I had an issue with intermittent power loss to a microwave/oven combo. Eric responded within 3 minutes of my request, and his crew(Efren and Bladimir) were at my home later the same evening. Very professional, very patient ,very knowledgeable,answered all my questions, got right to the heart of my issue. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic company, fantastic service, fantastic owner. Eric is very detail oriented and he has spectacular crew. Theo, the electrician, is the most knowledgeable electrician I have ever met with over 25 year experience. Top notch job to fix 17 lighting strike damaged circuits and other electrical upgrades in the house. I have spent several days with GoldStar crew and all of them are very knowledgeable and professional in every year. I highly recommend this company for any home related services. I am very happy I found such an amazing and especially honest company and I will be using them for many different upcoming repairs/upgrades/remodels for my house.

This guy is the real deal. He cares about the customer plain and simple and does whatever it takes to help. He has now on two occasions worked well after hours for us. In one instance to make sure an important sign was working and another in a power outage emergency. Great leader with a great team of dedicated people. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

GoldStar Home Services, Eric Jasso and his partner saved the day for us, literally. Thursday night when the temperatures dropped below 20 degrees, something caused half our home to lose power - the side with the heater!! I called so many companies trying to find someone for an emergency visit, and GoldStar was the only one who would truly schedule an energy visit. By 8 the next morning Eric and his partner were on their way to our house. Unfortunately the problem was with Centerpoint but Eric spent an hour in the sub-freezing temperatures switching our heaters and kid’s rooms to the half of our box still working so we didn’t freeze while we tried to get Centerpoint out. We are so grateful for GoldStar, the gentleman who took my call there, Eric and partner, and everyone’s friendly and professional demeanor. We will be using them again for our future needs.
