My Generx installation was done on time as scheduled. Very friendly young men, who installed it. Cleaned up their work area. Webster electric did a great job in repairing my breaker boxes and underground cable in to my barn. Unfortunately mice chewed the wires between the outside pole and barn. My power was greatly reduced. Now everything works fine.I want to especially thank Matt, Destin and Jeff for a hard days work on a hot day.

Amazing! Called after the storm because our mast and meter were torn off our house. Hence, no power until that was fixed…meaning no air in 100 degree weather! From start to finish, Webster was the kindest place I spoke to after the most recent storms mid June. I had contacted 8!!!!! other businesses who quoted me thousands of dollars because of their emergency rate without even looking at what I needed fixed. Everyone also wanted $100 to even come to my house but Webster did not! I spoke to a great gal who worked in their service department who was so kind and got me hooked up with Kaj within a matter of a couple hours. Kaj came out and could do the job for less than 500 dollars and within the same hour. I am so grateful for them! They were honest, fast, and even took the time to talk to my neighbor who needed help. Since they were so great, I even got on the books to have some of my other electric done. They won themselves a lifelong referral from me to everyone! Thanks again! A stressful day turned into a relief all because of them.

I have used these guys twice and both times I felt like I got good value and responsive, fast service. Joe is a great electrician and recommend him for any job. He fixed some Jerry rigged electrical in my basement on trip one and got it up to code. On trip two I got a new line run outside for a condenser box. Each trip was priced fairly and communication was excellent. Looking forward to working with Webster again.

I can’t recommend Webster enough. Our Generac whole home generator had an error due to overdue maintenance and didn’t turn on during the coldest day of the year. The technician was across the street at my neighbors and came over when he was done to take a look. He had us up and running in 5 minutes, recommended we get the unit serviced and gave me an estimate on what it would cost. The company called the next morning and scheduled us and had the maintenance complete a week later after the parts came in. Going above and beyond that, the technician went next door to our other neighbor who had an issue with her Generac and repaired it within 5 minutes of arrival. It would have been a cold night for all of us without Webster! Thanks so much.

We were impressed with the work ethic they demonstrated, and they went above and beyond to help us meet our timelines for repairs after our house had been hit by lightning just before closing on a sale. They even came back the next day to help immediately address an outdoor outlet which I had forgotten about the day prior. We will always call them now for our electric needs, and if there were a wait, we would rather wait and use them, than use someone else.

We woke up to flickering lights and hot wires. They advised to shut off probematic breakers. Came out the next business day and replaced and upgraded our breaker box. Fast, polite, effecient and priced fairly. The techs were super helpful and kind. So thankful they helped save us from a house fire!
