may give others pause, or allow it to stand in the way of giving her a call...to that I say, DONT be that way! Read her history and give her a call... ive been all over the map as far as work ive done and contractors ive used over the years and its nice to give local tradespeople a call and have them do the work. In these times, its rewarding to give them some work that I may normally do. Its a female owned and operated LOCAL business.
