    The best possible experience. Electricians Bernard and Caesar hung a new LED fixture on a slanted high ceiling perfectly. They adjusted the rings with patience and care, exactly to my wishes. They were pleasant and personable. It was easy to obtain an estimate over the internet using photos. The price was fair. It is easy to do business with this company.

    I am for sure keeping the Simon Electric phone number in my address book whenever electrical issues arise. A switch in our bedroom broke and made our ceiling fan unusable, so I used that opportunity to also replace two ceiling fans in my house.Setting up the appointment over the phone was super easy and they were able to fit me in within a couple days.Antwane and Robert came out to do the work and they were awesome. They went out and got a new switch first, and they replaced that and the two ceiling fans (which I purchased at Lowes) quickly without sacrificing quality. I hate when fans wobble and make noise, and these are silent and dont move at all, even on the highest setting.They also saw a billing error *after they left* and came back to tell me they mistakenly charged me too much and fixed it. You dont see things like that often and thats why Simon Electric will be my go to electric company moving forward.

    I recently contacted Simon Electric to replace an outside breaker box that was way beyond its life expectancy. I called on a Sunday expecting an answering machine. Well, Stacey did answer and scheduled a technician for me a couple of days later. Ethan came to the house and did the work and all is working well. Ethan was friendly, courteous and most knowledgeable. The other person I dealt with in the office was Casey, who handles the payments. I cannot say enough about Stacy, Casey and Ethan.     We needed a light moved and pendant chandelier hung up in our kitchen. I called around to a few places but nobody could give me a quote over the phone or have a decent turn around time.     Great company and staff! I needed a chandelier installed in my foyer area so I contacted Simon Electric. I spoke with Casey and she was able to give me a price and scheduled me right away. James and Antwan were on time, friendly and did an amazing and efficient job given that my ceiling is high. They brought all the equipment needed and even cleaned up the dust afterwards. I’ll definitely be using them for any future electrical needs.

    Danny and Albert were awesome! They arrived on time and the work was done beautifully. I had limited attic space to wire the fan and really didnt want the wire running from the fan to the outlet. They worked and figured it out by cutting a very small hole in the ceiling. After the install they cleaned and closed up the hole... I could barely notice. Very little clean up for me!

    Antoine and John were fantastic. We thought the job would at least take two days with everything that needed to be done around the house and they finished it in one day. They were also extremely kind and friendly with our four children running around while they were trying to get work done.     My name is John Sullivan, Im on the Board of Directors for the Evergreen Condo Assoc. In Delray Beach FL.Our building is a three story concrete structure. We recently employed Simon Electric to remove all the old lighting fixtures in the building and replace them with flushed mounted LED fixtures. This amounted to replacing approx.120 fixtures. Simon Electric was outstanding they completed the job in one and a half days.Starting with the office staff Stacey and Casey who were outstanding they were able to get all the materials for the job in a timely manner and at a fair price . The work crews consisting of Brian,Jordan,James,Danny,David,Donny,Ethan, and Antwane were all very professional and couteous finished the job in record time.Many of the owners in our Association have nothing but rave reviews for this Company and the Job they did.

