We had the pleasure of having Mr. Hollands provide us with a free quote for a new furnace and I am glad we had Mr. Hollands as a counter quote to another vendors quote. This all happened for us last minute with our furnace dying on is after 19 years during the Christmas season. Our project manager Rudy Lang was phenomenal! He provided the insight needed as we knew nothing about furnaces and Rudy was very patient with us and explained in detail. Very happy to have choosen Mr. Hollands to install our new furnace two days before Christmas. We highly recommend giving Mr. Hollands a look if you are in need of a new Furnace and AC unit. The guys that set me up with a quote, financing and installation were very polite and helpful. They’re pretty honest too. They don’t try to sell you services or equipment when you don’t need it. One of the best HVAC companies I’ve do work for me. Highly recommend. They put in a new furnace and water heater at a very reasonable price.

Final update: The install team, Ben, Jonathan, Matt, Carl, and Kyle were here today and installed my new boiler. The install went great, the house is heating up nicely, and Im excited to not worry about the heat in my house citing our anymore! Five stars and I highly recommend Mr. Hollands for any boiler issues!Update: The boiler ended up completely failing, and Hunter rushed out again to get it working! He was able to find a part that should keep the boiler running for a week or so, and was also able to help me schedule my boiler replacement within that week! Overall Im incredibly pleased with the service!Hunter came to repair my boiler, which has been having problems for a while. He was very thorough about diagnosing the problem, and was able to figure out the issue!! He was able to do an interim fix, and once he gets the necessary part hell be returning to fix it for good. Im extremely happy with how everything is going so far!

Our service technician, Dylan Pielmeier, was excellent! He was very professional and personable. Dylan explained in detail what the problem was & how he repaired it. He followed through with us the next morning to ensure we got a needed part for our furnace. He was very intent on getting our furnace heating our home during a very cold time. The overall experience with Hollands was very positive & professional, so we signed up for their annual heating/ac service agreement. I would give them 5 stars and recommend Hollands to my family & friends.

Extremely respectful, clean, explained all aspects of the process, done quickly, efficiently (even electrician was right on time to facilitate the install of the new furnace). Very impressed! Also had them come out for a second service of cleaning our ducts - after 25 years and 4 very hairy dogs among life of parties, children, etc...again, exceptional service. Explained process, communicated timely, respectful of our home - very happy with this team of professionals.

Quick, efficient & friendly!!! Bill T. was amazing he analyze the situation as I was explaining everything to him. He then ran through a few tests the next thing I know WHAM! BAM! job completed. Water was coming up from my basement floor drain every time I would use my washer but after he did what he did, I was assured that issue was fix. Thank You very much.

Fantastic work. Had a plumbing emergency and they came by 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday. They showed us what the issues were and showed us what future work needed to be done in order for this not to happen again. Really happy with the work and will be working with them again in the future.

Very professional… explains issues in a clear and concise manner. Extremely thorough and technically sound in his approach to resolving the issues. He gave me some bad news about a secondary baffle system that was possibly causing a CO concern. The options for repair or replacement are both expensive and his approach was thoughtful. I would hire him back in a minute.

We didn’t have heat in our home and Mr. Holland’s sent out their team quickly to asses our issues. Kyle took the time to look over our boiler and quickly discovered many issues. This prompted us to meet with Rudolph, who was out same day! He then took the time to provide a quote for a total replacement. He provided us with options on different routes we could take. We made our decision and Austin was out within a few days to install our new boiler. Austin was quick and made sure to clean everything up. After the job was completed he took the time to explain everything that was done and we are happy to have heat again! Thank you all for your help, highly recommended this company.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Mr Holland’s! We had a backup in our basement and had no idea who to turn to for help. Upon calling around to multiple places after a Google search, it was clear they had the best price and best customer service - so we scheduled. After a careful evaluation and troubleshooting by the technician of our drains it was clearly explained to us the most likely issue and how it would be addressed. The technician encouraged us to see the result of their work and also set up a time for someone to come back with a camera to ensure that the clog was resolved in the plumbing. All of this was included in the flat rate we were quoted when we first called. I was happy there was a high degree of transparency and honesty with the pricing as well as with the service. I could clearly tell honesty is how they roll at Mr Holland’s. Thankfully the first pass with the drain rooter did the trick and the tech that came out with the camera showed/explained why the clog happened and how to avoid another back up. I will certainly be calling for further plumbing needs as well as HVAC. I can highly recommend!

