    My new go to plumberThis was my first time using Marc Francis plumbing. Mr. Francis arrived on time for my appointment. He quickly diagnosed my problem and completed the repair.     Marc replaced our septic line today. The entire process from booking the appointment through getting the invoice was great! Joya helped answer my questions, booked the appointment, and worked with me to set up the financing - she was very kind and explained everything thoroughly and patiently from start to finish! They had to reschedule our appointment once, but they were apologetic and very polite. Marc was friendly and professional and the job got done quickly, cleanly, and was kept within the estimate as promised. Highly recommend!!

    Arrived promptly and went right to work. They did exactly what I wanted with no problem, made sure I was satisfied with their work, and billed me the exact price that had been quoted. Very satisfied, highly recommended. Photo below is the outdoor faucet that was installed.

    We have used Marc Francis Plumbing several times at both our old and new house. They have always responded in an efficient manner, scheduled us within a reasonable amount of time, show up on time, very professional, quick as possible and competitively priced. We highly recommend them! Only negative is that they charge a transportation fee. This is a fair charge unless you have them do the project. Feel that this should be out toward the job cost and no in addition to.

    Lawrence done an amazing job! He found our leak quickly and took care of it in a quick manner but he talked to us throughout the process about what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it!     Had an excellent experience with Marc Francis Plumbing! They were responsive to my initial call, informative, and helpful with scheduling; we were able to even move me up from my original appointment to fill a cancelation. Anthony was attentive and professional. He was on time for the appointment and was able to pinpoint and correct the issue right then! As of the review, its been about 10 days since the repair and zero signs of the issue linger! Very pleased!

    Marc and Joya went above and beyond to help my wife and I out with out situation we had and without a doubt would use them again and highly recommend them. We encountered a hole in our front yard that we believed was due to something plumbing or septic related. Our home warranty got us in touch with Marc Francis Plumbing. They came and quickly found out what the problem was and set us up for a follow up to repair the issue on a Saturday where they do big jobs. We had to push it back two weekends due to recent very wet weather. However that was no fault of theirs. The communication keeping us up to date from their side of things was very professional and courteous. When Mark got here to do the job he encountered numerous other issues along the way that were unforeseen. He went out of his way and above what was required from him to repair all those issues. My wife and I were really impressed because he dedication to doing a good job was something that Is not often seen anymore. Not to mention he did this all day in miserable weather in the 30s, wet, and in the shade. At the end of the day he did more than required and left us beyond impressed. Thank you for your help.

    Marc Francis was professional, friendly, arrived early and explained the issues with our tankless water heater as well as everything he was doing to repair it. Thankfully, it is working without issue now, and we have uninterrupted hot showers again. We will use Marc Francis Plumbing again.

    Marc ran into a small issue at his prior stop and was running a few minutes behind, but he and his partner made up for it when they got here. They did very quick and well done work from what I can see thus far.     Marc Francis plumbing is fantastic! They worked us in for a full *emergency* repipe of our house before my baby was born and I couldnt appreciate them more!     Excellent service & very professional staff. This is the only 100% reliable plumber I have dealt with in Tri- Cities area. We had a major water leak and called several others that couldnt even give us a time frame to come give us an estimate other than well get back to you. These guys were totally different.     Marc Francis and his crew were polite, professional and very hard workers. Marc is dependable and punctual and they did a great job replacing 64 year old sewer lines. I received a text the day before as a reminder we were scheduled on Sat., then on Sat. I received a text to let me know they were on their way. They showed up at 8 am as promised and were finished before 6 pm even though they ran into two unexpected problems. Marc has helped us resolve several plumbing issues including replacing a hot water heater and I would highly recommend Marc Francis Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

    Anthony unclogged my bathroom sink, and he got it done so quickly! He was very nice, efficient, and was even worried about getting my carpet dirty with his boots, so he took them off before coming in. How nice is that?!     Andrew was very professional and was great to answer any questions. He was very prompt and did an amazing job overall on the plumbing issues.     Scheduling with the owners wife was flawless via 1 phone call, just required 2 days notice to get us on the books. JD and JJ arrived punctual and ready to get the job done. They were professional, timely and friendly during our encounter. Although they are a little expensive, I would definitely recommend and use this company again if there was a job I wanted to make sure was done right.

    We had a leaking pipe in our front yard. They came out, diagnosed the problem, then scheduled a fix. They just finished and did a great job. They made sure everything was working nicely, with considerable attention to detail. Considering the condition of our yard (swampy thanks to both the pipe and the recent rains) they kept it nice. Got the job done in just a few hours. Very nice guys too. We will be calling them from now on.

    I had a complicated issue with a new tankless water heater install and making the hot water system work effectively incorporating the old system which used a tank and an outdoor wood boiler system. Marc did an excellent job fixing the issue. When something else came up, he came right back and made adjustments without charging me anything else. We have hot water on demand at all locations and with multiple units running at the same time just like it should. He spent a lot of time analyzing what was wrong and how to make it all work together so I could bounce back and forth between systems when I wanted to use wood in the winter. I would highly recommend Marc and his company. Always nice to add a specialist to your call list that you know is honest, trustworthy, and will make sure the job is done right and billed fairly.

