    Shaun and his coworker did an excellent job with a shower conversion project. Though scheduled for three days, they completed the project in two. They kept us informed every step of the way. Looks great! Dutch Enterprises is highly recommended.

    My experience on my mom and dad‘s house was very professional, everyone from the time the lady answers the phone to the estimator Mark,,,, to the job foreman Steve, was a great experience. I told him to correspond with dad, but also reply back to me since he was hard hearing, that way there was no misunderstandings. I would truly recommend this company. They keep you well informed on what’s going on. From start to finish.

    Dutch Enterprises were terrific to work with from start to finish. We had a bit of an unusual situation and they were great at providing with info and options when we were looking at HVAC systems. They responded quickly to texts/calls.Installation went so smoothly, everyone was more than friendly and helpful. The installation looks great and they cleaned up well after themselves, taking our old system and all its grime with them.

    I needed Dutch on a cold weekend when the furnace went out. I got a callback in 5 minutes and had a technician out within the hour. Furnace was fixed within a few hours! They have a seamless process and Jacob was not only thorough but he was professional and kind, even though it was a cold Saturday morning. Dutch continues to be the go to HVAC company.

    Dutch Enterprises is an excellent company that I would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing help. I moved into a house in August and almost immediately began smelling sewage through the washer cleanout and bathtub. While I was frustrated by having to have Dutch out multiple times to get the problem fixed, I understand that our plumbing was not done well, and multiple attempts were needed. Each time the technicians were friendly and did not stop working until the issue was at least better than when they started. The last time they were out was a little over a week ago and I think the problem is finally solved. Thank you all!

    I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Dutch Enterprises and Steve Huggins specifically. From the sales experience to final completion of the new shower, Dutch provided professional, friendly employees who care about their customers. My mother recently had back surgery and Steve was conscientious about sound, cleanliness and ensuring that everything was out of the way when he left for the day. The entire project was on schedule, completed when expected and beautifully done. When discussing a future project, Steve made great recommendations to help me narrow the scope of changes that could help achieve my goal. Thank you Steve and Dutch Enterprises for making what was a stressful project into a pleasant and satisfying experience!

    Dutch Enterprises was amazing. Our home inspector missed a lot of important items regarding our homes duct work. Thankfully, Dutch gave me a thorough explanation of the problems (with pictures), a written estimate of the needed repairs, and they completed the work on time and on budget. I already have plans to use them again in the future on another project.

    I have used Dutch for many of my home plumbing and heating / ac repairs and service. I have referred people to the company as well. The prices are a little higher than some others but I know that the service is top notch so I feel it is worth the difference. The professional manner and knowledge that the service crew exhibits is top notch.

    I had an urgent need for someone to come look at a leak at my house. I was told it would likely be after hours, but Ian called an hour later or so and said he could be at my house in 20 minutes! Ian explained how he was going to fix my hot water pipe that was leaking. He made sure after he fixed it that there were no more leaks and that the water heater came back on properly without issues. He informed me that the water in my area is very hard which could contribute to my issues, so Ill be checking into a water softener. He also recommended the best ways to dry my floor. Thankfully, he reminded me to take the bag and filter out of my shop vac before using it, becuase I probably wouldnt have thought about it in the rush to start getting the water off my floor.     Luke was very quick at replacing our house main water shut off valve with his propress copper fittings. The old valve had failed when I tried to turn back on - Luke from Dutch was there within an hour of my call for help.Great system for repairing copper water piping, no water mess.     We were having problems with our new heating system having a system limit fault code. I contacted Dutch Enterprises this morning and they had a technician here in the early afternoon to troubleshoot our problem. The technician, Colby Leger, was very professional and courteous and took the time to figure out what was going on with the fault codes. He even took the time to explain it to me so I would know what was happening with the system. I have been very satisfied with everyone I have had contact with at Dutch Enterprises and highly recommend them.

    I cannot say how thankful I am for this company! I called around 1:30 pm and by 4:15 pm my air conditioner was back up and running!! The agents in office were very nice, and sincere for my needs!     My Wife and I lived in Illinois and recently purchased a house in Jackson. Before moving we wanted to make several changes to the home. Being new to the area, we had no idea about who to call. We contacted a large plumbing company in Cape Girardeau and waited two days for a return call…. Still waiting now…. Dutch Enterprises was suggested to us by an employee, when we ordered new appliances for the kitchen. Boy did we get lucky. After contacting your company, an appointment was made with Vern Styer. Mr. Styer met us for an estimate. After explain what we wanted, he suggested a few changes and worked up an estimate. We wanted to move the washer/dryer from the basement to the main floor and convert to natural gas. Also change the kitchen stove over to gas, run gas lines for a whole house generator and install a water softener. In addition, Mr. Styer suggested that we upgrade to 1 ½” gas pipe, install two electrical receptacles and a water pressure valve. All the work was completed on time, EXACTLY on budget and by City Code.     Our steel bathtub shower was converted to a walk-in shower. Wall decorations were taken down and items on the vanity were removed to prevent breakage. The two workers laid a drop cloth over the carpet. They also covered our bathroom vanity with a protective thick cloth. The workers confined the dust made from the removal of the tub to the bathroom. After the removal of the bathtub and old shower walls, the workers checked for termite damage, wetness, and/or mold or mildew. Thankfully, nothing was found and they were able to continue the installation. (If there had been any issues, the workers would have repaired the damage. These workers have high quality standards. They would not cover the issues, but do the needed repairs.) Some water pipes were replaced in our 45 year home. The workers completed the installation on a Wednesday and Friday. (A new drain was installed on Wednesday. The caulking around the drain was allowed extra drying time on Thursday.) The workers consulted with me regarding the placement of the three grab bars.The walk-in shower is first class!

    Cant say how pleased we were. Ian was on time, and had the problem solved in 15 minutes. He called ahead of time to tell us he was on his way - and he arrived exactly at the time we had scheduled the day before. The work was done before we knew it, everything was great. Would recommend Dutch Enterprises to anybody.My only issue was cost. When we looked at the invoice, my wife commented that we spent more for the repair than we had for the installation and purchase 4 years earlier. In 2019, when we had a new toilet put in, we purchased it at Lowes and had their installation team install it, it was about $150.00 LESS than Dutch charged us for the tank replacement. The work was great, just over-priced. .

He verified what I believed, that the water leak was coming from the main floor toilet and leaking into the basement bathroom. He found that the wax ring was no longer functioning properly. He corrected the problem, replacing the ring, then cleaned up any debris left by the work done. I will ask for Trevor for any further issues of this nature.

    Glenn was on time every day he came to our house and would give updates all through the process on what he had to do and what the next step was. The shower system and glass doors didnt come with very good directions, but everything went together great, he and Holly were fantastic. He did some of the best sheet rock work, we had a dry wall company come in and do some work in our house and Glenns work was actually better than theirs. We are 100% satisfied with their work and will definitely use Dutch Enterprises again.