Aaron was very professional and clearly explained the issues and my options. Since the furnace and aircondition unit are both 19 yrs. old I decided to replace both. I was very impressed with the detailed report Aaron showed me ( complete with photos). I hope Aaron did the work. I thought it was Cody! He was excellent ‼️‼️‼️My only concern was the lack of scheduling the electrician to finish the install. I had to contact them after a week and remind them they hadn’t done that. It then took another week to get the electrician here. He was excellent by the way.

Im grateful for everyone who helped us at Mr. Hollands. They were determined to get us a new furnace after our old one died at the onset of cold weather. The estimator suffered the chill of the basement as he measured everything and walked me through the plan for the new furnace. They scheduled the work to be done as soon as possible, and offered space heaters for the interim. Our experience started with Rudy and an estimate. Rudy was prompt, professional and kept to all of his commitments. When it came time to do the install, Derek L, Ian and Chris showed up on time, completed the installation professionally, took the time to answer my questions when I interrupted them and ensured that I was comfortable with the system they installed before they left. Everyone I dealt with was refreshingly professional, courteous and a credit to their craft. I don’t often pay for a service like this, I mostly prefer to do my own installations to know it got done right and to save the money associated with labor. My experience with Rudy, Derek, Ian and Chris and Mr.Hollands made me HAPPY that I had spent the money to have Mr.Hollands install our Generator Backup system. Omar came out to service our furnace today. Boy, he was absolutely fantastic, from the moment he stepped inside my house, greeted me with a beautiful smile, and immediately put on his little booties to protect my floors. I led him to the thermostat and then to the basement. He explained what he was going to do, asked me if I had any questions, and proceeded to do his job. Normally, I would hover over technicians, but I was totally comfortable with going upstairs and leaving him to do his work.Upon completion, Omar gave me an in-depth review of what he had done, showed me before and after photos, and again asked me if I had any questions. I did not!When I schedule our next service appointment I will definitely ask for Omar. He has a warm personality, is professional, and I trust that he did a great job on my furnace. Holland Electric, please let your HR person know that this guy is a “keeper”!

TJ Ulick was my comfort advisor. He was right on time and did a thorough job assessing my needs and what size home generator I would want. The price he quoted was very fair. He was able to schedule the install for 2 weeks later. The installation crew arrived earlier than I expected. Kyle and all the crew did a great job installing the generator in one day. It was a long day for them and there were a few hiccups along the way but nothing that couldnt be corrected. They were all professional, hardworking and friendly. I was very pleased. I am a retired electrician, with 40 years in the construction trade.Nick and Ian were the electricians that installed the back up generator system. Jason was the plumber who ran the gas line to the generator.I can say, without a doubt that their work was impeccable.When I worked in the trade, my work was done with quality and have come to appreciate the work done by Mr. Hollands crew.When the crew left there was absolutely no sign of the work being done. Everything was cleaned up to my expectations.Without a doubt, I highly recommend Mr. Hollands.The ONLY complaint is that they didn’t paint the gas line outside.

They showed us the pictures of our ducts ahead of time so we could estimate when the last cleaning was and knew they werent as dirty as we thought. Our tech that came out was Micheal, he was very professional and had a quote for us in an hour. Very knowledgeable, skillful, and made us feel comfortable when choosing the right AC. We got to learn a but of the ins and outs of how everything worked and I couldnt be happier. Our AC is going in next Tuesday and he said should only take up to 5 hours. Well see how it goes but overall I dont think Id go with anyone else for quality home services.

