Terrific experience. My family used Patriot previously and was highly impressed. The company is so busy that we were scheduled for about two months out, so we asked to be on a waiting list. After just a couple of weeks, they called and said they had a cancellation that day and would be happy to come out right then. The three technicians who came to our house were knowledgeable, highly capable, polite, and left my property spotless. They answered all my questions and took the time to show me, slowly, how everything works. Highly recommend.

The 3 man crew from Patriot Services, arrived exactly when they said they’d be there. They were led by Adam Jackson, Jr.. All were extremely polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the Generac, I purchased. They told me at what time they needed to shut off the gas for hookup and precisely when they were going to shut off electricity. After the gas was hooked up, one man went up into the attic to relight the pilot on our water heater. When everything was hooked they gave me a test run. They explained what to expect when the unit was engaged and when it goes back to electricity. I’m very happy with the unit I bought and the pleasant people at Patriotic Services.

Service provider initiated scheduling routine maintenance on the whole house generator, which came just in time, because I had an error code pop up a week after scheduling. This service provider changed the battery (I purchased in advance) in addition to other maintenance.Recommendation: a courtesy text informing of arrival and or youre on the premises. I only knew they were here after my security cameras alerted someone was in the backyard. It was then I came out to communicate regarding the error code and I had a replacement battery.Thank you for the maintenance service.

I want to recommend Patriot Services Electric to you, especially if your needs include a generator. I am a construction project manager with decades of experience, and I pushed Adam and Hana hard, with a ton of details and questions in bidding and planning for my standby generator. My project was very difficult because to be Code compliant, we had to locate the generator on the opposite side of my house from where the electric panel and gas supply are, meaning that heavy gauge wire and gas pipe had to be extended through the attic to the other side. Pedro and his team of electricians and plumbers had to endure my scrutiny during installation and did so cheerfully. Adam always did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. Patriot Services has earned my trust and respect, for generators or any other electrical work.Most generator shoppers are interested in not overpaying for their installation. I took bids from eight companies and spent time with six of them qualifying their bids. Adam was the low price, which gave me concern at first, but I am super glad I chose him and his team. Give them a chance on yours! I think you’ll be pleased.

Patriot Electrical services did a remarkable job installing my generator. Once Adam realized my predicament he pulled out all the stops to get my generator installed. After a few phone calls and texts and Adam coordinating with my propane provider he set a date for install. As happy as i was with Adam, his electricians were just as responsive and did an exceptional job on- site getting my generator installed. They were very professional, worked well with the propane installers, and were also very courteous. Best of all they cleaned up the work area completely before they left. They also took time to walk me through the operation of the generator. Big thanks to Pedro, Joseph and Adam for taking ownership of this project and seeing it to completion. Can’t thank you all enough.

Had a FANTASTIC Generac Generator experience with Patriot Services Electric. From initial contact, when immediately after a devastating windstorm in Houston, with hundreds of thousands of homes without power, and streets blocked by fallen tree limbs, they not only took me on as a new client, they fit me into their installation schedule within an unbelievable short amount of time, AND, worked on my preferred day of the weekNot only was the installation done in an obviously professional manner, it was the so-called little things that were the reason for the word FANTASTIC (note: ALL CAPS!!) at the beginning of this review. Just the first of the many examples of these little things were the friendliness and politeness of everyone in the crew.Another example: I wanted to use the same brick as those on my house as spacers to elevate the concrete slab that the generator goes on. Our deal CLEARLY was that I would have the bricks available at the installation site. This involved me having to retrieve the bricks from a very confined and difficult to access site crawl space. As I was getting ready to try and do what I had agreed to, I momentarily left the area to find a hook of some sort to attach to a long pole that I was planning to use. When I returned a short time later with the needed equipment, I saw that the crew members had not only physically crawled into the confined space, THEY (not me as we had agreed) not only retrieved the bricks, THEY carried them from the crawl space to where they were needed.As if that was not enough, before leaving, they literally picked up each and every bit of debris, bits of cut wire, etc. so that the area around the generator was immaculately clean.Literally, that same day I started to share details of my FANTASTIC (there go those ALL CAPS again) experience with my daughter and with any of my friends that might be interested in a generator.Question: Why did I only give them 5 stars?Answer: Google did not give me the 10 star option I was looking for.

Got a generator install last Friday, technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. After the install the owner showed up and answered all of my questions. Adam Jackson made our install experience special. My wife and I have a special needs child that requires we have power at all times. We both knew for years that we could not go through another horrible winter with the possibility of another power outage.

We got a new washer and dryer in our home that needed a specific outlet to plug into that we did not have. Pedro came out installed the outlet and ran the wire in a very timely manner. He had to cut a hole in the wall but made sure to clean up all the dry wall that fell during his work. I highly recommend Patriot Services Electric for the people and services!
