Two days before Christmas. The other plumbers couldnt schedule until 8 day later. Tennessee Plumbing showed up less than an hour and a half later. The fix was quick and easy despite the problem being BIG for us! Added bonus: they didnt try to sell us on $1000s of dollars of unnecessary stuff like some of the other guys. Thanks TN Plumbing for your prompt and professional service. Merry late Xmas and we will definitely call you FIRST in the new year if we have any more plumbing issues!

These guys are outstanding! From start to finish, scheduling to paying the bill all was great. I dealt with Candy and Jessica in the office and Tim was the one that installed our sink. I truly cant say enough when it comes to Tennessee Plumbing. I had an issue with my water heater. So I called my warranty company. With in two days I was contacted and Tennessee Plumbing was at my door. Two plumbers showed up. Kevin and Dave, they checked the water heater out and said they would call the warranty company and let them know that the heater was full of sediment. The next day I was notified by the warranty company that the water heater was approved. That same day, Lowes sent me a message that said your water heater is ready for pickup. I called Tennessee Plumbing. A super sweet woman named Candy answered the phone. I explained about Lowes. She put me on hold for a few minutes. When she returned. Candy explained that her husband Tim was calling the warranty company. He didnt want what ever brand they were going to be given me from Lowes. He wanted the water heater from another company. The next morning Tim arrived installed my water heater. With an expansion tank. I couldnt ask for a nicer and honest bunch of people. Even if there is something that the warranty company doesnt cover or I decide not to renew the contract. I will always use Tennessee Plumbing. If you dont call them. Then you cant blame anyone but yourself if things go wrong. JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT !!!!!

Same day service call on a non-emergent leak under a kitchen sink. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and proficient in finding and repairing the pipe that was causing the leak. We went by Tennessee plumbing to make an appointment for getting an estimate for a tankless water heater.Tim came and gave us an estimate as well as the price with Nivian tankless heater and told us they could install it the next day.Kevin and Dave showed up the following day to install it. Tim broke away from his day off (it was Saturday), didn’t pay any mind to getting his clothes muddy to help an existing customer with this and I have to say I’m truly impressed. Not to mention their service prices are some of the best in town.

I hired them to install pedestal sink. Great job despite sink not being so great. They also installed a sink faucet and showerhead and noticed showerhead needed more support which they did. Then that night we had a major plumbing disaster with flooding basement. They came right out and fixed the problem that was completly unrelated to previous work done that day. I dont know what would have happened if they hadnt come quickly. Very grateful for timeliness and excellent competence.

I had a garbage disposal installed last month, and it’s been humming along beautifully since then. I love it!When I called, got an immediate date to get it done, a text when Tim was on his way, and the work was done quickly at a great price. If only everything was so easy.......!July 2024I had a leak in my water line at the water meter. It was evening (8pm), and I was going through a list of plumbers to see if any would answer my call. Tim quickly called me back (YAY!) and his guys were at my house first thing in the morning. They knew exactly what to do, did it quickly, filled in the hole, put the sod back on top - and BAM! - done! Just like nothing had ever happened. And isnt that the best kind of repair?

The water heater was 16 years old and we are a proactive family when it comes to maintenance and repair and replace.Tim provided us with a written estimate, which we accepted and a date and time when they would be at the house. We set an appointment time and he an assistant came within his 2 hour window.They were very professional,very neat work, very little mess which they cleaned up immediately.Tim was exactly right in his belief that one of the jobs we wanted done was coming from another area.He was within $18 of his estimate for the 3 jobs. I was also very impressed with the punctuality. Edit 11/09/23: Ive used TPI twice since my last review. Once for a minor water heater repair and then I needed to have my main water service line replaced due to a leak out in my yard and high city water bill. Outstanding work at reasonable prices both times. Tim even saved me thousands on the water line repair versus predatory high quotes from several local large plumbing companies. Ive never dealt with such hardworking, honest, and trustworthy people before. Ill never use any other company for my plumbing needs. I cant recommend these guys enough! Thank you again to Tim and TPI for your hard work and dedication.Original Review:Contacted Tim via email and received a response back within 5 minutes scheduling me a service timeframe on my requested date.Shannon and Tim arrived early and listened to all I had to say about the issues. They fully unclogged my long kitchen sewer line (an issue that Steve Huff plumbing was supposed to have fixed 2 years ago, and TPI did it better and for a more reasonable charge) and fixed my bathroom sink. They were on site for about 90 minutes and were polite and professional the entire time. The work came with a 30 day warranty. They couldve done a little better on the cleanup, but it was nothing a few wet wipes and papers towels couldnt take care of.Overall, very pleased with the service provided. I would recommend them to others and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future. Thank you to Tim and Shannon for their hard work and dedication.

