Professional service by Rob. He communicated via email and confirmed my installation date. He arrived early for the job & took care of the paperwork with the township. I would recommend giving No Problem Plumbing a call & I would definitely use the services again. He was a very honest guy and you could tell he does right by the customer. We have used Rob a couple times so when looking to replace hot water heater we reached out to him and he was at our house within couple hours to give estimate. He was a lot cheaper than another estimate. We hired him and very pleased with his work. Highly recommend

Woke up with no heat and then 2 burst pipes. I called this company and Rob was here within 25 minutes. Excellent service, fast, and great pricing. I was expecting a much higher cost. Not just that, but he guarantees his work and offered to come back at no charge if there were any other issues. I am new to needing a plumber and now I know exactly who I will call & recommend from now on. Highly recommended.

SUPERB service. Hot water heater went, same day service, in and out with professional team.I got several quotes and this exceeded my expectations. Great plumbers, I would use them again and probably will for other projects in my house. You dont find service like this anymore, on time, polite, and they even cleaned up and left nothing behind. Outstanding

Was renovating kitchen discovered leaking gate valve under kitchen sink. Called multiple plumbers but could not find one who would do job. One came and said he would work up price and call me but never called back. Another came and insisted on tightening valve which made leak worse and left and I had to shut water off in house I met this guy at general plumbing supply who promised he would come the next morning I would be his second stop. He called at 930am saying he would be at my home in 35 minutes arrived at 10am looked at job quoted me fair price removed and replaced valve drained boiler flushed and bled system and tested very satisfied with his work.

Unbelievable service and extremely fair prices. We have used Rob many many times and will never use anyone else. When we have a problem he is the first last and only call we make. With an older home we have used him 10+ times for jobs big and small. Always there the day after you call, he will not over-sell the job. if there is a cheap simple fix, thats what youll get, unlike other plumbers who will try to sell you a much bigger and more expensive job. only once have we had a very minor drip after his work and he was there at 8am the next morning to fix it, no charge. He is simply the best plumber you will ever find and you would be foolish to look further!
