I bought an alternator for my truck from DC Rebuilders and about 5000 miles after I bought it, it started making a growling noise. I called and David said to bring it in and they would check it out and he should have it back to me in 2-3 days. I dropped it off and on the same day, they called me back and said they had me ready to go. When I asked what was wrong with it, they said they couldn’t duplicate the noise but they went ahead and replaced the parts that could cause something like that. WOW!! Not only did they KNOW what could cause such an issue, they repaired it and didn’t charge me a dime. It’s great to know that there are businesses still out there that still believes in taking care of their customers! 5 stars to DC Rebuilders!!
