Mr. Electric came to my house the day after I first reached out to them. They began work that same day after I agreed to scope and price. The Electrician was polite, professional and took great care with my house. After the work was done, the Electrician walked me through the work and explained exactly what he had done. While definitely not the least expensive, the price was worth the service, the professionalism and the quality of the work.

Very happy with the service provided - in my case the goal was to install a generator inlet and a whole home surge protector. My technician walked through the options available in my situation and was extremely knowledgeable about each. Once decided, the outcome of the service exceeded my expectations and the electrician spent time with me to fully understand how to use the system properly in various outage situations. I interviewed several companies and would highly recommend Mr. Electric based on my experience.

He was able to fix the serious electrical issues the same day and even took the time to provide advice. This is the second time I have used their services and I’m very happy with the outcome.

My washer circuit was tripping after a power surge. Mr Electric came out, assessed everything regarding my panel and my washer and gave me a quote on getting my panel moved, adding a generator and surge protection. I was prepared to get hit hard on the cost but I was pleasantly surprised at getting my current issue repaired AND the cost for the other jobs I got a quote on. Let me say that I am extremely happy with the fast service ( called them after 9 am and they were out before 11 am) and the time taken to explain the whole process. The great reviews about this company is very much on point. Going to be getting my quoted jobs done sooner than expected.

I was very happy with the service I received. I had discovered that there were problems with my smoke detectors. It turned out that there were many problems with my electrically neglected 21 year old house. Luis B explained the problems and solutions and corrected them. Franklin was very professional, on time and friendly. He was very thorough, and explained everything that he saw that needed to be fixed that had been improperly wired beforehand, with pictures and a thorough explanation of the price options for what we had already requested, as well as anything else we might choose to fix. He ended up working all day for us into the early evening to get everything done, while dealing with the heat and humidity for a good portion of it. We also really like the member options, as well. Will use this service again but they can be expensive Waiting to see if Centerpoint will step up and reimburse me( not likely).

The company was quick to locate and dispatch an electrician who was able to source a temporary replacement that evening and schedule a follow up to install the new replacement breaker the following morning. Power was restored to my home that evening in about an hour. I can not recommend this company more, excellent service, especially being an after hours service call.

Brandon Turner was dispatched to our home on Friday. He showed up and confirmed the problem with my family. He stayed in his van for another 30 min as I was not avaliable to talk. He and I came to an agreement and the next morning, SATURDAY, he was there with his crew. Now Saturday evening the work is done and we are waiting on CenterPoint to hook up the power.Edited Monday: So there was some sort of mix-up where CenterPoint didnt hook the power back up. Mr.Turner (and/or his team) made two trips to my home on Monday, ensuring that my elderly parents werent without air-conditioning (electricity) in this record-breaking July (2023) heat. He directly communicated with me, multiple times and kept me in the loop, so to speak. He went above and beyond, of what was expected of him. Taking toll roads after his last job, to show-up before me and calling after hours to confirm that my parents were indeed comfortable. He is an asset to his company. I would also like to bring attention to the reception staff. Everytime I called, I heard and felt the compassion, empathy, and concern in there voices. Kudos to Mr. Electric of Katy, you guys are 💯.

I liked that my technician Gilbert Galinato provided expert professional service by calling me with his ETA and showing up when he said he would. He explained clearly the scope of the service needed and broke down the pricing of all components required for the job. He told me how long the job was going to take and he and his crew did an excellent job as well as achieved completion in the time frame given. Kathy and Virginia were very helpful with the financing and I feel that I was given a fair price given that I was in a bind, didnt have time to shop around and you guys could have taken advantage of my situation. I am very happy with the work that was done and the 10 year warranty is the icing on the cake.

Mr Electric was the electrician I used to install a new 3-phase power system to an ice vending machine I own in Katy, TX. They were very professional, had a good working knowledge of Centerpoint requirements for a new power hookup, and were continuously responsive to me as the project got closer to the planned construction start through to completion. We also had to bore a new electrical conduit underneath the shopping center parking lot where the machine is located and that worked out great. I’d recommend Mr Electric for any type of similar small commercial installation, and I plan on using them again in the future!

Come to find out, the broken light in the pool was the culprit. Nick narrowed it down after explaining other things that have happened, it all made sense. This is the second time we have used Mr. Electric of Katy. They arrived on time and did an excellent job.1. Our garage on the house we bought had do it yourself wiring. The 2 garage door openers were wired with extension cords and the extension cords ran to the attic to wire the attic light. Mr Electric rewired the garage correctly, added 2 large wrap around led lights and brought it to code.2. Mr Electric also ran electricity to the shed in our back yard hung lights and installed 2 electric outlets.3. Brandon did a great job of installing surge protection for our house. He came back the next day with Will and they installed six new recessed canned light fixtures to upgrade the lighting in a bedroom my wife is making into her sewing room. They also changed out our incandescent light to LED in our pantry to have more lumens and extend the service life of this highly used light. All the work was done quickly and professionally. The dimmer switch add in the sewing room was a neat option as well. Saved me from having to get my wife a darker pair of sunglasses!
