I had a boiler and water heater replacement/upgrade. I went from an 84% efficient boiler to a 95% efficient. I dont recall the water heaters efficiency. That was upgraded to an indirect water heater. Josh and Brad did a great job. The work looks great. The boiler and water heater work as to be expected. Their customer service is excellent. I will definitely be calling then when my basement remodel is ready to start.

They have always been there for us and did so again by responding quickly to put in a new furnace after a lighting strike caused a power surge. In addition, their electrician came by to help with other issues caused by the strike. Everyone we work with from the who answers the phone to who shows up to complete the work are polite, pleasant and professional! And quick to respond and on time!

Excellent service! We had them replace our heater, AC, and water heater as a package deal. They even helped with financing as it was a large expense to address at one time. It left us with peace of mind that all the mechanicals in our home were new!

Our furnace went out on a Saturday and we received prompt courteous service. After diagnosing our furnace had failed and needed to be replaced Dan (service technician)made several phone calls to have our furnace replaced on Monday. After arranging replacement of the furnace Dan was able make the furnace “ usable” for the remainder of the weekend.Every phase of the process from initial phone call for to replacement of the furnace was handled promptly and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Adams heating and cooling.Robert Adams and employees and staff were a pleasure to work with.

I have used Adams Heating and Cooling for years, most recently when my hot water heater went out. They responded promptly to my call, had technicians there within 3 hours, and made a minor fix. This lasted 3 days, and when the heater failed again, the technician spoke with me directly, offered his diagnostic opinion, and had price estimates for my repair choices. They offered to come the following day to replace my heater! But scheduled it out a few days to accommodate my schedule. They arrived on time, as scheduled, and replaced my heater, leaving the area cleaner than how they found it! Oh, and they credited me the cost of my first minor fix visit. I love this company, and have entrusted them with all of my HVAC needs for four houses over 16 years.

Called these guys off of a referral from a friend. Home furnace failure in sub-zero temperatures, late at night. Dan was there in an hour. Friendly, polite, professional and most importantly, very competent. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. After hours 24/7 pricing was surprisingly reasonable. This outfit gets straight A+ from us.

We had 22 inches of snow on Friday and the crew not only arrived but they were early. The team installed the new furnace in one day, and it is working great. During a maintenance appointment the team noticed a crack in the heat exchange. We called to set an appointment for a new furnace and within a week the team showed up and installed the furnace. It was a super smooth process, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone else.

In the past 18 months, Adams has installed a new Amana air conditioning system, and new filtration and humidification systems at my home. Great service and responsiveness. Called them to come repair our boiler after calling two other companies that I have used before. Both those other companies said they couldn’t get a boiler tech out same or even next day. Adams got their boiler expert out same day- squeezing me in between other appointments. They diagnosed the problem, gave me pricing options and fixed the issue. The technician also called me later to check in on how things were working. Great customer service and responsiveness.

Completely replaced a furnace in our rental basement. Had many men and trucks that swooped in and were gone by noon. No mess anywhere.. and a smart thermostat that the renters are in love with. Sitting on the couch for instant heat or fan or the time. The office personnel were very informative and efficient. With 2 rentals Adams Heating is IT for us.

We had an awesome experience with Adams..Rob gave us a quote and approximately a week later we had a new furnace and new duct work for two of our upstairs bedrooms.
