    Brandon did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He was friendly, professional and made sure the faucet worked perfectly before leaving. He and his brother work together to cover the Chattanooga and surrounding areas. His brother replaced faucets in the bathroom a few weeks ago and I was very pleased. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

    Recently, I realized that the water pressure in my house had become very strong at all faucets. In addition, water was on the garage floor underneath the gas water heater. My neighbor recommended that I needed Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor to figure out what is going on. I called Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor, and Doc Brandon told me that he would be at my residence in 10 minutes, informing me he lives nearby.When Doc Brandon arrived he immediately examined the main water pressure and traced the water flow of my Rain Soft water system. He was shocked to see the existing Pressure Regulator Valve was one of the cheapest models on the market. Upon examination, he discovered it was defective. He went to the local plumbing supply center and returned within 40 minutes and fixed this alarming problem, eliminating other possible points of failure.Doc Brandon is a top notch professional plumber. He has great people skills and exudes confidence and trust. I would highly recommend him for all plumbing problems.

    I am a 77 yo disabled veteran, I have hired many plumbers in my time. I have several issues in this old home and needed some quick assistance, so I called Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor. I got a communication asking if he could come out in about 30 min. not lets set up an appointment for next or next month. This military veteran knows how to treat his customers for sure. He arrived on time. He sat with me and we discussed the issues I was facing in the entire house and several jobs that were in my plans. We prioritized them and he fixed the most critical first. His prices for the hot sweaty crawl space dirty work were amazingly low and reasonable, I felt as if I were taking advantage of him.😆 After the job was complete he once again sat with me on my porch drank some ice water and discussed the next phase of this plumbing job. He was understanding of my budget constraints and we decided on the next critical job and set up a time frame for the next appointment. For the first time in my life I did not feel like prey in the jungle when hirering a professional to help me solve an issue. You will not go wrong with Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor.

    I had a new shower install explode and Brandon responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to come out the next day, diagnose the issue, and fix the issue all in one shot.He was also able to squeeze in resolving another issue I had and he did it all for a very reasonable price.He was courteous, helpful, and very kind about the situation.I would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

    Deacon showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. He was professional in his demeanor, and worked both industriously and at a more than than workmanlike level. He cleaned up after himself and fully de-briefed on what was done and what was found, inclusive some unprofessiona, “short-cutted”,l slap dab work from the last “Joe” to work on the house’s main water line (county water people included ). These are things one might think to take for granted in hiring a licensed tradesman, but NOT in THIS neck of the woods!!!! I have important plumbing work yet to do, and will be calling on him to do it because he is honest and i trust him to do both the right thing as well as that which he promised.One more thing I should say: I briefly mentioned to Deacon that I was wondering how many years I had left in my (diminutive) hot water heater since I hadnt checked on its health by flushing it in quite some time. Lickety split Deacon drained it and gave me the mostly thumbs up. A Relief. THAT is customer service.

    Chatt Plumbing Dr did a first class job and gave me an appt the next day. Anjis plumber from Lowes was a no show - twice; and I had to wait many days, so I cancelled and used Plumbing Dr. Heinstalled a new sink and hooked up kitchen plumbing at a reasonable price. He also provides a one yr warranty!

    Brandon of Chattanooga Plumbing Doctor was prompt, super-courteous, honest and VERY hardworking. The job turned out to be more than he or I expected, but Brandon kept telling me not to worry, I would not have to go overnight without a working bathroom.     Deacon was a pleasure to work with, prompt and professional.He and crew installed a new water hydrant on my property, dug a 30 length, 2 deep trench in 3 hours. Tested and all was good. (Had a leak at old meter, which city had to replace). Will use them again for future projects. Recommend.

    Brandon came out yesterday installed a disposal, hook up faucet and, plumb everything, initial price was higher from the start, but it did not take him as long as he thought and he helped me on the price, well to do guy highly recommended, and I also had a late last night he came back this morning and fixed it no charge I will definitely use him in the future
