Everyone that works for this company is very professional and willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done. This is a five star company.The repair was on time and went out of his way to make sure the job was completed today. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The repairman was nice and I think he did a good job. However, he was 3 hours late and did not even say sorry to keep you waiting when he got there. He did call around the appointment time to tell me hed be two hours late, but come on, three hours late you should say *something*.He replaced the broken pipe with PEX, which is good, but he left in such a hurry that he didnt pick up any of the debris, such as the old pipes or ceiling drywallThe price was a good bit higher than I expected for replacing a stretch of pipe that goes to the washing machine. The company did not give me an estimate before they did the work. I should have asked. (I know there is a lot more than labor and material to consider, such as overhead, cost of their trucks, taxes, salaries, etc. Still, it seems high, but then, so does everything these days.)

I have used Mountainside for some small jobs and they were always super friendly and responsive. I didnt have to shop around when it came time to install a tankless water heater in March. Recently the water heater showed an error code and stopped working. They showed up to find it was condensation in the exhaust pipe in the attic that had nothing to do with their install. They did the repair in less than an hour and did not charge me for it. These guys are top notch and I will only use and recommend them!

Great the plumber was very polite, introduced himself told me exactly what he was doing each step and did the job very quickly cleaned up and left! Very pleased and I love the owners Rusty and Donna great experience and will be sure to recommend them!
