    Look no further! Trace and Mark are the men for the job! We had such an excellent experience with these guys to come take care of our septic issues. We bought our home with a septic system just under three years ago and decided it was time to go ahead and get it cleaned out. Well, we quickly discovered the builders in 1988 decided to pour our concrete sidewalk right on top of it! Big Daddy’s knew exactly what to do, offered suggestions on how to still make the front of our house look aesthetically pleasing, gave us extremely fair pricing, were flexible with scheduling, and just all around great to work with. Would highly recommend to all of my friends and family. We will be seeing them again in 4 years for our routine maintenance!

    We unfortunatly had septic tank issues on a Sunday. We called Big Daddys septic service on Sunday and they were able to come the next day on Monday. They discovered our filter side had been to high and were able to cut and replace the pvc along with a new filter .along with pumping and cleaning the tank. They were very knowledgeable and fast and friendly. They showed up at noon. And were finished by 2.00 pm I would highly recommend these 2 gentlemen for any of your septic tank needs. They worked flawlessly to get us back up and running.

    These guys were very helpful in this stressful situation. I called them and they were out within 2 days time after they said it would be about 5 days.     I called Big Daddy’s on 09/14…..they were here THE SAME DAY! Gave me a reasonable quote for pumping tank and field lines and did the job immediately! I cannot express enough gratitude to these guys! Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and they didnt mind me “supervising”…LOL! I will ALWAYS use Trace and his guys for all my septic issues but lets hope I do not need them again soon! The work ethic I saw is like no other company I have dealt with.     Big Daddy’s did a great and fast job. They will educate you on the system and how it works. Which is a bonus to have explained so I won’t have any issues or issues in the future. Mine hasn’t been pump in longer than what is expected. They cleaned the lines and pumped my septic tank. They are careful to not mess up the yard with minimal grass that needs to grow back. Just the outline of the septic tank. Love that because I love my yard pretty. They are honest and reliable. Something that is rare these days. Didn’t take them long to get the job done. I recommend them without reservation and would happily give 10 stars if possible thank you Big Daddy septic service**** UPDATE *** the service I received seemed wonderful, however it didn’t last, I had to call them back just a few months later because I was smelling sewage, they came back out and said that something wasn’t working properly and that they told me during the first visit that there was a problem but this wasn’t true but I believe they maybe broke my septic lid or something but I take back completely, my previous endorsement and strongly urge anyone not to use this company

    Easy to work with. Very polite and they did a great job. I posted a year ago about how amazing these guys were. We finally got the money together and had them replace the drainage system on our septic. They were fantastic. They controlled the amount of mess that comes with this job, put in the new system and returned our yard to us in less than 24 hours. The price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend this company.

    These guys are absolutely awesome! I was first impressed by their quick response after my call to them when the septic backed up into the bathtubs. They were here before 9 am. After assessing the problem both Marcus and Mark were very thorough in explaining the process to me. This totally impressed me because being an older woman Im used to being treated as if Im ignorant and dont have a clue about whats going on. They treated me with the utmost respect and as if I was kin to them. There were multiple problems in the system but I was made aware of them as they were found, this means a lot to me as I like to understand the situation and the process as a whole.     No one wants to spend money on their septic system, it’s simply not a part of the Top 10 Wishlist. The Big Daddy team came out and unfortunately found a problem with my system that a previous company had caused and others problems that were never addressed. So what should have been a fairly affordable routine pump turned into a repair job. Not the kind of news you want to hear, but the Big Daddy team were able to explain each issue with clarity and integrity. The guys quoted out the job and were able to accomplish the work in less than 2 hours.While it wasn’t what I was hoping for, I’m grateful for an honest group of guys who were able to address the issues and repair it quickly.

