I bought a new house in 2023 and Ive been working with Phase NW on all my electric jobs since then, from replacing my electric panel and upgrading my capacity in my home to installing new permanent Christmas lights on my house and shed. Theyve been phenomenal on every job, and while the Christmas lights took a long time to sort out as recurring issues from existing home wiring created odd behavior, Eugene and the team kept coming back week after week, month after month, to make sure we got them working.Thank you for the amazing work!

We had so many issues causing gfi outlets to burn up, breakers for inside lights flipping, and outlets inside and outside not working. He allowed me to watch him as he used his years of experience to correctly diagnose and correct each issue. We couldn’t be more pleased and recommend him unconditionally.

Phase NW has given me hope that there are reliable, professional companies still out there.Gene, the owner, came over to give an estimate on several updates that we wanted to make (literally several pdf pages full) to our 1979 home that we are slowly renovating. He was thorough, asked many questions, and gave much appreciated advice.Considering how many changes we wanted I was pleasantly surprised at the quote and scheduling was so straightforward. Every day that someone would come by the office would call me 15-20 minutes before arrival to let me know the crew was on the way.Trey was who we worked most closely with on site, but Gene also came for some of the more complicated askers. Throughout the team was on time, explained the process to me, gave recommendations when several unexpected challenges came up, and cleaned up all areas after a job was complete. They were extremely professional and we are already planning out what additional projects wed like them to tackle.They were patient with my questions, flexible with additional asks, and so friendly from start to finish.I have already recommended this company to my coworkers and can say with full confidence if you are looking for an electrician that you can trust this is the company for you.Im attaching pictures of a few of the updates they made and the results speak for themselves.

This particular job took much longer than expected and he even had to drive to the nearest Home Depot to luckly, get the last part available. If there are 10 stars to measure the excellence, I would gave to Phase NW a 10!Our thermostat for the heated floor tends to burn out. We went through 4 thermostats over 5 years. Each time it was installed by another company. When Wesley from Phase NW came, he suggested to ran a diagnostic test. He correctly found out the problem and fixed it for good.A month ago, Kyle came in for a simple job, then he took great effort to run a diagnostic test. He helped solving an outlet problem we had for years that other electricians couldn’t fix.

I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the upcoming Monday. I had called 3 other places and this is the first one that I was able to talk to someone on the phone. On the day of the appointment they kept me aware of when they would be there, which was the exact time the appointment was for. Trae was the person who helped and did such a through inspection and helped me understand everything that was going on. He helped with not just the main issue I called about, but thankfully had time to help with some other concerns I had around the house. I feel like my house is safer now and am so glad I went through phase NW.UPDATE: 9/24/2023 I had some issues and Trae came out and worked on them. Ten out of ten great job, timely, great at communicating and I really like that they offer a yearly membership program. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing I can call them if I have electrical issues.

Gene and Wesley were terrific. We recently moved into the house and had issues with non-working light switches as well as questions about the wiring of the house. They took the time to explain everything and made recommendations as to how to improve the function of the existing electrical system. They located and repaired the problems with the switches and will get back to us regarding future improvements.

Ok, first off, theyre way too expensive, BUT...and this is a BIG BUT...theyre responsive, every facet of their operation from customer service to the guys doing the call is on point, and the technicians are competent, realistic, and down to earth dudes that will tell you the simple truth without being pushy.We were in the process of purchasing a manufactured home for my mom in law. The sellers had agreed to hire a licensed bonded electrical contractor to fix some stuff we found via our inspector.They fixed the stuff, but turns out the guys that did the work were unlicensed electricians...i.e., the work was completely illegal by WA state standards.To top all this off, we were literally days from closing..already having to have had to file an extension due to this mess.So, I researched, then called around and got a buncha highly rated electricians that either:A: Wont do manufactured homesB: Wont certify work done by anyone other than themselvesC: Are incapable of showing up anytime sooner than 2 weeks from the date of request for service.D: Were just jerks in general when i explained the sitch to them.Enter Phase NW, about 10 down on my list. Their receptionist was excellent. She was attentive, detail oriented, and above all, effective. We had a consultation ($89 trip fee which is insane, most companies offer this for FREE, but what was I gonna do?) setup for the next business day.That day came, and I had to coordinate the real estate agent, as well as myself and Phase on an on site ETA. I called Phase NW back and the same receptionist personally called the electricians en route and confirmed an almost exact arrival time. Awesome work once again on her part.The guys showed up exactly on time.I explained I needed them to inspect the panel and overall electrical system to determine that the work done by the non licensed guys was up to code, and that we hadnt been bamboozled and the place was gonna burn down.Without any argument, they showed me a tabled pricing tier and recommended a 10 point detailed electrical system check, which included a tare down of the electrical panel, and check of everything inside. All for the low low price of $400+ dollars on TOP of the $89 trip fee. Again, WAY too expensive, BUT I agreed. I had no other choice. We were down to the literal wire on closing the home.About 30 minutes later they came back with their list of observations. They caught some stuff NOT related to the issues I was concerned on, and verified the fixes by the non licensed guys were not only good, they exceeded what had been asked for in our original bid to the sellers. They explained this in detail.So...they did NOT prey on the fact I am not a certified master electrician, and gave me the exact information I needed with 0 upsell or pressure tactics.I also received a detailed written breakdown that went over every facet caught or observed in the system, with an A-F grade score for each. Additionally I was emailed this information.So, in closing, kinda highway robbery based off a specific pricing system that frankly, seems to prey on people who dont know a GFCI from a Lamp? BUT, the receptionist and guys DOING the work themselves are good, honest people. They were also available literally a WEEK sooner than any other company. They were punctual, they were professional, and YES, they were 100% licensed and bonded, with 0 infractions via the WA State Department of Labor and Industries to date.So, 5 Stars guys, pricing aside.In closing, this was a $300 all in, literal 30 minute inspection job with a 10-15 minute synopsis. The team was on site no more than an hour total. I paid $540+ after taxes when all was said and done. BUT...again, what was I gonna do?OTHER than that, and thanks to Phase NWs excellent communication and professionalism from start to finish, ...in retrospect? and even via what I paid; the quick, concise, honest, and well organized conclusion (with written documentation) was worth the rest to my sanity and blood pressure.