    We had Marc and his team out over the years to work on various plumbing items of our house. They were always professional and courteous.Most recent, we were having some major sewer pipe issues in our basement. Marc recommended getting a video scope of the plumbing, so we took him up on that recommendation.They came out with more high-tech tools than I have ever seen mapped the pipe locations, and did a diagnostic video. They took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong and even sent me a copy of the video for my records.Initially, we would have to have major work done in excess of $30,000 to repair the pipes and cement the basement again. However, Marc, and his team were able to come up with a creative solution that fully addressed the problem, but at a lower-cost no lack of quality.While it was still a major expense, I am happy with the quality of work that they did. The job involved jackhammering up several areas of the basement, rerouting pipes, along with a couple heavy-duty pumps and grinders.There work was immaculate. He said he would be at my house at 8am and that was the exact time they showed up. They took great care in sealing off areas from dust as well as job clean up (immaculate considering this was a big concrete job). Professional and courteous till the end of the job. These guys are the real deal.Joya who oversees the office was always kind and professional and kept us in timely communication.I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!

    We purchased 30 year old home that had a plastic water supply line that was no longer code approved, Marc and team worked all day replacing our entire plumbing supply system from the valve coming into the house to each fixture. I had sold the house but not closed - so I needed repairs quickly, but also quality so the new buyer could inspect to determine if they wanted to proceed with the sale. The plumbers with Marc Francis came the day scheduled and it was not an easy leak to find and fix. But they did a great job. They were polite and kept me informed of everything they were doing.     We had issues with our laundry room plumbing backing up. Our home warranty sent out this company. The office manager Joya was very professional and friendly. Kevin came out to resolve the issue. We thought he fixed it when he rerouted our pipes and installed a pump, but it was still backing up in our mop sink. Kevin came back and determined that our main drain line under the house had a dip. Andrew then came out to replace the main line that had a dip and fix plumbing under my kitchen sink. Andrew left and the original problem, water backing up, was still not resolved. Marc came out and determined that Kevin’s original job should have fixed the issue, but the pump that was installed was not venting properly. Kevin came back out, fixed the pump’s ventilation issue and was able to move the pump around because when it was originally installed our washer and dryer was in awkward positions. The staff is ver knowledgeable and customer service focused. I’d hire them again. If they come out, and their work doesn’t resolve the issue, they’ll make it right.

    I had a fridge delivered today and the company who delivered it was not able to hook it up due to the copper piping. I called Marc Francis Plumbing and they worked me in today. They arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. JJ gave me two options on how to hook it up. I asked him a ton of questions and he answered all of them and addressed all my concerns. As they were working they answered more questions I had and explained the process of what they were doing. JJ is very knowledge and both men were so friendly and kind. I will be recommending Marc Francis in the future for anyone who needs a plumber, they are wonderful!

    I am a retired Marine, so my standards and expectations are challenging to meet, let alone exceed. This company is first class from start to finish. Assigned to me by my home warranty company, I explained to Miss Joya the urgency of my situation (family coming to town for the holiday) on a Monday. She sent Kevin to diagnose on Wednesday (July 4th!). Miss Joya advocated for me and pushed my claim through to the warranty company. Replacement was approved that day, new water heater ordered was installed by 10:30 Friday morning. Kevin is the industry expert that every home owner prays they get assigned. He is intelligent, courteous, and explained everything I needed/ wanted to know without being condescending. On installation day, he arrived with an assistant and as with the initial visit, they both were dressed to the 9s. Dressed well enough for church, Ive never seen a technician from any industry come to my home in nice slacks and a branded polo shirt, but there they were! Their vehicle was beautifly branded, and their tools were well organized. They cleaned up when they were finished and left everything exactly as they found it. As attitude is a reflection of Leadership, I can only assume that the owners of this company are people Id like to have as friends. I will insist on this company in the future. Well done!

    Simply the best plumber in the Tri-Cities area! Although my husband and I had plenty of possibilities to choose from via word of mouth, phonebook, and the internet Marc Francis stood out from the rest. From the very beginning because of the volume of search and the positive reviews. My husband spoke with Joya (Marc’s wife, this is a husband and wife duo that runs like a fine well-oiled machine). Joya was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous in the explanation of the process, from setting the appointment, to the explanation of the work to be completed, the amount of time it would take, the service charge, and the rate charge. Joya was sympathetic to the distress we were in to have our issues addressed that day, mind you it’s mid-morning on a Friday, end of the work week. Joya made sure we were put on the books, we would be the last stop of the day so thankful! As we were told Marc called 30 minutes before his arrival and on time. Marc was clean, professional and what an outstanding personality he has. Joyful was he for a Friday night with at least 2 hours of work ahead of him.     I contacted Marc Francis Plumbing concerning a Water Heater leak that was discovered on a Saturday evening and they came out on Sunday to assess the damage and ordered an new water neater. The new water heater was to arrive on Tuesday and they were scheduled to return on Wednesday with the heater to install and set up in our home. However after the heater arrived on Tuesday Marc delivered the heater and installed it that evening.
