20 Stars for Neil Brooks Plumbing Heating Cooling Inc, located at 14 South Hope Chapel Road, Jackson, NJ 08527 for doing an outstanding job installing a Navien Tankless Water Heater Model # NPE-240 A2 together with a re-circulating valve and removing an AO Smith 50-gallon tank water heater.On October 2,2024 I met with Master Plumber Matthew together with his right hand man named Domingo together with his left hand man named Chris, the three of them worked like a well-oiled machine, they worked in unison. Master Plumber Matthew is a craftsman in his field it is a work of art. (just look at the pictures). Master Plumber Matthew explained the functions of the Navien and labeled all of the valves and cleaned up after the job was completed.Special mention to Neil Brooks for his initial visit and his staff named Rebecca and Jill, for answering, directing my calls and handling the scheduling of the installation together with setting up the Township inspection.Hats off to your company

Hooked my house to city water and added a toilet in place of all the old well pump equipment in my laundry room. They ran a new drain line from the toilet to the septic. Had the HVAC tech back to repair my furnace. All my calls were responded to promptly. Neil checks in to make sure all work is satisfactory. Incredible service from skilled labor that you dont see very often these days. Reasonably priced and quality service. Couldnt recommend them more!

This review is long overdue, however I had an ejector tank issue that caused a flood in my basement months back. They were prompt and fixed the issued. Although I initially had a problem with their firsst attempt and estimate, I was relieved that Neil had an office and when I went down to express my concerns, he immediately reassured me that it would get fixed and that he would have a licensed plumber perform the work. I was relieved that I did not have to argue about getting the repair fixed to standard. The price was reasonable but most of all the owner attentively listened to my concerns, was reasonable and corrected the issue without additional charge. The plumber that came out the second time, explained everything thoroughtly so I could clearly understand and validated that my concerns were accurate. That counts for everything. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them as I am a woman and did not feel patronized when I expressed my concerns with the initial job. I would definately use them again and refer them.

We have been using Neil Brooks Plumbing for 1 year now. We first used them for a renovation project. When asked to replace our hot water heater they immediately informed us that our previous plumber installed the wrong kind. They also replaced our toilet, kitchen sink. All the work was done flawlessly. Twice since then we have called them for problems with our air conditioning, different units in our two zone system. They were responsive and came immediately. I recommend them highly. They are the best.

The owner provided the estimates and all work was done accordingly with exactly what was written and discussed. The price seemed very fair and the work done was professional and by the book. I can not thank Jim and the people at Neil Brooks Plumbing enough. I had an emergency repair that was needed, they were able to get someone in to survey what needed to be done the same day I called (it was not an easy job our heating-ac vents blocked access to the cracked pipes & another person from the hvac also needed to check to make determine what needed to be done to the vents to give access to the pipes). I had an ill family member that was arriving to stay with me in 2 days and I needed for them to have a working bathroom close to their room. Jim returned the next day, bright and early and did the necessary repairs to both the pipes and the vents leaving the area clean. I would highly recommend their service.

Neil and his team were amazing.I owned a house in the NJ area but live 800 miles away. Neil took on some projects that the town required of us in order to sell the property.Not only was everything done professionally and quickly he did much more than we could ask for. He handled all the plumbing issues and while he was there helped us with other town issues.You VERY rarely see a company that follows through and helps you like this company will. Use these guys, you will not be disappointed!!

AMAZING SERVICE---COMPLETELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR ANY PLUMBING NEED!!!A few weeks ago we had a major issue in our kitchen. Our home sits on a slab with the plumbing lines running through the slab. The hot water pipe under our kitchen had cracked and was leaking into our slab. We could tell because the tile right in front of our sink was considerably hot, as compared to the rest of the tile in our kitchen, which is usually slightly cool. We expected to have our kitchen floor completely torn up and most of our cabinets and counter top removed. Neil was recommended to us so we gave them a try. One of their veteran plumbers, Adrian, came to do the work. He was excellent. Very professional. They first used a metal detector to locate the pipes under the floor. After that they used a stethoscope style listening device to precisely locate the leak under one of our cabinets. After covering the immediate area with clean drapes, they then cut a hole in the bottom of our cabinet floor to access that part of the slab. Adrian then used a small jack hammer to cut a hole in the slab to access the pipe. In order to avoid having to remove the cabinets or countertop he did the jack hammering while he was sitting INSIDE our bottom cabinets! And with all that, he was surgical. I swear the hole couldnt have been larger than 1 foot in diameter and he completely exposed the pipe and the leak. With the leak exposed, he was able to cut out the cracked pipe and replace it with new plumbing. Within hours of their arrival the repair was made, the hole in the slab refilled with concrete, and the floor in the cabinet screwed back into place. We were afraid our kitchen was going to be torn up for days and they had it tied up for a few hours at best. When they were done you could barely tell they had been there. The price was more than reasonable for the excellent service, and I will be definitely calling Neil Brooks the next time we have any plumbing needs.

I converted to natural gas from oil. They changed, hot water heater, furnace and installed a new AC unit in a timely manner to not cause any inconvenience. They also converted my whole house generator to natural gas. Very professional, courteous and punctual. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing services.

I recently purchased a new home and we wanted to relocate the laundry to the second floor. After going through 6 plumbers we finally found Niel Brooks. What a breath of fresh air to find a straight shooter. He spoke with me himself to educate me on the code requirements for the impending work and requested the permits lighting fast. Then his team came and was transparent about timing and work details. Not only did they execute the work above my high expectations but they left no evidence they were even in my house by cleaning up carefully and even removing shoes without being asked! If you are searching for a plumber in the area look at Niel Brooks first and you will not be disappointed with the result.
