Great company to work with - this is my second time using them and I’ll continue being a customer for all my electrical needs. Dennis was able to fit me in their schedule last minute when I was without hot water due to an electrical issue, and Jason, Kolby and Gage came out and fixed the issue in less than five minutes and were all very polite and professional. Very grateful and I highly recommend this company!

I was grateful when I did not lose power during the two storms that affected our city earlier this year. But my luck ran out two weeks ago when the roofers accidently cut a wire in the garage. Its totally miserable to be without power! Finding the right company to do the job was a daunting task. I decided to call a local electrical supply store for a recommendation. That led me to the fine folks at Jax PowerPro. They are professional, fairly priced and really know what they are doing. I will definitely call them again if I need an electrician.

They agreed to take it on and made sure everything was safe. I have always been afraid of electric problems and I contacted Jaxpowerpro to help me with my electrical problems and had a wonderful experience.They contacted me along the entire process and within a two days I had help and the tech that came checked out all my issues and never quit until he got to the bottom of the problem.Some people dont think it is hard to assess an electrical problem but it is a process of elimination to find the main cause.He kept on until he found the problem.He also was very concerned about safety as I was.I dont want a bandaide,I want it fixed!Because of his commitment to the job they will always be my go to for electrical problems!

Recently Jax Power Pro helped in getting a customers duel water heaters wiring configured correctly. They fit this customer in just days before Thanksgiving (during a peak time for trade companies). Doing this Jax power pro was able to provide hot water for this customers holiday guests. Satisfying the customer and saving the day. The communication between Him, his team the customer and myself was second to none. I had a great experience working with Jax Power Pro and I highly recommend them. Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, and kind. I was referred by Alpha Foundations to have an outlet installed in my crawl space for a sump pump. I asked Dennis to come look at my panel because I didnt think I had enough space in my panel for an additional breaker. When Dennis, the owner, got to my house and looked at my panel he discovered I was still on cloth wiring and would need at the very least a partial rewire.Dennis was very straightforward with what my home needed and how it would be priced out. He explained the entire process, laid out a timeline, and explained all the components included in my project. As with any older home he explained there may be some hidden challenges once the work began and explained the worst case scenarios. I felt very comfortable signing off on the project and felt very informed going into it.The crew that ended up working on my house was Albert and Kyle. Both were very respectful and professional. They treated my home with care and did their best to mitigate any damage to my walls. Albert identified that my cloth wiring was more extensive than we originally though, but they were still able to complete my project on time. He also cleaned up the wiring in my panel so its much nicer to look at and will help with any future projects.Overall, I am very happy with my choice to use Jax Power Pros and if I have any future electrical projects Ill be calling them again.
