We bought a wrought iron chandelier that needed to be rewired . Michael let me drop off the chandelier with him and spent time reworking the whole thing. Looks amazingggg ! He and his team came today to hang it up along with moving our other ceiling lights around and omg I’m in love.Thank you so much for your service and thoroughness. I had a negative experience with a different local company. I reached out to Halls Electric and they were so kind. They scheduled me an appointment and when they came out to inspect my generator they found the issue within 7 minutes and had my generator back up and running perfectly. The previous company loosened a part so that my generator would not run...they fixed it. Extremely grateful for such an honest company. Thank you 💚.

Just like to thank Mike, Pam and his outstanding crew for the great work. I won’t repeat all the comments made prior before me but I can tell you that all, and I mean all are true of these people, with the exception of 2 or 3 knucklehead reviews. Take the time to read them all. I, being over 70 can say this is “the best” contractor and crew that I have ever worked with. Fair price.They installed a whole house Generac generator. They got the permit 10-27, installed one day 11-9, permit final 11-10 and I had two power outages on 11-13. Worked great!

O.K., I am away from the hills, and knew nothing about Mike and his company. I am always skeptical of contractors, due to issues in the past. On meeting Mike, I liked the straight forward manner that he has, and felt that he was being open and honest with what he was stating, and what he could do. I signed with Mike to install a Generac generator for my home. The crew was here when they were supposed to be, went right to work, and all were professional in what they did. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area with no issues. I am above happy with the level of honesty/professionalism that Mike and his crew demonstrated, and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone for electrical work needed.

I was referred to Mike Hall by one of the PGE field workers ( a great referral!) and called to ask them to come see why my Generac was making a weird noise and running rough. The company that did the install and my prior annual service (a month earlier) refused to come back and see what the problem was. I called Mike Hall and they scheduled someone to come out the next week. It turned out that the Generac had a faulty part and they ordered the part and installed it under warranty. Clayton did a fantastic job and Pam was always pleasant and patient in providing updates. I dont recommend many contractors these days but Mike Hall has earned my business and my trust. I know Im in good hands. Highly Recommend you call them if you need electrical or Generac install or service.

I cant say enough good things about Mike Hall and the crew at Halls Electric. They return calls, show up when they say they will, answer questions, work quickly, complete the job when promised and they clean up after themselves before they leave. If Mike gives you a price, thats the price you pay, there are no additional unexpected charges. They have completed two large jobs for us in the last couple of months and both were completed quickly and professionally. Great service, great guys. Give them a call!

Absolutely outstanding service from the most competent electrician Ive encountered. Mike and crew sold and installed a Generac generator. I had first contacted a Jackson competitor who took months to finally initiate the installation. This competitor, upon arrival, did a bate and switch on me causing substantial increases in price and a change in the previously agreed upon installation location of the generator that was 100% unacceptable. I said no!With snow soon to arrive, I had resigned myself into not receiving a generator until summer. I called Generac. They directed me to Hall Electric. Pam answered the phone, and answered all questions.Mike and crew arrived with the Generac in a week. The installation was most incredibly timely, and absolutely stellar! And, the final cost was fair... a good deal less expensive than the Jackson competitor that failed me.I simply could not expect a more professional transaction than what I experienced at Mike and Pams hands. By all means, contact Hall Electric first. This is an outstanding, competent, and honest electrician, worthy of your business.

Michael Hall is the only person we rely on for electrical work. He always makes sure the job is done correctly, has repaired other contractors work done before we owned our home and his rates are reasonable. He is knowledgeable in his trade and works quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you need done.

Today (December 27, 2021) was the second snowy day of December in Jackson. A few minutes ago, the Christmas lights went off and the HVAC stopped. My wife and I stared at each other. The electricity must have gone out! But before we even finished saying that... Christmas magic! Everything came back on. The only consequences were that my wife lost her place in the YouTube livestream she was watching and one of the cats was staring in the direction of the quiet hum of the generator that had just started up outside my office.Many thanks to the crew at Halls Electric who installed our Generac generator. They were extremely professional, and their work was super clean.Mike and Pam treat their clients like family. We feel secure knowing that we can go to them for help with any questions or issues. Were glad we didnt delay getting our generator installed, and were very glad we chose Halls Electric to do the job.Update: Our generator got disconnected from the house power due to botched solar install. On February 28, 2023, technicians from Halls came out and fixed it on short notice. Just two hours after they left, the grid power went out (solar was still not working), and the generator started beautifully! ❤️ Halls Electric!

Had an 18kw generac installed switch in the garage wire through the attic very clean. Installers were on time, polite, fast and professional. Sales was efficient and on top of all the admi istrative. The team work was great. Writing this during the power outage 2/28/2023. Had a little hesitation at first but no problems after that. Second day of power outage, turned off generator during the night,restart was simple.

I was an electrician for a number of years. I can recommend Mike Hall, who I believe not only gets your electrical needs solved technically correctly and safely, but his work is really a thing of beauty. I have reviewed a number of his projects - putting in complicated electrical services, wiring complicated electrical power supplies, and other non-run-of-the-mill applications. All his jobs are completed with the highest quality results. What really impressed me however, is the pride Mike takes to not only make the results workable, but they are also very aesthetically pleasing. One may not find electrical wiring very artistic, however I have witnessed too much shoddy electrical work - even on houses I have owned. The results have worked, however it was evident that the electrician was simply getting the job done without taking the extra steps to making it a first class job. Mike Halls work is definitely first class.

Can’t say enough good things about Mike, Pam, and the crew at Hall’s Electric. They installed a 18KW Generac for me and they have got the process down. They took care of everything and all I had to do was place a phone call to my propane supplier (although Mike offered to provide me a propane tank too, if you want to go that route). They were professional, courteous, competitively priced, and hassle free. I obtained several other quotes and this was by far the best route to go with.

Michael, the owner, is the best electrician you will find. The bad reviews he was given are unfair...they aren’t even from California they are just trying to give him a bad rep when they didn’t even use his services. You will never find a better electrician. He knows it and does it ALL and helps you find the best way to do the job at the best rate possible. We’ve used him for countless jobs and he always does amazing work. Do not look elsewhere!!
