Ive lived in FLorida for 6 years now, originally from Cali. I have never dealt with such a professional and caring company here in FL as I have with Gator Electric. I called to report I had issues with not receiving power in various places in my home. The person that initially talk to was very nice and then I talk with Denise...she was amazing in every way. She suggested I call FPL and report the issue and they came out the same day and fixed the problem. No one from Gator had to come out, but the service I received was 1st class. If every company in America had the same level of service, their business will never fail. Thank you so much for treating me like I was a king Gator. You guys are Gator-riffic!!

Gator electric is absolutely amazing!!! I can’t praise them enough! My surge went out that controlled our main unit. They stopped everything they were doing at the end of the day to accommodate me. Christine (please forgive me if I got your name wrong) went above and beyond to get me in the schedule because I have a baby without air. Alain volunteered his time away from his family ( as he was in his way home) to make sure whatever happen was taken care of. This is a breath of fresh air because every vendor or contractor I’ve encountered here in boca has taken advantage of me and haven’t been good. I have already booked them for another job and will be using them for everything in the future. I’m blow away by their seller customer service and empathy for others. Thank you Gator!

I am sooo happy to have found Gator Electric help me with my dysfunctional fluorescent lights for the kitchen.I spoke with Denise in the morning, she went above and beyond to send me their technician in the afternoon. I had Marc who diagnose the problem and replaced the ballast for me at an affordable price! He is most knowledgeable, courteous and my kitchen lights were working again within the hour!!!I am a most happy customer, and I highly recommend them! Thank you Denise and Marc!!! 😊

Amazing service, communicated with me every step of the way, even was able to come earlier than the day we had scheduled. Precise with arrival time too. Our electrician Alain was very polite and knowledgeable, communicated the whole way with what he was doing, our pups even didn’t mind having a guest in our home. Ok. First off they actually answered the phone every time I called. Denise was super professional and kind through the whole process. Prices are very fair compared to others. Work was 5 stars. Easy quote process and I even added work and they just added another quote and made it easy. They would have sent someone out but to make it easier on me due to my time I sent someone pics via email and explanation of the work I wanted done. I received a quote very quickly and they answers a bunch of questions I had via phone. No rushing me. Scheduled appointment and they shows up on time with many advanced notice follow ups. A nice professional vehicle with 2 polite employees showed up and went over everything they were going to do and made sure I was happy before the my started. They finished within a reasonable time and cleaned up everything and explained all to me before they left. Payment was easy with a link through email. I really recommend them and I will def use them again. Go for it. Now make it a Gatorific Day!!!!! That’s what they say when they answer phone. Haha

I called Gator to give an estimate on repairing damage that my internet people had done while burying my cable. Denise, who answered my call, was polite, professional, and quite pleasant to speak with. I had an electrician/technician scheduled almost immediately for the next afternoon, I knew how much the visit would cost, when he was coming, his name and informed that he would call when he was on his way. My electrician was also professional and polite. We went over the damage, my concerns and ideas, as well as what his plans were and different approaches available to complete the work. I have submitted my estimate to my internet provider, but have not yet had the repair. The way Gator has treated me thus far certainly instills confidence that I have chosen the correct people to make the repair.Thanks Gator

Our issue was relatively minor (changing out a circuit breaker and adding a surge protector to the panel) but what was most important was the competence of the technician and his demeanor. He arrived within the time frame the office had given us and explained what he was doing. He was extremely helpful in explaining the options and agreed to our decision readily. The best review I can give is, if we have another electrical issue, I will call Gator immediately.

Alain was a very helpful technician. Our dryer stopped turning on and we had to assess what was causing the issue- the machine or the socket. Turns out there were issues within the circuit and evidence of burning so he was able to reside completely to the breaker and get everything working again. Very respectful and personable to work with, would recommend the company and tech.

Gator Electric has done work for me several times in the past. Each time, the service techs are knowledgeable, honest and give realistic expectations with excellent service. We have used them for both electrical and communication work in our home and we have never had a problem with anything they have done. The workmen are clean, respectful and punctual. They do not leave a mess when they are finished!Recently, I had my AC serviced by another company and discovered the exterior electrical breaker was failing. Due to hot, moist summers in South Florida, my wife and I wanted the component changed as quickly as possible. We called and Gator Electric was there within 18 hours of my request, fixed both the breaker and the box. Now we can face summer heat without concern of an unexpected electrical malfunction.I would highly recommend them if you want to get it done right the first time.

Gator Electric did a wonderful job at our new home. We had several electrical projects. Ceiling fan removal with 14ft ceilings, new ceiling fan hung with 14ft ceilings, New Foyer coastal light hung up which was broken and they rewired it to make it work for us, and added cable outlet into bedroom. They were nice, personable, thorough, and cleaned up the messes very well. We will only use Gator Electric for any future work we will need and will refer to others. Thank you so much!