    OMG…what a great company!!!! We called, they called us back immediately, set up an appointment for the same day, then called back to make it earlier that same day. What service. Both technicians, Bernard and Pete, couldn’t have been nicer, more professional and very knowledgeable.     It is always spooky using a company for the first time, especially when you are new to the area like I am. But Danny from Simon Electric was excellent. He crawled around in the attic space for over an hour ensuring that everything was wired correctly (Alex helped too). He spent his time making sure things were installed properly and working. Additionally, he was personable and helpful giving some good advice for future projects that I will be doing next year. I will use Simon Electric again for those projects. Overall I think that Simon Electric is a bit pricey...but sometimes you got to bite the bullet and shell out the money to ensure that things are done properly.     I had a quick power outage during a thunderstorm, but one area wasnt getting electricity back.     Danny and Albert from Simon resolved my tricky electrical problem in both of my bathrooms. After not having power in either bathroom for over two weeks, Danny and Albert managed to diagnose the somewhat complicated wiring problem in my condo and repaired and replaced the necessary outlets, wiring and breakers.     Incredible service! Called their toll-free number late Tuesday and left a message. They called back early on Wednesday and scheduled service the next day. The 3 electricians arrived on time and were helpful with a few additional requests that morning.     Hi, my experience with contractors has been terrible since moving back to South FL 3 years ago, so I was quite upset when I had major electrical issues at 130 am on a Friday. Simon owner came out within an hour identified the problem, and made my home safe until Monday when work could be done at a more reasonable rate. He made a choice not to charge me rates that would have put a strain on me and my family and I respect that. I am very scared of fire and I would have paid whatever. I am a nurse who has worked with burn victims. I have been impressed with the work done at my house and I highly recommend Simon Electric. They identified a potentially serious electrical problem, corrected it, and did not price gauge. Prior to Simon, I had 5 licensed electricians doing various work including Solar…not one identified the dangerous electrical situation I had in my home. After work was done, my power had another big problem at night, late on a Friday, my son was home, I was at work. I quickly blamed Simon…I was WRONG. Again Simon came out in the dark and identified an FPL problem on the pole, which is confirmed by FPL today. Major work needs to be done, and Simon was instrumental in making FPL take action. I am very grateful, electrical is serious and Simon protected my home, family from expense and potential fire. I suggest using an ethical contractor like Simon because he cares and is smart.     Michael and Chris were a good team. I had a bad outlet I needed changed, and had put tape on it to make sure no one tried to use it. Even though the tape on the wall had nothing to do with changing the outlet, they asked for Goo Gone to clean the residue off the wall. I thought it really showed how much they cared about the work they did. They were professional, timely, and did good work. They were a good face for the company.

    Very satisfied with Simon Electric! They always answer the phone, and the scheduler is very courteous. It is easy to schedule an appointment. The technician, Ethan, arrived on time and was very professional (and pleasant!) He addressed the problem I had with my kitchen fluorescent lights by installing LEDs, They look great, are bright, and are perfect for a busy kitchen! We have another problem with our bathroom outlets, and Ethan arranged to come out and deal with that issue, as well, at a later date. I was scheduled for Thursday March 2 , 2023 which was amazing .The two techs , Danny / Pete arrived exactly on time . Well I can tell you the reviews were right and I am happy with the service that was provided today! Antwon and Bryon were on time (the window was between 9 and 9:30), they were here no later than 9:30. They were polite, personable and courteous :) Antwon and Bryon were here for a couple of hours and did a through job and now I have working lights and outlets again yay!     I called Simon Electric to make an appointment for them to come to my home and fix 3 outlets that were not working. I reached Casey on the phone. She was so lovely. I explained to her my problem and she immediately asked me if I had a reset button on my outlet. I didnt know so she stayed on the phone while I was checking my outlets. I did find one outlet with the button. She told me to press the reset button. I did and all three outlets were working once again. Needless to say I was thrilled. She was so nice and I cant say enough about her to help me out before sending an electrician. I got the feeling that Simon Electric really cares about prospective customers. She was so happy to help me out and I didnt have to call in an electrician for something I could do myself. I will sure use them the next time when only an electrician will be able to do the job.     Simon Electric is a great company with excellent customer service. They are dependable, professional, and trustworthy. I had a problem with an outlet, under the sink) that provided power to my dishwasher and garbage disposal. I called them because that had previously installed a ceiling fan in my 14 ft ceiling. They did an excellent job.When they arrived to address my outlet problem, they spent several hours, testing circuit breakers and running diagnostics. Eventually the outlet had power.? They assumed resetting the circuit breakers solved the problem. However, approximately four days latter the problem, no power to the outlet, reoccurred. I called Simon Electric to inform them of the bad news. They came back the second time, reset the circuit breakers, etc. and the problem was once again resolved. Four days later the problem returned. For the third time they came to my house, this time they found that the neutral (white) wire going back to the circuit panel was lose, fluttering causing occasional, intermittent power loss.The problem was finally resolved permanently. Simon Electrical came back three times and never charged me

    I just had (on Sept 8, 2020) a spectacular experience with 2 great Electricians, David and Bill, from Simon Electric. I had been having an odd issue preventing my AC and some other appliances from working in my condo for 4 days! I called them at noon and asked if they could come out ASAP, and they arrived at 4:15 PM that afternoon and after about 15 minutes of perplexing diagnostics they determined the issue was that one of my main 120V legs was not providing full power, so the problem had to be outside my unit at the meter. Once identified, they replaced the faulty Main breaker outside and everything went back to perfect. Thank you guys for same day, professional and knowledgable service!!

