    They responded to my request quickly and offered free diagnosis. They had good communications from start to finish. It turned out there was no leak in the pipe and the tenants had spills and dampened the ceilings. To show my appreciation, I offered $50 diagnosis fee which is still lower than most of the trip charge. Thank you

    Nathan was very quick to call back on a weekend after leaving a message with his answering service to help with a clogged mainline. He had a technician, Jaycob, at my place within 45 minutes. Jaycob was friendly and easy to work with. He did a good job! Some minor scratches in the toilet after using the hand snake. The price was reasonable for good work. Overall I liked the speed and quality of service. I will be going back to using them in the future!

    1000% recommend! Nathan helped get Joe scheduled to come out to our home after our main line clogged while we had company Labor Day weekend. Joe came Sunday night of the holiday weekend and was so kind and worked so hard to get us completely fixed up. Joe went above and beyond, was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about our home, and truly had a work ethic that deserves recognition. The time and effort he put in, and the kindness he showed helped make a really bad day end very positive. Nathan and Joe, thank you guys very much.     Not only did Tyler, with Zoom Drain, locate where the issue was on my outside cleanout valve. He was able to come back on a Saturday and complete the job. Other companies told me that they wouldn’t be able to get out here to my home for two weeks to fix the blocked sewer issue. Zoom Drain came out and fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

    Absolutely amazing they talked to me through the whole service letting me know what they were going to do and my problem! They charged me for a service they thought they needed to perform but when they were able to fix the issue in a lot more simple way they refunded me and charged me accordingly for the job. They were timely and even moved my appointment up because they finished a previous job sooner so it allowed me to go about my day without waiting even longer. If I could add stars I would. I absolutely recommend this company in general but especially Tyler and his partner. The only painful part about this experience was actually paying cause let’s be honest ANY reputable plumber isn’t cheap. But zoom drain is DEFINITELY worth the money no questions asked I’ll be using them from now on!

    We called Zoom Drain about a clogged basement floor drain. They were courteous with us even when we had to reschedule. Their tech Joe was very knowledgeable. He verbally walked us through each step he took as he fixed the clog and gave us some tips regarding future maintenance.

    Joe from Zoom Drain was prompt, courteous and professional. He was able to arrive earlier than the appointment, but he called first to verify that was ok. He quickly went to work, doing a brief study of the situation. He established a price ot the cleaning along with some options and we agreed for him to proceed. He had the drains running fast and clear very shortly.I highly recommend Zoom Drain for clogged drains. Additionally, I appreciate the quick response from Nathan to get everything set up on a Saturday morning after my initial call late Friday night.Part 2:Once again, Zoom Drain came through for us. A different sink had a leak at the trap. Joe amd Tyler came together this time for same day service. They tried to repair my existing pipes but they were 40 years old and shot. For a very reasonable price, they replaced all the parts necessary and the drain pipes are now leak free and dry again.

    Zoom Drain and Associates:On October 26, 2024, a Master Plumber friend of mine recommended Zoom Drain to assist me with my clogged kitchen drain. I called them on Saturday morning at 9:00 am. I got a person, unlike many other places you call for service. Within 10 minutes my call was transferred to a field tech, his name was Tyler Roering. He told me he would be able to fit me in for my drain problem within one hour. The texting, and communication was unbelievable between Zoom Drain, Tyler, and I! They sent me two texts within the 60-minute window. Tyler the technician called me and said he was 13 minutes (ETA).When Tyler arrived he was very polite, wore shoe covers, and asked me great questions to help him diagnose the problem. He brought in a few tools and the machine that snakes the drain.Tyler gave me an estimate based on the worst- and best-case scenario. Tyler worked diligently after I authorized the work. He had to take apart my pipes two times and snake, 20–25 feet of drain-pipe. The first time he had to exert extreme force to pull back the snake to retrieve it. “Tyler said this is not usual”. Tyler cleaned up any little speck of discharge from the process. He was careful to clean as he was going.Tyler and I examined the interior of the drainpipes with his camera after the second cleaning all the way to the basement floor piping. Tyler said we dont have to do hydro-jetting, he showed me how clean the pipes were on his camera after using the snake twice and running hot water. I was so relieved! The drain was flowing again, and additional costs were not necessary. Tyler earned my trust, and his representation for Zoom Drain was impressive.Recommendation to Zoom Drain:Invest in the employee Tyler Roering. Tyler represents your company well. He will be a great leader/trainer for future employees.Recommendation to Homeowners:I would highly recommend this company based on my own experience.

    I will admit I was a little hesitant at first using zoom drain since they were through Angies list. However it is the best decision Ive ever made. The quote for a clogged toilet was very reasonable compared to some of the astronomical numbers I found online. Joe Carlson who came out was extremely professional and informative. He helped us not only unclog the toilet but educated us on our toilet type and how we might be able to avoid future issues. They will definitely be my first contact for any future plumbing issues.

    I chose Zoom Drain because of their advertised expertise in using cameras to diagnose drain and sewer problems. My conversation with the owner, Nathan, gave me additional confidence in their capabilities and honest business practices. The technicians, Joe and Tyler, did not disappoint. My goal was to assess the condition of my main drain and a branch drain. They provided videos and locations of potential root issues, and were able to verify that there were no major drain problems. There was no sales pressure at all, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks for a job well done!

    Really enjoyed the service! Had an immediate clog drain and was scheduled the very same day. Tyler was polite and helpful, cleaned up after himself and everything.The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the price so no hate to Tyler. Got quotes from other places which were about $100 cheaper but couldn’t get us in so quickly. Otherwise, the service was good and the problem resolved.
