This is the third time Ive used Grimes Plumbing and I have been satisfied every time. They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice every time and fixed the leaks in a timely manner. They were also able to point out potential issues so I could schedule additional appointments to get them fixed before it became a problem. The price has always been reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called at just the right time. How often do you call for a plumber, and they answer, Hell be right over? Did a great job fixing a clogged kitchen sink, gave good advice. Would definitely recommend them!

Grimes did a great job helping me with a some what complicated problem I was having with a sump pump that other plumbers could not fix. They diagnosed the problem, then came back a few days later to complete the work. They did an excellent job, and its all fixed!! Im very happy. They did a great job of cleaning up when done. I had zero mess, like no one was there. Its hard to find a good plumber, and these guys are great. Very reasonable prices as well.

From our first phone call with Marie, to the actual repair/install job itself, Grimes personnel were the kind of people we like to do business with: personable and knowledgeable people, resulting in a job well done. Right from the start you could tell that plumbers Mitchell and Travis cared about customer satisfaction, and their job performance was excellent, including clean-up! We will definitely call Grimes for any future plumbing needs.

Grimes was called with very little notice. I had a failing pressure tank and they arranged their schedule to get me serviced. Quality installation performed by Mike Grimes himself. He has a staff that he manages but still rolls up his sleeves and does work himself as well. Competitive pricing and quality service, cant ask for much more than that! Five star rated!

I had a great experience with Grimes Plumbing recently. I had low water pressure issues and rather than dispatch a person to my house and charge me a service fee they talked me through some trouble shooting tricks and I was able to fix the issue myself. Very impressive customer service. I will definitely think of Grimes if I have plumbing issues in the future.

This business came highly recommended by a friend. The wonderful lady on the phone went above & beyond to try to accommodate my need, & I didnt press her to do so at all.She went through multiple gyrations on a busy day, even tried to rearrange work schedules to fit me in, & stayed in contact with me throughout the day to let me know where things stood.Ultimately they were too busy to fit me in within the short time frame needed, but they tried really hard to, were very attentive & pleasant, even though it sounded like a hectic time. I will call them next time I need a plummer, & will again this time too if nobody else can get me in right away.Thank you, and to the owner, I much appreciated the manner & assistance of the woman to whom I Spoke (12/01/20).

Two times had a great experience, but one time there was a bald guy who was not very helpful and was difficult to deal with. He charged us 95 dollars to fix a sink and left, but it still leaked and I had the new one ready to install.... Luckily they rectified this with a very generous price the next appointment though!

Grimes Plumbing was fantastic! When another plumbing company canceled at the last minute, Marie at Grimes was able to get our work scheduled within just a few days. Mitchell and Jordan were both very professional, performed the needed repairs, and explained exactly what costs we would incur. Hats off to Grimes for everything they did for us on short notice!

He explained before he started what needed to be done and why, he had to come back a second time and was here when expected, finished up and cleaned up, again, much appreciated! I had to have our sinks drainage rerouted outside the house. The fact we are on a slab our old pipes could not be accessed without tearing up the house. Corey and Tom did a excellent job, very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Weve gotten used to mediocre service at best from Jackson Contractors. Working with Grimes plumbing restored our faith that there ARE great people out there who are proud of the work they do. Our 61 year old house needed all new water lines. The entire experience from start to finish was one of the most positive experiences we have ever had. Special thanks to Marie in the office, and Dave and Mike our plumbers. They were on time, kept us apprised of how the work was going, and even fixed some issues left behind by another plumbing contractor. In short, these guys are AWESOME. They will be the first ones we call if we ever need plumbing repairs in the future!

Called Grimes about scheduling a plumber to come out and investigate a leak in my wall from a possibly busted pipe. Dave called before he started on his way over here, and arrived at the date and time scheduled prior. He was professional, efficient, and did a great job identifying the problem then confirming the next course of action with me before cutting a hole in the wall, which was necessary for my situation. The job was done well and the leak was fixed in a shorter amount of time and for a smaller bill than I had anticipated.

Called Grimes and they were there within an hour and fixed the problem, and one we didnt know about. Mitchell was Great, professional and polite.
