    I had the most wonderful experience with Mister Sparky. I was explained in detail what to expect. I received my estimate before the work was done. Professional, reliable service. Their technician, Hector Figueroa, was excellent. If I will ever need anything from this company, I will ask for his service. I had no power in my bathroom outlets and needed to have a new fan installed on the porch. He completed the work very well. I also would like to mention his great customer service skills. I could not believe, but he left the work areas super clean and even took my old fan and the cardboard box from the fan. I have to acknowledge that this type of great service is rare these days. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend Mr. Sparky to my friends.

    Justin - the electrician who provided service was knowledgeable, efficient, explained everything that needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was very thorough and respectful of my home.     Great 1st time experience! Came out immediately. Our tech Justin was awesome! He was very thorough and informative! He came to fix 1 problem, which was HVAC breakers, but ended up looking into several other electrical issues we were having. He caught multiple safety and fire hazard issues from previous electrical work done and rewired half of our kitchen to make it safe and functional, as well as updated our breaker box. Thankful for this company! Would definitely recommend!

    Jeremy came to my house to give me a quote on replacing my electric panels. He was very meticulous and carefully thought through the new design required to relayout my panels so they are meeting the current code (per my request) he gave me good options to consider and valuable advice and pointed out even small details that were overlooked before that could have major impact if it was not planned properly. Was very impressed with his technical knowledge and him stepping up above and beyond in delivering trusted service. He’s not pushy on his sales and is very genuine. Someone I can trust to do the job

    We needed to uninstall our Tesla charger and replace it with a wall plug for our new EV. I called Mr. Sparky in the afternoon and Jose arrived the next morning. He gave us a fair price and did the work in just a couple of hours. We are very happy with the work, the promptness and the amount charged.

    Mr.Sparky is the way to go. Tom came out one morning to determine what I needed. The breaker box was old and parts of some breakers had melted in the box, he showed me. The meter box was pulling away from the wall and needed replacement as well. He took time explaining it all to me and showing what needed to be doneThe next day, he arrived bright and early and ready to go. I made his job harder by having him explain things to my nephew and sister by phone, too.Houston, TX, August 1 - it is hot! Tom kept at it all day til 4:30. Great work. Neat, workable, new surge protector and grounding set-up. No complaints and he answered all my questions without skipping a beatI am very pleased with the new electrical work and for Tom and his explanations and patience with my relatives in the phone.Electrical problems?     I have used Mister Sparky of Katy several times. They always do a good job for me. There was an issue regarding if to complete the job they would have to drill into the stucco on the outside of my residence.     Just completed my first repair with MisterSparky. We had Jaret as our technician and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was careful to explain everything that he was doing. He was very professional, and even before we started the work, once he knew the scope of activities that we were going to do, he showed me how much everything would cost. He even explained what was involved with all of the costs for the items that we planned. As the project progressed, we saw that we were going to have to change some of the intended items that we wanted to complete, and Jared was able to adjust the final cost accordingly. I am very happy with the work that Jaret did and his representation of MisterSparky. I will definitely call upon MisterSparky again should I have any electrical needs.

This company communicates. I received confirmation texts, a text from the owner, a customer experience rep and the customer experience manager. I selected a 4 hour block but they let me know they could come earlier if I was available so I took the opportunity.Raidel showed up and introduced himself. He clarified the problem.inwas having and told me about himself and the company. He explained what he was doing at each step. He was able to identify the problem and got it fixed.     Great service! Technician was on time, gave estimate on the spot and was ready to perform the service requested. Our appointment was scheduled before the hurricane and they came as agreed, before we even had power back on. This is our second time using Mr. Sparky services and we have had good experience both times.     Absolutely excellent service. Another electrician had told me that, in order to get done what I really needed, I would need substantial system upgrades to the tune of $15,000. Josh got my immediate needs taken care of for $300, and gave me an estimate estimate on the system upgrades, which which do need to be done but did not prevent the other work, of only $7,000. I will definitely be having Mr. Sparky back very soon to do those upgrades.

    My original plan was to have Mister Sparky install a Reliant transfer switch I bought from Home Depot for backup home power with my 9000W Champion generator. Since the switch is pre-wired I thought it would cost under $1,000. Man, was I wrong. The estimate was $2,950. Robert, my Mister Sparky electrician, recommended I go with an interlock kit for more flexibility in choosing my circuits. With the addition of three new circuit breakers and extensive rewiring, this would cost $3,300. It took me almost 24 hours to process these costs and I had extensive talks with senior management from Mister Sparky to help me understand why it was so expensive. To be honest, I’m not sure I buy into the high cost, but I might have been deceived by all the DIY YouTube videos that claimed I could do all this on my own at little expense. To be honest, I’ve done a lot of basic electrical work around the house, but rewiring my electrical box seemed like a job for a professional. With that said, my electrician from Mister Sparky, Robert, was outstanding. He walked me through all the installation steps for the interlock kit (I returned the transfer switch to Home Depot) and then walked me through how to use it with my generator using both gasoline and natural gas. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Robert.

    Called Mr. Sparky to have electrician review certain electrical issues I was experiencing. Robert arrived within 90 minutes to assess the situation. Robert provided me with two courses of action, and explained the pros/cons of each option. After I selected the option, Robert started on the project immediately, and wrapped everything up in an appropriate period of time. Robert explained to me what he did, and showed me the changes he made to the interior and exterior panels. He quickly and easily mounted my new ceiling fan and outdoor light. He ran into a problem with replacing one of my lights (former bad wiring) but worked really hard and found a solution. I love my new lights!

    I had a great experience from the very beginning during the scheduling process up to completion of service. Every person I spoke to was extremely friendly and professional. Shout out to our electrician who serviced us, Steve. What a nice guy. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made sure that we were happy with every installation and was more than happy to readjust the chandelier when I wasn’t sure which height I was happy with. Steve took the time to complete the job properly and safely and even cleaned up afterwards and took all of the empty boxes, old light fixtures, and trash with him to dispose of.     We had an unexpected electrical crisis on a Saturday morning. Mister Sparky and Kyle had us sorted by Monday (very quick considering the amount of work that had to be done). Kyle was extremely helpful in getting us sorted and walking us through the process of replacing some major components. He had excellent communication skills and made a very bad situation significantly more bearable. We will definitely be calling on Mister Sparky and Kyle for any future electric issues.

    Ive had excellent experiences with three different technicians with Mister Sparky: Clint T, John N, and Kyle B. All three were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and timely. I started using this company in 2019 and I no longer trust anyone else with such an important safety issue. I trust their ability to keep my family safe as far as electricity is concerned, and they only recommend to fix whats necessary, not a bunch of unnecessary things just to increase the bill. Yes, its expensive! But just like tattoos and seafood, you get what you pay for!!
