Called Patriot plumbing because I noticed a leak in my garage main valve. They scheduled an appointment the very next day between 11-2 and I received a call when the plumber was 30 minutes away to let me know Angel was in route. Angel showed up and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote for the repair. Angel explained thoroughly what needed to be done and walked me through the process and kept me informed throughout the duration of the repair. I was extremely satisfied with both Angel and Patriot plumbing and would highly recommend them for your plumbing services.

My husband and I where at Lowe’s trying to figure out what we needed to install our all in one washer to our apartment bathroom sink, and with no clue what we were doing and no help from Lowe’s staff employees we where approached by a very kind man who offered assistance and helped us get what was needed. He went up and down the aisles with us helping us get the right parts which he didn’t have to but he did. At the end he told us he was a plumber who works for patriot plumbing rooter. Upon looking under the staff members on the website I found our helper, Gary is his name and I just wanted to give my gratitude and thanks for going out of his way and helping us. we have installed our washer/ dryer and with all his advice he gave us and it is running very well, no leaks at all. we will definitely be recommending patriot plumbing rooter to our friends and family as Gary has showed us the extent patriot rooter staff will go.

We used Patriot Plumbing for a recent Slab Leak. I had reached out to them for a 2nd quote. Though prices were in line with my initial quote, I felt James was much more professional and patient with me than the initial plumber. James spent considerable time with me explaining each step of the way and answering all of my questions. In the end, he did a great job rerouting the leak and even looked through other problematic parts of my house for me. James was an efficient plumber, replacing an old cast iron drain pipe that was severely corroded. The new pipe is ABS plastic. The cost was about 1/3 the quote made by another company (Four Star Plumbing). Everything went smoothly and now there is no longer a back up situation.

I have used Patriot Plumbing several times over the years, first time in May of 2016 to replace a water heater. I was so impressed with the quality of that installation that I referred them to my next door neighbor, and she was very happy with the work they did for her.Most recently in early May 2024, I called to have a loose toilet re-set in my master bathroom, and also fix a dishwasher drain (air-gap) problem. Angel did the work for me and did a great job, very neat, clean, professional job. He advised that the toilet flange height was too low at the floor which was preventing a proper seal, so he fixed that by raising the flange to the correct height. He showed me the problem and also the completed flange repair before re-setting the toilet. Toilet is now rock solid, works great. Im very happy with the work Angel did, everything was left perfectly clean upon completion.I also needed to have the pressure regulator replaced and another toilet to be replaced, so I asked Angel for a bid for that additional work. He just completed that additional work today, and I am equally happy with the end result.I would definitely use Patriot in the future, and would have no problem having Angel back to do the work. Hes a great guy, very personable.

Fred and Angel deserve ten stars for coming out and locating a leak in our main water line from the meter at the curb. They had to dig out 35 feet of dirt to a depth of 18 inches to make room for the new main line. There were several delays from Golden State Water when we needed the water turned off or on and Fred was available by cell phone when they finally arrived on the first day. While we were waiting for the water company Fred was able to diagnose and go pick up parts to repair two of our toilets. The second day we watched as Fred and Angel dug the trench and relocated our main water line with copper. These two guys didn’t even stop for lunch!We have already recommended Patriot Plumbing to our friends and family. Patriot Plumbing did a new gas line for my pool heater, and also fixed the gas line to backyard BBQ and fireplace. Gary was so professional, gave an estimate ahead, he went above and beyond the work he was supposed to do, he also fixed my home water heater. This was our second time using Patriot Plumbing, and again, we were extremely pleased with the service. Our hot water heater was making strange noises, so we called Patriot Plumbing. We were able to schedule an appointment for someone to come to our home within the next few days.Angel G. came to our home to assess and fix the issue. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and arrived on time. Angel was friendly and very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue with our hot water heater, and then explained what was needed to fix the problem. When I met Gary a few weeks ago, I informed him my Wife had died January 10th 2023. I informed him I am a Christian and he said so is he. He asked to say a prayer for me. He said a beautiful prayer which got me teared up. Over the next few weeks Gary has taken care of major work on my sprinkler system. He went as far as to check all my inside plumbing at my Kitchen, and Bathrooms. One bathroom upstairs has been leaking for a few years. I was unable to get to it due to taking care of my Wife as she was bed ridden. Gary crawled under the sink and turned off the water. He said, I know you are going through a rough time and dont want you to have any other worries, we can take care of the sink at a later date. Gary reflects highly on Patriot Plumbing and Rooter. Excellent work has been done to my extreme satisfaction. If anyone needs an honest and highly experienced Plumber need, Patriot is the place to call.

