My water heater failed and needed replacement after more than 30 years of operation. The lead plumber proposed a more modern and efficient tankless water heating system. He explained the efficiency and advantages. I agreed. Installment of the new system began the next day.The 3 gentlemen, Steve, Hector, and Luciano (Luc), checked the water quality and systems after installing the new water heating system. They provided quality workmanship and excellent clean-up, completing the installment in one day. They worked together as an effective professional team while being interactive and attentive when I engaged them during the day.Patterson Water and Plumbing has provided services for my home since 1985. Upon retirement, Norman Patterson, the company founder, passed the family business on to his daughter and grandchildren.

I am incredibly pleased with this Pattersons Water and Plumbing. They were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They were honest and transparent and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Another company suggested I get a particular water treatment system, but Pattersons Water and Plumbing indicated that their solution was overkill and not needed at all. Pattersons told me that a simple brita filter would solve my problem. I greatly appreciated their honesty and expertise. I highly recommend them!Additionally, their communication with the customer was outstanding. I got a notification sent to my phone confirming the appointment time. And then when the technician was on her way, I was sent a notification along with a picture of the technician. I greatly appreciated this added layer of communication and security.

Recently we needed a new water filtration system & Catherine came to our home to provide us with option’s & pricing. The pricing was very reasonable & within just a few days our new system was installed in a very professional manner. The service technician clearly provided an overview of our new no maintenance system. All old equipment removed and area was left spotless. 2 weeks post installation Billy came out to our house to do a health check on the system to ensure everything was working properly. He was extremely cordial and professional and answered all our questions. Everything was working fine. Very professional company that you can trust. All staff that I have dealt with both at my home and over the phone have been great.

Great service from a family owned business. I found Pattersons as a referral from another company who did not have a license to serve my area. We ended up getting a softening system installed and we LOVE the end result (cleaner and softer water in our home). From scheduling an estimate, to day-of installation, this is an extremely courteous and professional company all around. The sales process was very friendly and not pushy at all. Communication leading up to the install was punctual and thorough. Absolutely the best around!! First off let me start this by saying I am so glad to have come across Pattersons Water Treatment. So here I go this will be a long one. I called Pattersons by mistake actually, I was looking for a water testing company for CO Inspection for my home. I spoke to Catherine who recommended another company and advise they only treat the water in the case that you need it. So I did just that, added bonus I received a discount for the water test because I told them I was recommended! So fast forward, unfortunetly needed treatment. So back to Pattersons I go, Pattersons came out and advised me. They were so knowledgeable , kind and nice. We are new to the well water and water treatment world and they took there time to educate us but not being pushy what so ever. So I decided to change out my system and go with a slightly better one then what I originally had there. I called and got the first appointment available. Catherine already knew my situation at this point and that I would have to retest and this is pretty much holding me back from moving in. Come to my surprise Friday I received a call that theres a Monday opening if I would like to take that! Clearly we jumped on it and my new system is up and running. I just wanted to say how thankful and glad I am to have come across Pattersons. Im very big on customer service because its almost not existent anymore in todays world. Companies dont seem to care anymore. The fact that everyone was super friendly, understanding, took their time to speak to us. We did not feel rushed or pushed, or ripped off at any point. Best of all to receive a call that we can be move our appointment to an earlier day in the week was the icing on the cake.
