Eddie was great. Super friendly, did great work, and saved me money over what I thought I was going to have to spend. I had a detached meter socket due to the house settling that he was able to reattach to the wall with no extra fuss or service disconnect or anything. He also did a great job installing an in-ground outdoor outlet for landscape lighting. With competitive pricing and friendly, competent service, Eddie and power up will definitely be my go-to guys for any future electric needs I have.

We’ve used Power Up Electric for a couple of things around the house. Joe is great, responds to our calls quickly and is very knowledgeable. When we had him install a portable generator, we needed to get a permit from the township and he helped walk us through that process. He’s replaced chandeliers in our kitchen, replaced our attic fan when it went out, and fixed our outdoor motion sensor light. I called Joe on two occasions with dire emergencies. He was very prompt and arrived very quickly. Upon arrival Joe was ready to troubleshoot the issue and get out systems back up and running. He is very knowledgeable and explains along the way. (Will answer all questions without getting annoyed- and i asked a lot of questions) His prices are fair and reasonable and everything explained fully. His work is extremely clean and neat. Having half of the work outside against the building it was picture perfect. It is very hard to find a quality contractor. By choosing Power Up Electric you can not go wrong.

We had called Power Up to help us with all the necessary electrical work for an above ground pool. Joe was incredible with communication, and kept us informed of everything that had to be done from the inspection paperwork through the end of the job. He talked us through all of the work, presented us with different options, and was always responsive to any questions we had. He was extremely patient with hiccups in the timeline due to weather and contractor changes for the pool - He installed two new circuits, ground wiring around pool, a new outlet and a timer. Extremely knowledgeable, honest and reasonable electrician. We will be reaching out for any future electrical work needed in our home - would highly recommend to anyone looking for an electrician in the area. Very hard to find reliable people these days - Joe 100% came through.

I had a new furnace and central air conditioner installed. Because I have an older home, the township inspector found issues with the wiring and grounding. The HVAC company recommended that I contact Joe to fix what was needed to pass inspection. I called and he was able to come the next day. He was able to come over even earlier than he said he would. My wife and I were very impressed with the timeliness and quality of Joes work and we would definitely consider him for future projects. .

We had a partial power outage and before they came out, they called to let us know our options. The first option was to call our power company first in case the issue was outside the house. The power company came out and it was indeed an issue in one of the power lines coming into the house. I reached out to Joe at Power Up Electric and he responded immediately. I requested a change to my generator transfer switch panel, After he inspected and I explained what I wanted, he recommended I add a generator interlock kit which will give us the flexibility to select what breakers we can enable as needed. This is what we needed. And the work was performed quickly. Thank you Joe !

Power Up Electric was there when we needed them most. My daughter and son-in- law just bought their first house, not even moved in yet and their panel caught fire from faulty wiring. We didnt know anyone in the area and I just started calling electrcians. Joe at Powerup was the first to respond when he heard it was an emergency and came out on a Sunday evening. He stabilzed the situation and determined what materials were needed to replace entire panel. He was there early the next morning and we had power restored by lunch time! I had a breaker that kept tripping and called another company first that had worked on our home. Still waiting for that company to call me back.Eddie from Power up called me next morning came out later that day. I thought it was from an old faulty floodlight and had purchased a new one. He installed the new one, changed the breaker and traced the problem to a dehumidifier in the basement.He was very professional and even asked if he needed to remove his shoes when he walked into my home.I definately will be using them again and highly recommend them.

Honest and reliable service. I needed a sub panel added and fuses from main panel moved to sub panel and a transfer switch so that when power goes out my generator will feed the sub panel. Power Up Electric did a great job. Even when the town inspector was reviewing the work he said that the wiring was very clean. What is hard to find is a service technician that is honest and fair on the work they do and I can certainly rely on and recommend Joe @ Power Up Electric anytime.

Weve been looking for an electrician to do some work for a few months before getting in touch with Joe. They wouldnt call back or respond after giving estimates. I called Joe and he responded the same day and we were able to set something up. We had to have the meter replaced so we had to coordinate with the town and the power company, Joe was awesome and helped with this. It was a headache trying to get the town and JCPL to be there the same day but Joe took care of it. The work was done quickly and no issues. I look forward to calling Joe back to do some more work for us on the house.

Joe Cordier is the most professional, and caring Electrician I have used in the 39 years of owning my house! I have now been using Joe for over 5 years, and many times within that period.Joe is always prompt, and will always do what he promises - and then some. His work is top of the line, and he does not take shortcuts. You will never find a problem with what he does for you, and it will always pass a rigorous inspection! He will always point out things he sees that are not up to code, or not safe; that is not to add to his bottom line, it is because he sincerely cares about safety and doing things correctly. If you decide not to go with his suggestions, beyond what you hire him for, Joe will not push to get you to do it; however, in my opinion, if you do not listen to his suggestions you are asking for trouble! Having said all of that, do not ask Joe to take any shortcuts because he only does his work the right way.Joe is as cooperative as any human could possibly be. After He has finished whatever project he has done for me I always find other things for him to do, and he is more than ready to keep helping - even if it is late, and he is ready to leave.The few times that I have endeavoured to do something, on my own, and screwed it up, since knowing Joe, he has made every attempt to get to me almost immediately - so I dont wind up burning down my house!
