I have used Masterflo for several repairs over the past few years. They come out when you need them and double check to make sure everything is done correctly before they leave. Even better, they will do their best to handle an emergency at a fair rate!

Davis Hayes and his teammate Juan were exceptional. We have only been in our new home four months and knew there were construction and age issues at the time of purchase. We also could not figure out an awful smell coming from the half bath. Davis and Juan came out for a consult - a feat as we live high up on a mountain - and within a week, replumbed our entire home replacing crap plumbing that has been poorly repaired over the years. And, figured out the horrible smell coming from minute screw holes in the toilet vent, which they replaced. As architects, we cannot believe they did the work in two days as renovation projects cannot be time anticipated due to poor construction inside the walls. But, Davis and Juan worked two long days, worked through lunch and did not stop moving the entire time. We even added scope to the project requiring them to pop back part of a third day, adding to their work load. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality and thoroughness of job received. They were patient, knowledgeable and hard working. I highly recommend this team.

Kitchen RemodelDavid and his helper came out last week to move our kitchen plumbing a few feet and add a couple supply lines to the refrig and freezer. They cut the iron pipe and saw that it was 95 % clogged. They showed this to me and recommended replacing the iron with pvc, so they put it back together and we rescheduled for a week later. We had an appt for 9:00 AM and they called to let me know that they were running behind due to an emergency on another job. They are great with communicating and showing up when they are scheduled. They did a great job and finished in 1 afternoon, and even cleaned up when they were finished. Its hard to find reliable honest trades in the building industry these days but Masterflo proved to have a company that cares about the customer.

Got them a recommendation from my dad who uses Masterflo for commercial plumbing. They came out to give a second opinion on replacing a segment of iron piping in my home. Brian was extremely thorough in his assessment and up front about what was a now problem vs. something that might be an issue down the road. The competitor did not make that distinction. Brians quote was $500 less than the competitor and we also had them do 3 other jobs while they were there. All together, the 4 jobs came out to be the same price as the quote the competitor gave me just to fix the iron pipe.Would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing work. Just wish they did HVAC and electrical too!

We own Four41south bbq. We had a problem with one of our sinks not draining right and having issues with water flow. They sent out Josh. Very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything he did and showed us what the issue was. Was here until 7:30-8pm on a Friday night still working on it. We joke around here saying we’re in suite 13 if it’s going to happen it will happen here. No issues at all he worked through everything. Kept everything cleaned. Spent 10+ hours with us and got the issue fixed. We definitely recommend them and definitely recommend Josh! We plan on using them from now on.

It seems you never really need a plumber between 9-5, M-F. I was referred to Masterflo when I had a Pex crimp fail on a weekend night. Since then, I’ve used them multiple times for all of my needs. Needed emergency service on a Saturday evening because of a backup in the septic line. Masterflo Plumbing were the only emergency company that truly had a 24/7 call center. Not just leave a voice message. Talked to a real person and immediately got a call back from Robert who was ready to come see how he could fix our problem. Within an hour he was on site reviewing our situation. He was knowledgeable on plumbing issues and said our issue was a need to have our septic tank pumped out. We could have spent money trying to clean out the line but because we had not had our tank cleaned in years, he suggested to use our money fixing the ultimate problem of a full septic tank. Robert was a truly honest professional and is someone I would call on again when I have a plumbing need.

Wow! These guys were great! I never post online reviews, but I wanted to post one today. My wife woke me up at 5AM on a Saturday saying it was raining in the basement. It took ME until 9AM to get around to calling. THEY were here within the hour.Brian Anderson was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I had water bubbling up where the cement meets the pavers on my driveway. I called my one-and-only construction company that has done every kind of work on my house for the last 10 years, Fort Construction, Alpharetta, GA (a 5 star construction company) who suggested Masterflo. I called immediately and asked if they could service an emergency. She called me back within 5 minutes and I had Jimmy at my house within the hour. This was Friday afternoon. It was indeed a main water break. We shut the water off for the weekend, and first thing Monday morning, Jimmy and his crew were at the house.Upon evaluating the problem, it was necessary to bring in an underground installer. It was an all day affair, 9am-6pm, and they barely stopped for lunch. It proved to be a bit more difficult than originally thought, but they did not stop until the end. They left the entire area clean, as though nothing happened. I will never need to look for a plumber again.

We were having issues with our system, and found Masterflo online. We called them on a Sunday and they were at the house with in an hour. Both Matt and Mike were incredibly knowledgeable, and able to address the issue with no problems at all. Incredibly friendly, and very easy to communicate our issues with. Would HIGHLY recommend them, and will be doing so to any friends in the area that need a plumber. You cant go wrong with these guys! Awesome customer service!!!

Hot Water heater not heating, Sunday 6:10 PM...called Masterflo number, young lady took my info and told me Id hear back shortly.Cool! not 5 minutes Matt Vaughn? called me and couldnt make it., was heading to another ,job, but spent some time with me on the mphone trying to help me out...he was excellent, but I needed service...so set up for Mon afternoon about 4:30-5:00...as I turn down my street coming home, there sits the Masterflo truck...Robert Hillhouse was ready to go...Robert came in and had the heater repaired (just a thermocouple) in about 20 minutes...works great Thanks Robert!! He also checked a slow drain, toilet issue in a bath, and had us fixed up in no time ...Robert, Thank you so much for all your hard work, patience and persistence to get the problem corrected...you are one helluva good person and know how to treat a customer...Masterflo, hes a keeper for sure!! Appreciate your great response and customer service...its top notch as far as Im concerned!! Thanks so much!

The pilot light on my water heater went out the day before the snow was supposed to come. Another plumber told me I would have to replace the entire heater. I called Masterflo, and Davis came out to take a look. He gave me a very fair estimate on replacing the unit. Before he started the replacement, Davis asked if he could try to start the pilot light. He was able to get it going! He was so kind to stay for a little bit to make sure the pilot stayed on, and the water was heating. He even texted later in the evening to make sure everything was still going okay. I will definitely be calling Masterflo again - and asking for Davis!
