10 out 10.Macs Plumbing was recommended by a friend.Severe leak on my property; thankfully not in the house.Called on Friday and was told by Mitch that no one could come out - family situation; but would be able to help on Monday. I am a family first guy so I respected this info.Having not slept well Friday night because of the leak and the potential of freezing temps I got up Saturday morning to more standing water than on Friday.I took a chance and contacted Mitch and sent additional pics.Long story short - Mitch and Dylan arrived Saturday morning around 10:00.By 1:00 they had found the leak and made the repairs!So grateful for these two guys!Professional, respectful and determined.We will definitely use Macs Plumbing in the future.Take this review for what it is...a very relieved customer who is happy to provide this positive review.

We had a clogged toilet that needed the attention of a plumber. I called a friend to recommend a plumber and he called Mac’s for me. Mitch Akins came out within an hour and it took him no time to have the problem solved. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I won’t hesitate to call Mac’s Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs.

Out of 3 different companies, they were the only ones who came out, did the work, gave me a reasonable price, everything was handled so respectfully and professionally. They greeted myself and my daughter, they did their work while chatting with us, and explaining things and they joked around with us. They made the whole process very enjoyable. I will be calling them again if I ever have plumbing issues.

I give five stars because Eric did a wonderful job was quick to respond and very reasonable on price I live on a fixed income and desperately need a leak fixed he was quick to show up and was very knowledgeable about what needed done very impressed with his work will be using them again thanks for everything.
