What I really appreciated is that John took the time to educate me about what was going on with my A/C system. Then he proceeded to give me the options of what he could do and gave me a pro/cons for all. I also appreciated that when I explained our specific housing situation he was able to tailor his recommendations. This company gave quality and costumer-specific service. Much appreciated and plan to use them for any similar needs in the future.

The pilot on my water heater went out. I tried troubleshooting myself to no avail until I decided to call someone. I called another company first and they told me the first available appointment was next day. Called All Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air and they told me they would come to my house shortly after finishing another work they were doing.They came to my house within an hour and got my water heater working almost instantly. Turns out it was an easy fix, but they explained the possible cause and gave me recommendations on what to do if it happens again. They also inspected my water softener and gave me tips to keep it working properly and prevent doing damage to my water heater and pipelines down the road. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and I would definitely recommend them!

I found all Utah plumbing heating and Air through a Google search. I have not had good success with plumbers in the past, so I went off of their ratings that I found online. Im very very happy that I found them. They were very professional. When I called to make an appointment for a bid someone answered the phone, and not an answering machine that said I will call you back. They came and gave me a bid within 2 days. They completed the work the day after I accepted the bid. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they left the work area clean. I would recommend this company to anybody that is in need of their services.

Very professional service. I needed information on why we were having a backup problem in one of our bathrooms downstairs and I really wanted all the pipes to be looked at as well. We got it scheduled and they were on time. I appreciated the value in them taking me personally through the process of what they do and showing me first hand with a camera where my challenge was and ensuring I knew what had to be done to correct it. It was nothing short of professional and they certainly showed that. I also appreciated the honesty. I would totally recommend this company. It does not get more professional than what they offer.

I called Utah Plumbing Heating and Air to make repairs to my home sprinkler system. They were referred to me by a friend that was very happy with their work. They were able to come out that very day and take care of the break in my main line. I had another issue with a zone that wouldn’t come on, and after evaluating the issue they explained how to fix it, offered to fix it themselves, but also offered to let me fix it myself to save money, since it turned out to be a fairly simple fix. They showed me the part I needed and where I could get it for only $10. I bought the part and in 5 minutes I had the system working perfectly. They didn’t even charge me for their evaluation work. They only charged for fixing the break in the main line.I have called 6 sprinkler repair companies in the last 10 years and this is the first one I will call back. They are good workers, professional, honest and did a great job. Best service I have ever had.

We started with a downstairs remodel from half bath to 3/4 bathroom. We ended up re-piping the whole house, finishing the gas line to the stove upstairs so we could convert from electric and putting in a new sink once we saw what this company could offer. The estimates were fair and accurate, the guys worked their tails off and the quality of the work was exceptional. They were so patient at explaining options available to us and helping us understand the nature of our choices. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Extremely professional and considerate. The owner was a very active part of the project offering advice and guidance where needed. Jeremy coordinated the project and kept things going on a daily basis. He provided the follow up which is inevitably necessary on a project of this magnitude and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction even after the final payment had been made. Would recommend this company and especially this crew for any job large or small. Dont know how you could ask for anything more.

We hired this company to do the rough plumbing in an unfinished bathroom. We worked mostly with Lance and Jeremy, both were extremely professional. They were here when they said they would be, told us in detail what they were doing, and gave us advice on finishing bathroom without trying to sell. Just wanted to say All Utah Plumbing/Heating & Air is #1 in the valley. They will take great care of you and can address any type of plumbing/heating/air issues you may need repairs/replacement on.Had Coy at my home recently to repair a shower faucet that was only producing hot water. No cold water at all. He was able to diagnose the problem (bad faucet cartridge) after I described the problem to him. Having such hard water in the area, these cartridges get pretty much locked in and takes some serious muscle, grit and determination to get the cartridge removed. Coy provided all of that! Coy previously fixed two other shower faucets in my home with the same issue and did a wonderful job so I didnt hesitate to have him come back out a second time to fix another shower faucet. He got the issue fixed quickly. Coy is great at what he does, super knowledgeable, very friendly and makes you feel like family. You dont find that feeling from many businesses nowadays. I was desperate to find someone to repair our sprinklers. Our yard was looking so sad and embarrassing I had to do something. My husband, normally the handyman in our family, was recovering from surgery and no way would have been able to do the work. I first tried the popular DIY apps to find someone but was disappointed in the lack of response and the ones who did respond said they didnt service my area. Then I just did a Google search for sprinkler repair in my county and the first one that popped up was All Utah Plumbing. I liked the rating of the business so I chatted to them and asked if they did sprinkler repair. They quickly replied that they did. So I called them. Someone answered immediately. I explained my problem and they said they could have someone out the next day. I was floored! True to their word, the next morning, a team of guys arrived, including John Holland, the owner. They took the time to assess the problem and then wrote a a detailed quote for the work. John is very personable and I felt good about him and his team and everything we talked about so I hired them. They started work the next day and because of a few hiccups, they came back the following business day to not only complete the work, but to walk through everything to make sure we were satisfied. I couldnt have been happier! Plus, they noticed our deck was looking a little old and saggy and said they do decks too! I was so relieved not only to have the sprinklers fixed, but to know that they do so much more and I will definitely hire them again for our next project. A few days ago on a Saturday we had a main water line leak that flooded one of the rooms in our basement. We called All Utah Plumbing, Heating and Air and they came out within an hour to assess the leak. Due to the location of the leak it was determined that it was going to be a complex project to get it fixed. Within a couple of days they were hard at work addressing the problem. John and Coy are both highly skilled in their profession and very honest. The final product was amazing! Our water works again and our landscaping looks great. I Googled search sprinkler system repair and this was the first hit that pulled up. Coy came out on time for the appointment. I was given a quote before he started the job which was pricey but needed to get done as my grass was dying. Coy was fast and ran through the system. There was one sprinkler head that was missing so I called the company again the next morning and they were able to squeeze in this visit. The owner himself came out and checked to see the pressure and replace the missing sprinkler. John was jovial and worked with me on paying just for the parts. He ended up doing this service for free. I would highly recommend this company for sprinkler repairing.

We have been using All Utah for years, mostly to fix other plumbing and HVAC installers mistakes. They are honest about what your house needs and arent trying to pad your bill with extra stuff.Most recently our laundry drain backed up into our basement on a Sunday night. I had All Utah Plumbing Heating and Air come out to replace an old broken cooktop. I bought what I wanted and they made it fit. They took care of the granite grinding, gas issues (the new stovetop required a lot more BTUs than the previous one) and even cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional, polite, clear about the process, and candid about the risk of damage when grinding granite (it turned out great). Ive worked with the company for furnace maintenance before and had a similar experience. I havent yet found a reason to go with another plumbing company.
