TCI Builders was a joy to work with throughout the construction of our new home. They feel much more like a partner than just a hired contractor. Even before we purchased the lot, TCI was there as a trusted advisor helping us make an informed decision about whether to move forward. While plans were being drawn, TCI continued to work with us and our architect to help understand the costs and benefits of key decisions. During construction, TCI cared so much about the projects quality it was as if TCI was building the home for themselves. Their attention to detail gave me comfort that the project was being done right at all times. And when challenges arose, they were presented to us with professionalism and were addressed right away so that they didnt become bigger issues later on. There really wasnt even a punch list toward the end, because TCI looked for those things on their own so we didnt have to. Now that we are in the home, if we ever have a question, TCI is a phone call or text away with a quick answer. TCI truly wants us to love our new home, and we absolutely do.

We couldnt be happier with the work Thomasevich Construction did on our home. We needed an additional room with an attached office added to our existing home and we needed it quick. They were on point for the whole job and met all deadlines which made our lives so much easier and allowed the project to finish on time. We would highly recommend Thomasevich Construction for any future projects.