We were assigned Tennessee Plumbing through our home warranty for a busted pipe outside of the house. We didn’t have high expectations since it was through home warranty and we had already dealt with 2 other companies who were either unhelpful or unresponsive. But WOW. After my experience with Kevin & Tim, I can’t recommend them enough! Kevin showed up early, was professional, personable, and hard working. He got down under the porch and hand dug until he found the leak. We scheduled a line replacement for a few days later, and he kept us in the loop about the progress. They were so easy to work with, we decided to get quotes from them on doing work on our other property. I won’t call anyone else if I ever have a problem. We lucked out! This company is awesome! I called a few places and the earliest anyone could come was the next day. When I called them they had someone out immediately. They came in and told me I had one of two problems. Either a clog (which was causing water to flood my downstairs bathroom) or a septic issue. They let me know right off the bat the prices and that if they could not find a clog then they could not guarantee that my flooding would not stop. Thank god that it was only a clog and they got it free. I would highly recommend them. Very affordable. The two gentlemen were very polite and hard working. I will never use a different company now.

I had a galvanized drain pipe rusted thru that started leaking profusely in my kitchen wall. I called several contractors but they were all booked out 3 weeks. On my 10th try I called Tennessee Plumbing. I spoke with the owners wife and explained my problem. To my surprise she had her husband, Tim promptly return my call and he sent someone out right away. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and explained multiple ways he could fix it. Ultimately, he left the decision up to me which I truly appreciated. We scheduled the repair for two days later because it was late and I didn’t want work being done at dinner time. When I asked how they had appointments available while the others were all booked up I was told that they don’t schedule way out like the others. They will only book out a day or two so that they can be available and provide prompt service. I can’t tell you how much I like businesses that are smart like that. The repair was quickly completed. It barely took them an hour to rip out the old pipe and replace it with new PVC. The tech cleaned up the area when he was finished so you wouldn’t even know he was there. The knowledgeable staff and excellent workmanship gave me peace of mind. I saved the best for last in this review. The final cost was far less than I expected, A LOT LESS. Quality, knowledgeable, low cost, prompt service, and peace of mind knowing the job was done right. That’s what you will get from Tennessee Plumbing. I could not recommend them more for your plumbing needs. A 10+!

This company was assigned to us from our home warranty company. It took about 10days for them to come and inspect what was leaking from my upstairs bathroom through my ceiling. The confirmation page that was sent for my appointment was all wrong. Wrong month, wrong day, and they guy showed up almost 3 hours late with out a phone call to let me know they where running behind. Apparently there was some trouble with the diagnosis of my repair being sent to the home warranty company. I spent 45 minutes to an hour on the phone trying to find out what was actually broken, because the company wouldnt send me an email so I could find out what was wrong. The girl in the office hung up on me at least 3 times before deciding to call a number not given, while I was trying to schedule an appointment. Finally I reached out to the owner on his email and this is where I received the customer service and repair. My experience with The employees of the company was frustrating. The company needs more employees like Tim and Kevin. If I was rating this company on solely Tim and Kevin it would be 5 stars.

Tennessee Plumbing was very fast and responsive that’s why I chose their business. I looked at a couple others and the price was fair.Tim and his partner did a great job.They left and had to come back because the sink was still leaking - it wasn’t a hassel at all though. There were a couple of items left laying around in my garage and driveway (screws, razor blade,pipe pieces). I have a motorcycle so I constantly check the driveway for stuff. I picked up the stuff and pressure washed the driveway off from where the rusty old water heater made a mess.I’d use them again.