    Septic tank had not been pumped in 22 years. I sent an inquiry on their web site, and within 10 minutes they called me back. They explained to me what possible issues I may have, how my system worked, and offered to have some guys come out to give an estimate. They showed up when they said, got it open and explained what needed to be done. While obviously not happy about the cost due to my own negligence and not understanding about septic, it seemed fair enough. Told them okay, and the pump truck was there within half an hour and all cleaned out. Friendly people, did a great job and did not try to pressure into everything else that they could have done. Will use again (in 3-5 years)

    Unfortunately I had a septic emergency that TWO different other vendors that were sent by my Home Warranty Company could NOT FIX. I was frustrated and decided to call Big Daddy Septic and just pay out of pocket for the work, since American Home Shield didnt seem to consider fecal matter in the house an emergency. Within 5 minutes of hearing my situation, Big Daddy Septic stated I will be on my way in 15 minutes!!! He came directly over, came inside to help me sort some plumbing issues, flushed the line/blockage that the previous company did not, and set up a major repair for me that he completed the next day.I appreciate their professionalism and quick response. I cancelled my Home Warranty and will be using them in perpetuity!

    I was noticing a sewage smell inside my house so I called these guys up and within an hour they were on the scene. Anthony and Mark were very knowledgeable and explained what the issues were and how they could fix it. They were honest and upfront about potential problems and the potential cost of the fixes. They were able to clear my drain field, pump out the tank, and repair the baffles within the tank. They managed to take up the porch (in one piece), locate and dig out the tank, pump out the very full 1000 gal tank, clear out he drain field, repair the baffles, and cover it back up in about 3-3 1/2 hours. They even made recommendations on how to prolong the life of my septic system. I highly recommend Big Daddys Septic Service. They are the only ones that I will use moving forward.

    Big Daddys is amazing. They came out within hours, though it wasnt an emergency. (Wanted to know where my septic is and what shape it was in.) Even though it cost him some money not to service, that was Big Daddys recommendation. Highest level professional. Explained everything vto me so I knew what to do. Honest to a fault. Like that.     I recently had a septic/plumbing emergency and had reached out to several companies and this company was the only one to respond to a late night phone call. They informed me that they would be able to get out to us first thing in the morning and true to their word they promptly came out.They were able to take care of our issues, one of which we had no clue about, in a timely and professional manner.     Had a septic backup/emergency. It happened 2 days before Thanksgiving. After the first contractors (Delta Educated Plumber) failed to show or call for a scheduled appointment 24 hours after the emergency, I was referred to Big Daddy’s Septic by someone.I called and Big Daddy’s Septic came SAME DAY (within hours) ON THANKSGIVING EVE!Trace promised me they’d get us taken care of that night. They ran into several unexpected challenges through no fault of their own.The team not only stayed very late after dark to complete the task but also agreed to come back on Thanksgiving morning to fill in the dirt that was removed due to forecasted rain moving in.They also went ahead and put in some preventative measures while the system was dug up to help us avoid undue expense down the road!The crew was diligent, professional, likable and went above and beyond!The Big Daddy’s Septic Crew were absolute superheroes and I will gladly have them back!

    Quick response to Newton County. Reasonable price. Explained how my system is supposed to work and what to do for a better system in the future. Once inside, he showed me what the baffles are and where the filter was supposed to have been placed by the previous company. Took the time to make me feel comfortable with the job he was completing.     Big Daddy!!!! Earlier in the week Eastridge Church was involved with helping a member with home needs due to their medical situation. While there, we realized the DWV was not working properly and the septic may be to blame. We called several companies for pricing, but Big Daddy (probably what his little kids call him) responded, saw the need for the family and took the extra effort to open it up to see what would need to be done. He gave a fair price. Bottom line is that I dont trust many people after 40 years in law enforcement, but I was very impressed with their care and concern for the family. Once he was done, I hired him to clean mine the following day. He explained every step and it matched right up with my research, so it all made sense and the price was good. You can see in the pics that once he opened it up, it was full and there was a large amount of stuff that never breaks down, but ends up clogging up my system and their hose. They worked their tails off in the heat. Dont wait, worse thing is you can destroy your field and cost 10k  or your system back floods sewage into your home for another 10k or BOTH. You know you been needing it, its only going to get worse and more expensive.
