Ken and his crew were awesome. Had to get squeezed in to get a new 100 amp service and he was out the next day and got it done in one. They let us know what was going on while working and were easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Ken from Service Tech came to our home today to finish up an electrical job begun through our contractor. He went above and beyond getting the job done. He showed up on time and immediately identified our problems including the previous job being mis-wired, the wrong GFI outlet, as well as a breaker needing to be upgraded. Ken was professional throughout and was supremely competent in his skills. Highly recommend his services.

Service Tech Electric completely exceeded my expectations. My wife is currently pregnant and losing power is a huge issue in our area. Upon calling within 24 hours the crew was at my house ready to go with my ok. They had advised me it would be a 24 hour upgrade to hook up the needed equipment to allow my generator to power my house. They worked through the night late and through the hot muggy day the next morning. This completely exceeded all expectations I had. As a business owner myself I know how hard the things can be. I would 100% trust this company with any job big or small given the amount of knowledge, craftsmanship and knowledge they showed during my project.

Ken went above and beyond. He wired a bath fan. He also diagnosed a faulty circuit breaker and replace it. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend him.

Service Tech Electric is by far the best electrician in Jackson and the surrounding areas . They are very attentive to requests as well as timelines . I contacted Ken 6 days ago and he was over within a day to provide a quote . Once we confirmed what was needed he was on site the next day . Here we are 6 days later and the job is 100% complete . I had them out to run a dedicated circuit and wire in my Tesla EV charger ! Do not go to anyone else in town , these guys are top notch !
