    Office contacted me within 20 minutes of my online service request, and the was very polite and friendly. I needed that, considering complications with my warranty company. Technician arrived within another 20 minutes, and he too was very friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing when he serviced my AC unit.I will DEFINITELY contact McCoys again for my HVAC issues, my first experience with them was a very positive one. From online request to Technician at my door, it was overall barely over an hour. Its hard to beat service like that. My warranty dispatched someone who didnt even show up for 2 days, so McCoys quick and professional service was a blessing. I highly recommend.

    Late yesterday afternoon, our a/c compressor stopped, temp ~90 degrees. My wife is disabled, so getting it repaired quickly is critical. Since it was after hours, I got the answering service when I called. The technician (Christian) called back within a couple of minutes. He was about an hour away, but assured me he would get here asap. He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got the system back up while replacing the faulty part. In addition, even though it was late and he’d had a long day, he was super kind and compassionate about my wife. Top notch service!

    Can’t remember the technician name I dealt with but he was on time for our appointment. He was friendly and explained what was wrong with our ac. The tech who gave me the estimate was also friendly, came by in just a few minutes after the the first tech called him. Texted me the estimate on what the repairs would cost the next day. I’ve not received an estimate on the replacement cost for a new ac unit yet.(Haven’t checked my email in a couple of days so I could be wrong.)

    I called late one afternoon and was astonished that they were able to send somebody out within about an hour. Im sure that doesnt happen all the time but I got fortunate. Spencer was professional and thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done with my unit. I am very pleased and because of it. I signed up for a maintenance agreement. Because I like how McCoys treats their customers. The next day, Andrew came out to do maintenance on my fathers unit. Again, it was done with professionalism and speed. I am very pleased with Mccoys. Neither put pressure on new but educated me and gave me options.

    We had a new heating and air system installed as the old system went out. The install team were thorough, professional, and followed up after install. The follow up technician noted a small problem & scheduled to have it addressed within 2 weeks. Team came and fixed the problem. We had also signed a maintenance contract for all your units. Technician came as scheduled and examined all 3 units which included new one. Everything ok. Technician polite and appeared to be thorough. We can recommend McCoy’s.

    I have used McCoys for air conditioning service for more years than I can remember. I started using their plumbing service as soon as they offered it. Every employee with whom I have had the pleasure to do business has been exceptional. I just had major plumbing work completed which was very difficult and time consuming. They explained everything which needed to be done and were very conscientious about disclosing the cost in advance. In addition, they are careful not to track dirt, etc., into the house, and they make sure the work area is clean when they leave. This behavior is true of all employees who have worked at my house. I recommend McCoys highly.

Not sure if I can put their name but it was Jackson Heat and Air; they basically charged me $370 to spray my unit with my own garden hose and never used a cleaner, just water, then told me it was going to be $1200-1500, once back a week later after 2 calls and told me it would be $2800 and a month or longer to fix, and basically tried to get me to buy a new unit. They sent a service technician out first thing the next day. The tech was very friendly and professional. He discussed with me the possibility of what it might be and the possible cost. He found that the problem was a relatively easy fix. He fixed our problem and double checked it for leaks and didnt find any.
