I couldnt be more pleased with the service, consideration, and follow-up from Kerwin Electric. A severe storm dropped a half of a large tree on our house, punching holes in the roof and breaking off the electrical mast, so we were out of power, with a live wire hanging in our driveway. I called Kerwin Electric, and Chad Kerwin arrived in a couple of hours. He got a permit to do the work which was done the next day. He handled all contact with MEC (Electric Supplier) and explained every step of the process. The work was done quickly and efficiently, the price was fair, and I appreciate the treatment I received. Ive already recommended Kerwin Electric to a few neighbors, and will continue to do so.

I got 6 quotes from different electricians for a 240V outlet in our garage for an electric car. In the future I will save time and go straight to Kerwin & you might want to for your job. Not only were they the most competitive but their service onsite was a 10/10 experience. It was obvious the crew was much more focused on doing a quality job than just getting to the next job site. They answered all my questions and didn’t mind me hovering to see how they went about it. Wore shoe covers inside without me asking and cleaned up like they were never here. Highly recommended.

In desperation I called them one day after 32 hours of no power. My home generator was not working, which someone else had installed. They (the installer) would have told me that it would have been days or longer to get out to our place. Kerwin was there that day, despite having to drive around a downed tree blocking our drive requiring significant off-roading. They went beyond the call of duty. If i could give they 6 stars, i would. They are going to get a yearly contract to come out!

We contracted with Kerwin for our Generac whole house generator. The salesperson just so happens to be an electrician as well. He was able to tell us what we needed, didnt oversell. It was installed expertly. Couldnt be happier. They also service everything yearly. Highly recommended

After many years of wondering how long before the electricity would come back on, we had a whole house generator installed in September 2018. On November 2nd, we had our first power outage in the middle of the night with the new generator. The power was off for two hours and the generator ran smoothly. We no longer have to worry about frozen food or other refrigerated foods thawing or spoiling. The generator gave us comfort and peace of mind. Kerwin Electric did a fantastic job.

They installed my electric vehicle garage wall outlet and did a great job. They started promptly, did the work efficiently, and even offered to clean the dirt from removing some drywall. Theyre nice guys who do the job right!

Just amazing. I called and the owner told me they were kinda busy but he still had a electrician and apprentice come out in two days. They did a lot of work and both men took the time to explain what was going on. I even had them replace fixtures and they purchased ones I liked. Great service friendly and knowledgeable. Would I use them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend? Yes with no delay. My only complaint is that now that my basement is well lit, what do I do with my big basement now? Thanks guys a ton!

Excellent customer service on a warantee item for my Generac Smart Switch. Same day service visit which included installing the bad part on the same day. Was pleasantly surprised to be up and running again within 8 hours. Will call them again for my servicing and any other electrical need I might have. The tech was very helpful and was not just some warm body showing up to a service call but someone who I could tell knew every detail about the technical aspect of the job. Cant say enough good things.
