My refrigerator died, and someone from Englert’s came out to fix it. I ordered a new refrigerator, but due to the pandemic I had to wait almost a year and a half to get one. My old refrigerator hopped along until the new one came in. (I now have it in my garage as a spare, and it’s still going strong!) Once I DID get the new fridge, the compressor failed within a week (while I was on vacation). Starla was great to work with. She even came to my home, when my refrigerator went out, to check on the status of it and make sure there was no water leaking on to my hardwood floors. They promptly replaced it with a new one, and I was reimbursed for the food I lost. The guys that did all the removals and installations couldn’t have been nicer.

Spoke to Starla (recommend) she was extremely helpful. I called the day before due to living in Evansville, and she made sure they had what we wanted was in stock. We got a floor model bed which was in immaculate condition, and a new mattress. Our sleep has improved tremendously and look forward to going to bed.

I called them because my refrigerator was having problems. I was a customer of Audio World but the owner retired and sold to Englerts. They came & fixed the problem right away. Actually, when I got the bill, they forgot to bill me for one of the parts. I went there & paid them for it anyway.

Spoke with Kurt, he was super helpful and knew exactly what we needed! My girls sleep throughout the night now thanks to him and the quality of mattresses they have. Highly recommend!

This is one of the very few stores in this town i can get any real service from .i get my garden suplies now from toms but englerts has been great place for my furniture.i got my living room furniture there.nice quality, and helpful sales people.i also got our furnace there.they have a good dependable staff.
