Vlad came today after waiting after Hep canceled the first day, then put me on priority for today 8am - 1pm, he arrived at 3:30. I dont believe it was his fault, that said, he was friendly, polite and informative. He did a great job to my complete satisfaction. I think this company is so busy that they have difficulty keep their promised appointments. I used them before to connect to city sewer from septic and experienced several appointments. HEP is the greatest!! Every time I have used them, they always send someone out immediately. Yesterday was no different, Jason arrived earlier than expected and did an excellent job in fixing the problem. He also didn’t leave until he made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend HEP and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Connor Haydon, with HEP Plumbing, was fantastic! Very friendly and extremely professional. Arrived on time and used his time wisely. We had multiple issues with our plumbing and he was able to give us several options for addressing the situation. He, unfortunately, ran into a couple of venomous snakes under the house and yet still continued with his work! Definitely would hire again for any future needs. Thanks so much!

Josh here AGAIN. This will be my second 5 star review for the workers of HEP. This review is for Josh Herndon. This guy went above and beyond working past 2000 hours on a Sunday and he even went as far as to CRAWL BETWEEN floor joist on my house which has a basement to reroute a dryer vent that I couldn’t feed through due to other utility obstacles. I’m not sure what these workers of HEP get paid or how, but if I were HEP admin, I’d make sure they stay around. I’d also like to give a shout out to the crew HEP sent to replace the severely clogged/damaged drainage main. All the guys they sent out here to diagnose/work were too-notch…price wasn’t easy to swallow, but these guys can’t work for free and had better pricing to others compared in the Knoxville area.

Had to call HEP for an emergency service for a backed up sewage line. Isaac came out ASAP, walked me through possible scenarios so I knew what he was about to do. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Its nice to see HEP has some solid people working for them!Follow-up: Austin and Kane came out to remove the tree roots stuck in our pipeline, and replaced the existing parts. The works looks great, and everything is running like its supposed to. Again, Im impressed with the work the HEP team performs.

This was due to accident where utility trailer hit HVAC. Sent est to insurance and awaiting payment out to have unit replaced. They both were very courteous and pleasant to work with.

We had a sudden and significant underground leak and needed a ditch dug and new water line installed from the meter to the house. Colin came out promptly to diagnose the problem. Austin and Zack came out the next day to do the trench and hookup. The evening hookup was complicated by a new leak. This was caused by an old and inappropriate mixture of valve and pipes in the wall, which was not apparent until it was exposed and disturbed. Colin came out the next day to rebuild that section. In summary, I was impressed by the HEP crew I met, as well as their scheduler. All were very capable and friendly. And HEP was able to act very promptly to remedy a serious situation successfully. Particular thanks go to Colin, Austin and Zack.