Office staff was polite, professional, and thorough. Technician called to set appointment time, called the morning of to confirm, then called 30 minutes prior to arrival time to let us know and to apologize that he would be 30-45 minutes late, unheard of to actually be told ahead if time that he was running late! What a refreshing change. Technician, Gary, was extremely knowledgeable, was polite and friendly. Patriot Plumbing could very easily have taken advantage of us as we had been told we had a slab leak, Gary and Patriot Plumbing chose to take the high road and keep their morales and integrity in tact by being honest about it not being a repair running in the tens of thousands of dollars but rather a $1000.00 - $1,500.00 repairI cant speak highly enough of this company or their personnel!!! We had extensive water damage to two rooms in our home. Having worked with Angel from Patriot in the past for plumbing issues he was the first person I called. He was very responsive and helpful. He initiated the drying out process that took 7 days due to the saturation of water. Then began with a through repair estimate for drywall, flooring installation, painting, plumbing installation, etc… Significant repairs were needed and Angel his team of professionals completed all repairs within a 5 day period. Every person on the repair team was knowledge, kind, and extremely professional. I can’t say enough about them. Had the best experience with Patriot Plumbing from the first phone call to the end of the job. Communication is excellent, scheduling is easy. MJ (in the office) is professional, responsive, thorough and really personable.I contacted them because my daughter and her friend were both really pleased with recent work that was done for them (2 separate jobs).My washing machine had malfunctioned and when installers were trying to hook up water lines to a new machine I was told that the entire water system hookup had to be replaced.Patriot sent out Fred to analyze and repair. He was on time, professional, communicative, and respectful. He was very clear and detailed in our discussion. He determined that only the hookup valves for hot and cold water needed to be replaced. He also discovered that the water main valve was defective, but functional and recommended against replacement because it was costly and unnecessary at this time.He was thorough and meticulous in his work. I also found him to be very personable and trustworthy.I had such a good experience that Im now having Patriot give me an estimate on mitigation and repair of extensive water damage which was created by the old machine malfunction. They are very experienced working with insurance companies and I am confident that I can trust them to be honest and to do excellent work going forward.You can spare yourself a lot of grief and frustration by calling them first!

James at Patriot was EXTREMELY helpful. He first came to me through a Yelp ad when I used Patriot to get a second estimate on the cost for a main water service line leak. James figured out a way to replace the line without destroying my bricks which would have cost me significant additional money. Around the same time I needed to replace an upstairs toilet that was smaller than the standard size. When his supplier did not have a toilet that would fit, he found me one that would work from Home Depot. My service was short and sweet so this will be as well. I like to do things myself as long as its in my wheel house which I was positive this was. I had a stiff shower handle and the cartridge need to be replaced. Fortunately it has a lifetime warranty so I was able to get a new cartridge for free. However upon replacing it it not only leaked but it was still stiff to turn. I couldnt figure it out so finally I relented and called Patriot plumbing. They were very helpful over the phone and were able to help me figure out how to diagnose the problem and voila I got it working!!

Patriot Plumbing and technician James replaced my old tank water heater with a new Navien tankless unit. They also installed a Halo 5 whole house water filtration system, a new main water line, a seismic shut off valve, a whole house leak detection system, a new pressure regulator, and a seismic shut off valve on my gas meter. It was a big project that finished on budget and ahead of schedule. James was very patient during the bidding process and answered all my questions in great detail. They showed up on time and kept their work area very clean. All plumbing work was top notch and done to local code. It has been two weeks and everything works perfectly. Patriot Plumbing also hydro jetted my main drain line two years ago and did a great job on that as well. They are hands down the best plumbers I have ever worked with and I strongly recommend them to friends in the area.

