I called the company for an issue in regards with the old ac unit and disconnected condensation draining pipe. I scheduled a later appointment, but representative offer me with an earlier time. Technician came by and found the exit of draining pipe. Then gave me a quote for the pipe reroute. He also offered to check the plumbering in the house for free. All the work are free of charge. Clear communication and received the quote electronically. The whole process is efficient and friendly from the technician. Will recommend for the next job.

VIP was extremely quick with their responses and smooth with their scheduling. Tyler arrived at our front door within an hour to check out the issue we were having with our two toilets with constantly running water in the tanks. Thankfully it turned out to be a simple fix, and within 10-15 minutes, everything was solved. Tyler was very informative and honest as he explained to us the mechanics behind the issue, and we were not charged for the diagnosis. I also appreciate that he wore shoe covers in the house (:Its a huge relief to me because that running water sound has been driving me crazy at home for months now and I was stressing out because I had never reached out to a plumber myself before. I really shouldve contacted them sooner and will reach out to them if I need service in the future! Thank you, VIP!

I loved my experience with this company as they are so honest and have decent heartfelt customer service skills. Jerry was so kind to replace my valve which took a lot of work. The price for this was $1000 less than another company that came out. Fantastic experience with VIP! I had a pedestal sink that I wanted to ultimately replace as it was old and had a clogged drain. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t replace it immediately and just wanted it functional until I could. Turns out, it couldn’t be fixed by ANYONE. Jerry explained the problem, changed one small part to prevent leaks, and shut the water off for me. VIP did not charge me a penny, and they were so nice and helpful. Good communication from the company, with regular texts to update me on the scheduled appointment. Don’t hesitate to call VIP for your sewage or drain problems!

I have a home that was built in the 1950’s and most of my pipes & drains had not been touched since then. One of the drains had backed up and that was why I called VIP Sewer & Drain. In fact I had used them 2 years ago for my sewer line and was completely happy with their work. I really appreciated the crew that came out. I had a very slow draining shower. I don’t have a plumber so I checked reviews online of various companies. I reached out to VIP Sewer and Drain based on the good things other customers were saying. They were all true. VIP came to my house less than two hours after I called. Jesus, the tech, was really nice and even covered his shoes with booties. It took about 10 minutes to open the drain. Bada bing bada boom! It was so easy and the price was right. You will be glad you went to VIP Sewer and Drain.

I hired VIP plumbing on their 100% 5 star Yelp rating. My experience: 1. Website says this company is “family owned” but gives no names of people or a family. 2. The person who answers phones is a phone service and they don’t know anything about plumbing. 3. I requested that VIP plumbing show up prepared to clear the drains at my house and was told that a very experienced person, someone named Nick, the owner I think, would come out to my house, but a newer, not so experienced, technician showed up. 4. Pricing seemed random and there was no transparency or breakdown of very expensive costs. 5. I did not immediately receive a receipt for my payment. 6. I have not received an estimate for work the the technician said needed to still be done. 7. It seemed that 4 men did the work that could have been done by 2. That might explain the exorbitant cost.There are several positive notes: they cleaned up after the work was done, and acted professional. In their defense, my experience with them was not unusual lately and this may be the new norm where there is no real connection to what I’ve known in the past to be a “company”, with a home base and employees who know each other. The team of 4 men who showed up did not seem to know each other and I’m wondering if they were hired from a plumbers registry. I give them 4 stars because lastly, upon seeing my review, a company rep reached out to me several times insisting they wanted to do whatever it took to make me 100% satisfied and thankfully, I know they will. 5 stars would mean all expectations were met on first try.

Found VIP Sewer and Drain on Yelp and decided to try them given the great reviews. Miguel and Tyler came this morning to clear one of our outside drains that was not able to handle this weeks rain. It probably was no longer able to handle any rain. It took them over an hour to finally clear out the end of the drain which was now buried under mud and roots. Im so glad they were persistent on fixing the problem. They did a fantastic job. In the past I hired a different company to unclog a drain.After 30 minutes they gave up and told me I had to replace the drain. Definitely recommend VIP Sewer and Drain.

In doing the work, Miguel Macias from his company was very professional all-around. Matt (service manager) was quick to follow-up and was able to fit us in within the same day. Their prices were VERY reasonable (trust me, I called around). Our patio drain has been draining slowly and will all the rain over the past few months, it finally stopped draining due to debris from all the trees (leaves) surrounding our patio. Miguel from their team ended up hydro jetting both of our patio drains for literally half the price of one plumbing company was going to charge me for one drain. Another was gonna charge for assessment fee ONLY, and will not credit towards the work. VIP was reasonably priced and very professional; they also even cleaned up the debris that got into our neighbor’s patio. Definitely using them again for any plumbing issues in the (hopefully distant) future. Definitely highly recommend!

My main line was clogged and my bathrooms were unusable.My home warranty company let me select a plumber and at 4:45, I doubted I’d get the issue fixed that day and had company coming to town. I called VIP and they answered immediately and were able to accommodate me the same day.The two men who came were professional, kind, worked fast, explained the situation to me and provided guidance on how to avoid the issue in the future. They wore masks, wore booties on their feet and were happy to help.Their prices were also very reasonable in my opinion and within the approved amount from the home warranty.I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend!

We called VIP early Monday morning. They scheduled an appointment for us that afternoon. Bryce showed up on time and ready to get the job done. He looked at our situation, drained the water out of the sink and then rooter-ed the pipe under the house. In about 15 min he had the stoppage cleared and the pipe itself was cleaned out. This may seem like a standard situation. Prior to Bryce and VIP coming to our home, another company had been out to do the same work. They said that the pipe was so bad it needed to be re-routed which would have cost us upwards of $17000.00. Bryce was professional, honest and trusting. He then brought a team back the next day to do a Hydro-Jetting of the pipe. The drain is now almost pristine. We would never look anywhere else but to VIP for our future needs.

They didn’t have descaling machine so scheduled for Monday.I am in the middle of getting my kitchen remodeled and they were installing the backsplash. Alvin had to break off some stucco to gain access to the drain and he was concerned about the backsplash getting loose which was the wall behind. Talked to the contractors and said it will be okay. A+ for Alvin on his concern with the other work being done.The team successfully de-clogged my kitchen sink pipes from years of hard scale and tons of grease! Showed me live video of how the pipes looked before, after a first pass and after final flush.Overall, the team did a great job. It’s been only a few days since the service but from what I saw on what they did, I’m satisfied with their service, for properly diagnosing the problem and not recommending what my previous plumbing company would do (just snake the pipes knowing that I’ll have the same issue after a while) and know that I wouldn’t have to deal with another kitchen clog for a long time.Thank you to VIP for properly fixing my clog problem!

Our 50 year old cast iron drain pipes were on their last legs. A persistent clog finally did it. The bids we were getting were to jackhammer the slab and replace individual sections of the pipe. He gave us a bid to epoxy line the entire drain system, which was a fraction of the cost and mess if we had gone the piecemeal pipe replacement route. They also explained how I could prevent these problems in the future. I was really impressed by their ability to explain everything and also to figure out what was going on. I’m very happy with the work that Jesus did to unclog our kitchen sink. He and his partner (I’m so sorry I forgot his name but super cool guy) came to our house exactly on time, even though there was a two hour window. They explained what they were going to do, entered our house with booties on their shoes (ifykyk) and were very professional. From start to finish it only took 30 minutes and the cost was really reasonable. Based on my experience, I would definitely call them again if I have any plumbing problems.
