Joel and his crew from Ace Electrical Services Inc. was great. They arrived promptly, behaved professionally, and went above and beyond to check my entire electrical system and actually found several faults from two previous companies that worked on my house (namely, 2 different solar installation companies) before installing my Generac generator. I am glad he found the faults as 1 systems fault was serious and could have caused a fire (loose terminations in a couple sub-panels with one panel actually charred/burnt on the inside). And the other system had workmanship/quality issues that would have led to some damage if a strong windy storm hit the area (several panels loose and penetrations causing leaks). He even had spare/upgrade major components in the eventuality there was an issue during install so he wouldnt have to tell me he has to order a part, wait for it to come in and come back to finish.He gave me honest advice and options to correct the issues. I would definitely use Ace Electrical Services again for any future needs.

ACE was good for me. They took some time to work with me on an issue. I called a large number of companies in the Houston area and nobody was willing to work on the unique situation we had going on. ACE sent out a tech and he spent a couple of hours at my home to help figure it out and give a couple recommendations to try to help in the future as well. If I have issue in the future they would likely be my first call.

When we learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts, Joel was our first call--and our only call. We had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once we met Joel at ACE Electrical, we stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Joel was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was anticipated (even outside in the rain!) Its really rare to find his level of work ethic and commitment to a job well done these days. Thank you for your help, ACE Electrical!

Ray showed up prompt and on time for our appointment. It was a quick estimate to have power added to our fireplace. He was in and out in less than 10 min. We had an appointment to get to so we had to head out and appreciated how fast he was. Within 20 min we had the quote and a phone call to to follow up. We ended up having the work done that night and the Owner himself came with Ray to install it. The only thing we wish is that we had a better break down of the quote. Amazing customer service and would definitely use again. I have already recommended them to our neighbor across the street.