James (our plumber) informed us Patriot could assist with the restoration. Angel (the restoration project manager) explained the job and assisted with the insurance process. When I noticed my water usage was higher than normal, I started looking for a leak but could not find one. I called Patriot Plumbing and scheduled an appointment. The plumber came out, did some tests, and determined the leak was in the main line from the water meter to the house. The plumber provided options and estimates on fixing the problem. I selected replacing the main water line. The price was reasonable, and the line could be run under the walkway without breaking the concrete. I scheduled an appointment for the work to be done.On the day of the appointment, a team of 3 plumbers arrived and worked all day to put in my new main water line. The water could not be turned on until the next morning and I was given instructions on turning on the water. After turning on the water, I checked the water meter, and the leak was gone.I have been using Patriot Plumbing for many years. The plumber always explains my options before doing any work. The work is high quality and is completed in a timely manner. I will continue to use Patriot Plumbing and I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

Patriot Plumbing is the best UPDATE. They are a full service company and you can count on them for 24 hour emergencies. I first found them on Angies List in January of 2018. They recently replaced our Water Heater. As usual James did a great job. He initially came out to do the best he could to fix our old Water Heater. If you are in the Irvine or surrounding area ask for James. The office staff and manager/owner are also excellent !!! This company is who you should hire. I am a customer who holds companies to a high standard. Patriot plumbing is the best and so is James !!!!! James if no-nonsense, professional and will give you the best price. I will only use Patriot Plumbing.

I have used Patriot Plumbing on many occasions and they are always very professional and provide excellent service. I recently had a slab leak and James was out within an hour detecting where the leak was coming from and how to fix it. Angel from the Restoration side was also out removing all the wet areas (flooring, drywall, cabinets, etc) and started the drying process. Since the area I live in is prone to slab leaks, I decided to repipe the entire house instead of just fixing where the leak was coming from, and they immediately started the work. James, Mike and Angel did a great job as always and I highly recommend them!

The job is particularly complicated in this case because we have an oversized custom system intended for large houses. When you live in an older house, slab leaks are to be expected. Had some people come in to give us estimates on re-piping however, since we were planning a kitchen remodel in a couple of years, we decided to try and fix the problem locally. Scheduling someone to come out was convenient and they arrived on time. James and Dino were diligent in finding the location of the leak (its not an easy process as the previous owners of the house has a track record of doing weird home improvement projects) and cap off the offending pipe! Cant begin to tell you how relived we are that the problem is found! This is a huge savings to us as the re-piping project would have been a bigger hassle and been more inconvenient. Cant say enough good things about this company. The owners and crew are honest and provide service that is hard to find in this day and age. I am so happy that I found them! Will not hesitate to contact them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

Our external drains were clogged and were causing a pressure buildup and reverse flooding. We had no idea about the extent of the problem. It was pretty serious. Luckily, we detected the core issue in the nick of time and have Patriot Plumbing to thank. They not only rushed early morning to our home (another provider had promised the previous evening but never showed up), but also took care of the core problem. Their technician clearly explained everything that was wrong, showed us where the clogs were occurring, and gave us a few alternative solutions to consider. We opted for the high pressure clean aka Hydro Jetting that removes all clogs and clears any roots. We also got to learn and see how this advanced system works. After the Hydro Jetting, their tech cleaned the place completely from the outside also. We are quite happy that they did a thorough job, and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I just recently called Patriot Plumbing on a Sunday because my water heater started leaking. I spoke with Dino, the owner, who walked me through the steps on how to turn everything off and drain the water heater so I wouldnt have any damage. He very easily could have sent someone to my house and charged me hundreds of dollars for just that call but he didnt! I told him I wanted to buy and install a new water heater (the one that went out was 18 years old!). He scheduled a time for one of his plumbers, Fred, to come out 1st thing on Monday morning. Sure enough, Fred showed up on time, was very pleasant, gave me a quote for the new water heater, the install, everything included. I agreed and within a couple of hours everything was back up and running better than new in a clean, professional manner! I will 100% use Patriot Plumbing for ALL my plumbing needs in the future!