Well we finally got our Generac installed. We tried for a couple years to get one installed but with Covid and the shortages we never heard back from anyone. We tried again and finally someone reached back out to us. Rudy from Mr Holland’s Home Service reached out immediately and we set up an appointment. Less than a month later the unit was installed. First off I must say EVERYONE from Mr Hollands is friendly and courteous. Everyone introduced themselves and explained what their role was in the process and expected time frame. At the end of the install they took their time to make sure I was aware of everything with the unit. The entire install process was fun to watch. They had everything coordinated, including the inspector. I recently found out a customer of mine is looking to install a home generator and received 3 quotes. (I only received the 1 quote as I was impressed with Mr Holland’s) I asked what his quotes were and everyone was in line or just a bit more than Mr Holland’s (including the big box stores). I have no problems recommending this company for this project or any project in the future. It was just a great experience.

As a team, they worked in sync with each other to get the job done. They both cleaned up the work area spotless. I experienced a small mishap the next day, which was not the cause of their work, but something else and Jason found the time to stop out and correct it before he headed home. This prevented the small mishap from turning into a bigger problem.True example of being an exemplary employee and taking care of the customer needs. Bill arrived (with Roc) and got right to fixing the problem. Bill kept me informed while he problem solved and explained his recommended next steps with no pressure. He recharged our AC system and educated me on the system’s performance. I look forward to working with Jose for annual maintenance inspections in the future!10/2024 - at the end of last visit, I signed up to become a Hollands Home Service Member. Jose came and inspected my furnace and checked the A/C system for leaks (non found). Jose and his apprentice informed me that the furnace was not running efficiently with high CO numbers and was burning too much gas. After adjusting the gas valve, cleaning the burners, and the temperature the CO number was within the acceptable range and the furnace should be using about 30% less gas. I’m looking forward to comparing gas usage (and # of heating days) this winter with last year. What I like most about working with Jose is that he is honest, knowledgeable, and hard working. He will continue to earn my business any time I need maintenance or repairs.

Our AC died during a hot spell this year and needed to be replaced. We called Mr. Hollands late in the day, and Tyler came right over. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out just what we needed. They were able to do the install a few days later, much quicker than I had expected, and Matt did an excellent job with the installation. The new AC looks great and does an excellent job cooling down the house. While doing the install, Matt noticed the heat exchanger in the furnace had issues as well. We had it tested, and it was putting out dangerous levels of carbon monoxide, so we had them replace the furnace as well. Recently our water heater started making noise, not surprising since it was almost 20 years old. Since Mr. Hollands now also does plumbing, I gave them a call. Andy and team consulted with us, and we decided moving to a tankless system was best for our needs. They were able to install the system a few days later and did a great job, see the pictures for evidence of their impeccable work. Ive joined their member club to get discounts on work and service and feel comforted knowing I have a team of experts ready to help with most any home service need I might have!

For furnace space heater: On time, worked efficiently, cleaned up area and took care of disposal. Instructed me on use of blue tooth remote and battery changing. Furnace did not come with blowers, so they used the old ones, opened them up and cleaned them out thoroughly. They’re the wrong color, but not too off from the new furnace color. Pleased with the new Empire furnace once again. They also checked the vent through the roof to make sure it was clean! BTW, I can always order matching new blowers, but these are fine for now.

I called Mr Hollands home services to complete a job i had started in removing old galvanized home water lines and using new PEX and copper plumbing. I also had them install a new tub/shower valve in the bathroom. Andrew Schuld visited to quite the extent of repair i needed. He spent most of today doing these repairs. I am very pleased with his work, very proffesional! Mr Hollands has never disappointed me. I highly recomend them.

Michael diagnosed a failure due to power surge and the need to replace the unit.Mr. Hollamd’s team of professionals including Matt Malinger made our install a priority. Was needing to change a ceiling fan in my kids room, which normally I can do myself but in this new house I’m in the wiring appears to be outdated. Brian Gaschk of Mr. Hollands was able to correctly identify the old wires to get the fan installed. He was very helpful and courteous in letting me know things is should be aware of as well when tackling my home improvement to do list. If things get to complicated for me as a handyman, feel that I could count on him to help me figure it out.
