I had a pressure bladder on my hot water heater that went out and caused a major leak. I called Mr. Expert and spoke to Josie. After explaining what happened she advised me she would make some calls to the technician and get back with me. Within about 20 minutes she called back to let me know someone would be here between 1 and 2pm. The technician was here before one. After checking he explained what happened and gave me a price quote. He was finished with the work in less than 1 hour.

Second review.This was my second time using mr. expert. We are doing bathroom and laundry room remodel. Had them move the washer and sink drain in laundry. Moved the toilet and bathtub in bathroom and reconfigure drain stack in basement for future downstairs bathroom. Luis and his crew were awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and easy to schedule. We had a problem with the bathtub and he came back to take it out. I had to order a new one(defect) and they came back as soon as I received it and re installed it. I Highly recommend mr. Expert for any plumbing needs. Will be calling them for future projects.Installed a gas line to a new cooktop. Lowest quote by far that I got and scheduled within a couple days of deciding to do it. Jorge was great to work with and did an awesome job. No complaints highly recommend.

An outside spigot/hose link on our home had the cap pop off and we had water pouring out into our front yard about 8:30 at night. We had to turn off the water to our home for about 24 hours. I had contacted a large company to come do the work in the morning, but they did not come through and I called Mr. Expert Plumbing around noon and had an appointment for them to come between 3-5 that same day. They came and did a very nasty job, crawling through an outside crawlspace of sorts, in freezing temperatures, and installed a pipe and spigot that fixed the problem permanently. It wasnt cheap, but still a reasonable price for the work done and Jorge and his assistant were polite, professional and got the job done quickly. I cant recommend them highly enough. Sometimes it really pays to go with smaller and more local companies instead of the big names. Give them a try...I think youll be pleased with their work:)

When my furnace just stopped working today (during a snow storm with temps dropping to 18 degrees overnight) I frantically went online to find someone to come out after hours. After a couple of tries and getting told I would have to wait until tomorrow, I found Mr. Expert Plumbing. I spoke with Luis who told me he could be here in 45 mins. I dont think it was even a half hour before he got to the house. After a quick review, he showed me where the circuit board had a short. He offered to try and solder it himself, to try and save money on having to replace the whole component. After spending some time he got it fixed and up and running. He was amazing! I am so glad I found this company. Thank you so much Luis! I will be calling on you in the future (just hopefully not too soon!)

We had a couple other issues come up, and he was able to fix them as well. Sprinkler repairs can be costly, but we are very pleased with the service and everything is up and running wonderfully now! Would recommend this company.

When my sewer backed up, I met with a few different plumbers to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. Luis stuck me as honest and his price for jetting the line was very good. It turned out that my 100-year-old sewer main was broken. Luis talked to me about some different options and scenarios. Yes, it cost $26,000 to dig up the entire driveway and replace everything, but I think I got the best service I could considering the damage.

My wife and I are delighted with the work Luis did on plumbing upgrade! We have a home built in 1951 and it had a mish mash of galvanized pipe and copper pipe. Luis got the water pipes upgraded in size and replaced with modern plastic pipe, improving our water pressure to kitchen sink tremendously.In addition Luis and his crew were able to rooter out our washing machine drain line, which runs under a poured concrete floor. My wife had tried other rooter companies in past years... but none of them ever got the drain pipe really clean and draining properly.... we always had water backing up on to the basement floor when the washer spun the laundry.But Luis was entirely successful and the washer spins all the water out with never a drop of backup now. Luis also got a problem fixed with my wifes jetted tub that stopped working. His prices were quite reasonable and Luis was fast and tidy. Our household now has Happy Wife, Happy Life! Thanks Luis!

I needed to preemptively replace my water heater as it was 15 years old. Mr. Expert came out timely and gave a bid to replace the water heater as well as bring the whole system up to code. It was out of code and I didnt even know. They scheduled time to complete the repair within days of the quote. While there they noted some issues with the main shut off and pressure regulator. He had a quote in minutes and an appt to repair within hours. I will be keeping this number on file for any other projects. I would highly recommend.
