    What an amazing company! I called them to check on my elderly fathers furnace, which wasnt working. We had had some other work done in the mechanical room in the last couple of weeks also. Braden from Larsen saw getting the furnace back on was as simple as turning on the switch, which had accidentally been turned off. I know that he came from West Jordan to Holiday and yet he still insisted on not charging us, hoping that we would become a customer and he was happy to help my elderly father, who was on a fixed income since there was nothing to fix. We looked at their service packages of and all the things they could do, and I was so impressed. This is a wonderful family owned business with people who have integrity that really care about their customers and the community. I would recommend them to anybody.

    Shawn was great about answering all my questions. He was concerned about finding me the best answer for the complex HVAC needs at my property. He was very responsive over text, phone, and email (even at 6pm on a Friday!) He gave me multiple options as the consumer and let me choose what best fit my needs.     Everything in our home was pretty much original to when the home was built. So this summer, when things werenā€™t working well, Larsen HVAC confirmed what we already knew. It was time to replace it all. The time for Bandaid fixes had past. We were looking at needing an AC, a furnace, and a water heater. They worked with us and we were able to replace them all, with brand new, too if the line models that made sense for us. They were so good at the install, and with the smaller, tankless water heater, we even had room to also add a water softener. They got us scheduled for the install in just a couple days, which was great because the summer heat was in full swing and the AC was not working. They were able to install everything in one day and left zero mess behind. The difference we felt in our home was immediate and incredible. They even submitted all of our rebates for us with the utility companies. We are Larsen HVAC customers for life.

    We would like to give a 5 stars review and special thanks to Shawn and his entire team!We just want to do our kitchen remodel soon, Shawn was a one of the team member who comes my house to do some investigation before they starting the job, Shawn found a small hole in our old water heater in pressure release part, if we donā€™t exchange right away, the unbalance pressure will cause the water leak or even big water exploded. Shawn told us have to exchange the water tank (about 7 years old tank) to fix this problems. We did not know whatā€™s the best option, however Shawn told us that the best option could be ā€œtanklessā€ water heater. Then two days later, they exchanged the old water heater, and finished the tankless water heater. Later we will reuse ā€œLarsen HVACā€ company for sure! They are fast, professional, honest and competitively priced!Thank you all! Shawn!

    We had to run a gas line to install a gas stove. They were very quick to get us a free estimate, and their price was cheaper than any of the other places I called. They were also quick to schedule the install. We had our stove up and running in less than a week. They showed up on time and had the work done in about two hours. The installers were very friendly, and even moved and hooked up the stove while they were here. Everyone I worked with was nice and helpful! Thanks for great service!

    Of course your heater goes out in the winter time..Fortunately we called Larsen HVAC he looked at our existing unit and said they could repair it.     Need help with your furnace or water heater? I highly recommend Larsen HVAC. They are knowledgeable and reasonably price. Our furnace was 30 years old and needed to be replaced. Ive been thinking about replacing it with a heat pump and they confirmed that it was a great choice. Our water heater was on its last leg too. So, technology with thankless water heaters has advanced enough, that it made sense to switch that over too. Their team worked fast, respected our property, and helped us obtain several rebates.

    We had to call Larson HVAC because our furnace went out. They came over and checked on it and gave us a few options. They did not pressure us in our decision. We decided to replace our furnace and ac unit. The prices were very reasonable. The company has great communication and is very professional. Before they started any work they laid down flooring protection. I would recommend them to anyone.

They priced the job reasonably, showed up on time, completed the project quickly, cleaned up well, and the owner and employees were all very nice.My only regret is that I cant afford to have them just rip-out and redo all of the HVAC in my home.     Faced with a Sunday-afternoon leak in the AC unit in a condo I live an hour away from and not knowing who to call, I tried the number on the sticker from when it was installed. Lucky for me, that was Larsen HVAC. A Monday-morning text got me an appointment for Tuesday afternoon, and it was fixed within half an hour. Responsiveness is very important to me, and they were very responsive! Also, a professional repair done well (and withing the window it was scheduled) guarantees I will be calling them for a furnace tune up in the fall. Highly recommend.

