What a fabulous company! Called with some electrical issues and a service tech was at my house within an hour! He was able to diagnose a difficult problem and explained everything along the way. From the first phone call to the fix, I was thoroughly impressed with everyone I talked to. Highly recommend!

Had great phone etiquette when I called. The Electrician showed up quicker than what was projected, and was very communicative, polite, and helpful. He fixed our issue swiftly, and explained it all thoroughly. Absolutely a returning customer here (but hopefully not any time soon!).

Bill came to our home in spring arbor about loss of power to our mid room and garage. He found the problem in the attick where a ground in a junction box had the wire nut loose. He had to crawl and find it in a foot plus to find and fix the problem.Thanks you for going above and beyond. Jim

My wife and I own a very old farm house and we have had the professionals from Aladdin Electric do a number of projects at our house and the work has been outstanding! From the time the project is quoted to the work being completed and the handling service calls afterwards (our mail-lady ran over one of our newly installed driveway lamp-posts!), the entire staff at Aladdin Electric was courteous, professional and efficient. Knowing that the work is done right gives me and my family peace of mind! We recommend Aladdin Electric whenever we can to anyone doing a construction project (be it large or small) or for help with service issues.

We needed an outlet checked and a old plug that was corroding. He came out and was on time and very professional and nice. Had him check our fuse box. He said we could upgrade but didnt need to at this point. Very honest people.
