Don was super friendly and answered all my questions. As this is the first time I have to deal with a septic tank I wasnt sure how they worked or what I should do to maintain it. Don not only explained how they work but also gave me tips on things I can do to lengthen the time needed between services. He called me about 30 minutes before he was going to arrive to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he asked the best way to approach the tank rather than just backing up to the tank. I would recommend Power Rooter Plumbing & Drain to any one needing service that wants it done correctly.

We are new to the neighborhood of Jennings, FL, after researching companies in the area, Power Rooter had great reviews. We were needing a plumber and septic inspection after talking to Donnie he gave us a quote that we thought was fair. We hired Power Rooter. He got all the main drain line from the mobile home to the septic tank connected and he also did the septic tank check and service, and did my septic inspection that was required for the mobile home septic permit and made sure everything was up to code.Amazing company, Donnie took great care of use, honest, fair, and very humble. Don initially came out to repair a water line on our water heater while kindly fielding my questions. One of which was possibly flushing the tank which ended up being quite a project and wasn’t part of the original plan. He went above and beyond what was expected and I greatly appreciate his patience and determination to get the sediment out of the tank. Don also gave me some advice on what could be done to avoid such a buildup in the future and products he could provide. Very helpful and for all he had to deal with, very reasonable fee (also greatly appreciated). All around great experience. I will definitely pass the word to friends and family. Thank you very much!

The company is 100% legitimate, professional, and timely. I called on a Sunday at 5:15pm and they were upfront about the cost since it was an emergency pump out. They showed up within 45 minutes, dug up both septic covers and answered my many questions. Cannot give them enough props well worth the cost of the emergency pump out since no other company even called back and most likely wouldnt have made it to me ad fast.

Have used this company several times. Very quick response, even late at night. I needed new shower heads installed small job but received quick response, low pricing, quality work. Had a defective water heater. I wanted a larger water heater they found a 80 gallon heater. Now I can wash dishes, wash clothes and take a shower one right after another, and the cost was so much less than other places, I checked. I have very hard water from my well. Power Rooter sent off a water sample for me and researched the right filter system. They made sure the water softener system work well with the water filtration system. The drains at the master bedroom was very slow to drain and I again received very quick response, low pricing and quality work. I recommend Power Rooter Plumbing and Drain to all in the North Central Area and South Georgia area.

They were prompt to respond, squeezed me into their busy schedule same day for an emergency repair to my septic/ drain pipe and kept me informed through the whole process on what they found and pricing before doing repairs. They took the time to explain what was causing my problem and suggested things I can do for preventative maintenance in the future. I called Power Root about my septic and Donnie arrived within the hour of my call. Donnie ( the owner) was so helpful. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions, I had a lot. Donnie was able to fix my shower pressure in minutes. The best way to explain my experience is I felt like he was a family member. He showed me that he actually cared and that he wasnt out to get me for the money, but that he wanted to help resolve the issues I have/had. I am alsousing him to pump my septic and at a very fair price.

Just moved back to the area and had a water filter installed and it wouldn’t stop leaking. I called power rooter plumbing and explained my issue and was very surprised and how fast and polite he was. But not as surprised as I was when on short notice how far they drove and how fast and responsive their service crew was. Even had time to fix my ice maker… not that I want anything to break, but when it does I know who I’m gonna call. Proud to be a vet supporting a veteran owned busines. Wow!