    My water heater was from 1996 and was way over due for a replacement. I had just been dealing with mostly lukewarm water for about a year because a water heater is a pretty big expense. When I finally said enough was enough I was recommended Larsen HVAC by multiple people. I contacted Shawn via text and made an appointment for a bid (another place wanted money just to come to my house). When Shawn arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly and I felt really comfortable having him in my home. I wanted a tankless water heater and the same company that wanted to charge me for an estimate had pretty much talked me out of it saying that it would be difficult to install. Shawn looked everything over and told me a tankless heater would work fine for my house size and needs. I gave him a deposit that day and he was at my house a week later to complete the work. Iā€™ve been VERY happy with my new tankless water heater and highly recommend Larsen HVAC!!

    I had called with a repair request. I was trying to work on it my self. He offered dto give me a quote with a short video of my problem. He got back to me quickly. The quote seemed fair. I scheduled the work.The day of work I had misunderstood their arrival time. It was my fault. Justin waited patiently for me to get there. When I arrived he got right to work.     Larsen HVAC was recommended to us from a neighbor who basically told us Dont go anywhere else! And I think I would have to agree! We are in the process of finishing our basement. Larsen HVAC came and did all the ductwork and installed a new AC unit. They gave us the best options and the lowest price. Shawn was very responsive and straight forward with the pricing. The other gentlemen who came to our home were great and they were in and out in a day! I feel like we got a great deal with great service so it was definitely a win for us!     Shawn did a great job installing 2 new furnaces and 2 new AC units at a great price. He even made the effort to stop by with almost no notice when something went wrong with the AC (blown fuse or something, nothing to do with the new units) while we were out of town and got it all fixed up before everything in our fish tank died from the heat!

    Our AC wasnt working, so Shawn and his team were able to come within a day to investigate. After a lot of sleuthing, they found the thermostat wire had been worn over time near an air duct. The wear had caused exposed wires to eventually touch. They replaced the worn segment of wire. While they were at the house, I had a new Ecobee installed. I am pleased with the service and the quick response.

    Shawn came over to my house and literally saved my A/C unit from the brink. The whole thing had frozen over and another outfit would have just told me to buy a new unit, but Shawn was super honest and tried to get the old one working again. After working his magic, he got it working and it cost me a fraction of the cost to replace. Dont go anywhere else. These guys are always honest and that is hard to find in this industry.

He came in, educated me on my current thermostat. and why the heater kept going on and off. Wasnt pushy, didnt try to upsell me, gave me some options and let me decide. His price to just service and clean up the unit was FANTASTIC and the price for the thermostat I decided to replace was great as well, and he even programed it for me! 10/10 would recommend again to anyone

    Larsen HVAC just installed a new high efficient furnace and air conditioning unit and we couldnt be more pleased. We have 2 story house that the previous air conditioning unit would not reach to the upstairs. We actually had to get window units to keep our house cool enough to sleep in the summer. After the new air conditioner was installed, we had a hot day and as I walked up the stairs (usually is would start to be warm about 1/2 way up) it was cool all the up the stairs and all the bedroom were cool. We are so happy! The cost was reasonable, the installation took the exact amount of time estimated. It was a great experience!

    AC broke on a weekend of course. They sent out a tech on Saturday who diagnosed the issue with me and of course the diagnostic fee would go towards the repair since I needed a whole new furnace + blower motor... my system was 20 years old this year so maybe about time i guess? Haha!They were able to get all the parts needed by Monday and have us getting cold air again by Monday afternoon.Also had financing options since a whole new furnace is not the cheapest part to fix all at once.     Larsen HVAC rocks! They discovered a number of issues with my 4 and a half year old furnace, the worst being that the bottom of my box was rusted out and under water with wires dragging through it. We were never happy with the uneven heating throughout the house. Now we have the right size furnace that heats the entire house and the humidifier actually is working like it should have all along.     I stumbled upon Larsen HVAC through the Rheem website, they were listed as a preferred contractor. I had our furnace and A/C installed over 10 years ago. I originally had the company who installed it come out for the tune up this week. That was a nightmare, to say the least. Got in contact with Larsen shortly after that and they just came out this morning to tune up my furnace. The company prior quoted me $1900 for furnace maintenance (the even better maintenance package was almost $3500). Larsen said that my furnace is running great and nothing more needed to be done. I signed up for their VIP package and will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Its hard to find honesty in most companies these days but I am so relieved that I happened upon Larsen HVAC.