    I used Simon to upgrade my panel and install a generator. Right from the start, Casey made it easy and managed the process. She was fantastic!Simon did a great job...prompt, professional, got the job done, and managed all the logistics.     All five smoke/fire detectors in our home were damaged in a neighborhood-wide outage/power restoring event. Rafael answered our emergency call at 2:15 AM.     Today Zach and Aaron from Simon Electric showed up at my house on time and ready to get the job done right. We needed a junction box ( I think that is what it is called) installed in our living room far away from any other light fixtures in the ceiling (along with another minor electrical fix). The installation of the junction box was a very a difficult task as the attic crawl space is very, very limited. This however was not a problem for these two pros. They got the job done and at an unbeatable price. We are very, very happy with the work they performed and we would recommend their services to anyone. Great job.

    We suffered a big power surge from our FPL transformer and FPL was not helpful. Simon electric was great they came out right away and a head of them doing any work they took pics provided an estimate which was fair for the work to be done. The guys that did the estimate James and Danny they were great we felt so comfortable with them and Simon Electric we offered to pay in advance they said they would only take a deposit. They scheduled the date to come install our new panel and told us at the estimate that if we put in a whole house surge protector it would stop it from happening again (we lost appliances in our kitchen and a computer printer and a sprinkler pump) I want to be clear they never pressured us or over sold us on things the whole house surge protector was me asking them for the info on it based on what happened. They were on time for the appt. they were neat tide and cleaned up after they were done we never knew they were here they were that tidy. I will definitely use them again and request Danny and James. Thanks Simon for helping us get back on track when FPL didnt.

    I called and spoke to STACEY, i needed a 2nd opinion after i felt like i was getting the run around from another electrician(and i was). She spent 20min on the phone with me talking about my issues and she stated i needed to call FPL to make sure it was on there end. I called FPL, they came, and it was a FPL issue. She saved me from spending $15,000 from another company.I will 100% be having Simon Electric come to my property after FPL fixes my Meter.

    Danny and Antwane were the techs that showed up and they did a fantastic job. They were very proffesional, on-time, friendly/polite and most of all they were able to fix the transformer issue i was happening. They didnt waste anytime, as soon as I described what was going on they went right to work and were able to replace the transformer replaced and even have the area looking better than it did before..     Simon Electric ran a dedicated circuit to my 1000w microwave, which was previously tripping the fuse. They also fixed an outdoor outlet and replaced 2 wall outlets. They straightened out an existing mis-wiring problem. Service was professional and timely. Would recommend this company to another customer.

    I found Simon Electric on Google and had them come out and give me a quote. After two years of renovations on a house built in 1942 I shouldnt be surprised that issues would come up and I am so grateful for the electricians at Simon Electric who came up with solutions and found ways to get things working exactly as I wanted them to. My electricians assigned to the job were Antwon and David. Antwon walked me through each issue as it arose and helped figure out resolutions that were cost effective and safe. When it was realized that the work would take more than a day to get done I contacted Stacey who made sure I got the same electricians back. I ended up adding more things to the list and they same electricians were scheduled for a third day to take care of it. My 6yo followed them around when they would arrive and they patiently described tools and things they were doing before we would leave them for the day to get the work done quietly. She has sensory issues that make loud noises disruptive to her which I only briefly mentioned when they came to give a quote, because she was so anxious about them using tools. They remembered the following week when they returned to start the work and were careful to not use any power tools until we managed to get out of the house. Antwon and David were trustworthy, professional, and beyond that, compassionate. They always made sure any debris or mess was cleaned and disposed of before they left too. When I get around to remodeling the kitchen I will be calling them back to do all the lighting and electrical work. Hopefully, Antwon and David will be available. They were fantastic. Office staff were always responsive to calls and emails too.

    I am writing this review for Nancy Melby who contracted with your company to install a fan switch and wiring for a kitchen fan. Your technicians were pleasant even though I was not able to project my needs to them. They installed the wall switch and I asked them to leave. In contacting your company I explained my situation and requested a refund. Your president was very cooperative and provided a complete refund of Nancys money. I have no problem in recommending Simon electric in the future realizing there are many unique situations that a normal electrician may not be aware of. This was the case with her Casablanca fan that required a conversion from a normal remote control to a microprocessor system using a RF switch to activate the fan.Thank you for your cooperation.