We had an electric panel and power loss (kitchen) issues last fall, but we couldnt find anyone to take our job. We limped along with an extension cord to our gas range. I guess I was looking in all the wrong places. Finally, my husband came across Eastside Best Pick Reports, and Phase NW LLC was the only electrician listed. It was an answer to all our electrical problems.Simply, Gene was great.Our issue took a little more detective work, and I was very impressed with how methodically he tracked down the source of our problems. He explained things as he went along, and I really appreciated that too. Finally, after almost three hours of detective work, our issue was resolved, and we were delighted.Our only regret was that we didnt call Phase NW LLC sooner.I would recommend Phase NW LLC to anyone who needs an electrician. A special order part was needed and the office staff kept me updated and quickly got the team out to get the project finished. The whole team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, Trace and Anthony were friendly, deeply interested in their work, and used covid precautions. Definitely happy with their workmanship and the resulting dimmer switches.

Extremely pleased. I saw their truck in the Home Depot parking lot. The slogan on the truck read something like - the Electrician that Cares. so I thought it was worth a shot. From the initial call they treated me like an important prospective customer, scheduled an appt. very quickly and sent texts confirming the appt. Did everything promised. I got a call or text alerting me when the tech was on his way right within the promised narrow window. Kade was personable and professional, young but really knew his stuff. He found the problem quickly and was able to solve it much more easily than even he anticipated/estimated. Even though he had brought fancy replacement switches, he was honest about not needing them so didnt falsely charge me for something that was unnecessary - and I would not have known the difference in this instance as the problem appeared severe following a power surge and power outage when crews were doing work on our street.When the job took far less than expected and estimated, he reduced the price and was willing even to explain to me the solution that I could probably do on my own the next time should it happen elsewhere in the house.The company called to follow up afterwards to make sure all tasks were completed to my satisfaction. Price was fair, work was done quickly and neatly. I would not only use them again, I highly recomend them to others. Its so nice to have a reliable, fair priced electrician in my contact list.

Gene and Chris came by and immediately got to work. Asked a few questions there and there and in no time, Gene was able to determine what the issue was. What took me almost two days to figure out came down to less than 30mins. Although we couldn’t get the custom switches installed, Gene made sure that it wasn’t the wiring but found out that switches might have blown anyway. No big deal, purchased toggle switches from them which looked more up to date than my old ones. Very happy with the service as well as down to earth gentlemen. Thank you Megan, Gene and Chris!

This looks like a newer company but it is a hidden gem. They have their s*** together. They are using modern technology to run their business. Booking an appointment was easy and the administrator gave me a call back when an earlier slot appeared. Their call out fee was the most reasonable of the five other electricians with which I worked.The whole experience of them on site was professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and laid out options for additional work that I was looking to get done. Very good crew.

Phase NW was wonderful! They came quickly and were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast workers. I felt like my home was now current and up to code. In the age of covid, I will also share that I felt safe having them in my space. They wore masks and were wonderful to work with.

Gene and his assistant worked efficiently to finish the priority project and provide bids for other possible projects. They also fixed a broken outdoor light and did a walkthrough of the entire house, finding a few other issues that need attention. They seemed knowledgeable and communicative, and the pricing offered seemed fair.

Highly recommend Phase NW electric. These electricians communicate well, follow through on what they promised, were timely, and competitive cost. They really took time to explain so I got no surprises, took care of panel replacement, outlet and switch upgrades on an old 1960s house. Oh yes, and the electricians are dog friendly.
