The only folks to trust regarding plumbing issues! Came listened to what was happening ;knew exactly problem. While I was waiting someone suggested I call ANOTHER company: the only reason I was waiting is because of their expertise efficiency they are BUSY! I responded to the suggestion : No thanks Id rather wait for trustworthy hardworking folks any day. Dont skimp on quality you will regret it in the end.

The firm kept us up to date on the timing of their scheduled appointment. The two Ts (Charlies technicians) arrived as scheduled, worked steadily, and when they encountered unexpected difficulties, continued working into the early evening in order to finish the job in one day so that we would have water.The rerouted piping was neat, level and square, the new water heater upgraded to current codes. We are very pleased.

Suddenly no water in our house at 3:00 pm on Sunday 2-11-24. Called Charlies Plumbing of Jackson Hole whom I had never used before and set up a service call the next morning. Alix came exactly on time and quickly determined that a regulator was faulty and replaced it. He had suspected that might be the problem from my call and picked up a regulator just in case Monday morning. He and his assistant Reagan were extremely pleasant, efficient and professional. You simply cant beat this type of prompt service.

Charlie’s was fantastic! The pipes in my condo were backing up. They were able to get someone over the same day I called. They gave me a three hour window and then sent a text letting me know a serviceman, Steve, was on their way. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem in the same day. Yesterday was now the fourth time I have used Charlie’s Plumbing over the years. The entire operation is responsive, well run, they know what they are doing, pleasant to deal with, and they have always been careful about cleaning up afterwards. Not sure how it could be any better.I have, since the above post, had Charlies plumbing come out on an emergency basis to fix a sewer line blockage. Fast, courteous, excellent and careful work no matter which individual plumbers have been sent out.I wish local physicians were generally as good, as both physicians and plumbers are people that, when you need them, you not only need them right now, but it helps immensely if they are professional and competent, to do you any good. And, on this metric, Charlies Plumbing seems to come out ahead.Seriously.

We have two properties in Jackson, WY, with issues at both. The most time-sensitive issue was some of our units at one property were only emitting hot water, no cold water at all! I had to have called at least 50 plumbers between Jackson and different towns in Idaho with no luck. Charlies Plumbing called me back very quickly and moved things around on their schedule to get someone out to our property the next day! I was very impressed with the staff (the office staff and the guys who came out). While they tried their best to help out, the boiler issue needed someone who specialized in that and they referred me to another company (who also came out fairly quickly!). Charlies Plumbing is now our people to call on! I completely trust them and appreciate their amazing customer service and professionalism.

Latest plumbing disaster….our hot water heater conked out! Charlie’s guys kept it alive for over a month, but the Jackson hard water, sediment caused it to fail. Once again, our favorite plumbers came to the rescue! They diagnosed the problem, replaced our faulty water heater in one day! Woke up to cold water….came home to new hot water heater and lovely hot water for shower and dishes! One day service! I had already contributed to the cardinal plumbers nightmare by using a clog-busting liquid, but there was no judgement or recrimination! Water started backing up in my house. Showers/tubs not draining well but eventually draining. Then late one afternoon the toilets would not flush and plunging them caused water to come up the tub drains. I stopped using water on that end of the house while on the other end, kitchen area, things continued to seem fine. I called Charlies that evening and the next day Tim and Josh showed up to take a look. After a little conversation about what was happening and using a running water test while monitoring the flow at the sewer clean out, they quickly determined the problem was not in the house. These fellows were diligent, persistent and informative as they worked to pinpoint just what was going on. They got things flowing again, better and better as they worked on the sewer line and tested, using every water source in the house a few times. They figured out exactly what it was, photographing the broken sewer pipe 30 feet from the house that had been inadvertently damaged by work in the neighborhood two weeks earlier. They marked the exact spot and depth of the broken pipe. A great job they finished off by providing the information and contacts needed to get an excavation repair. It ended better than that as the group still working in the neighborhood became aware of what had happened, spoke with Tim and Josh about it and are taking care of the it. This is not the first time Ive used Charlies Plumbing and not the first time Ive met Tim. Great service, great job.

Servicemen (2 of them. 1 was in training. Am I paying for his presence on this job?) were courteous enough but arrived without the proper socket wrench to loosen the cartridge(s). Had to leave worksite, retrieve wrench from nearby business (probably Standard Plumbing where the items were ordered from), return to my home and install. Added drive time to acquire the proper wrench to the ultimate invoice wont make me happy. Drive time from Charlies Plumbing site in Jackson takes about 15 minutes.They should arrive with all tools needed. Wrenches arent very big and their vehicle was rather large. Installation took about 15 minutes.Cost of cartridge(s) $373.00 seems rather HIGH considering the overall price of the Kohler fixture.
