    We had a slab leak on a hot water line that heated up the living room floor.Plumbing company determined that the single line could not be bypassed due to the initial installation in the concrete left no place to access this line, and a whole house re-pipe was going to be required. Makes sense.Got estimates from 2 plumbing companies and one from Repipe1.Repipe 1 was by far the most economical, and it was a great decision. The came out within hours of my first phone call, and started work just 3 days later.Unbelievable that they completed the entire re-piping of a 2-story, 3 bathroom house in one day!The next day was a day off for inspections, and then Repipe1 finished the drywall patching and texture on the 3rd day, cleaned up and were gone by 5 PM. Job complete, our house has all new plumbing. Even the water pressure throughout the house was much better than originally.We also purchase a Halo 5 water filtration system from Repipe1, which they installed perfectly.Highly skilled crews, excellent communication, very clean, excellent materials used.We are 100% confident that the job was done correctly, and with very good craftsmanship and materials.Communication with the workers, the inspections, and the management ability demonstrated by Repipe1 was highly professional and always spot-on.Great company to work with- highly recommended!I would give a 6 star rating if it were possible.

    Finding a leak that is causing damage is never fun. We called three plumbing companies to evaluate the issue. Alberto and team Repipe was head and shoulders above the rest in knowledge and customer service.For example, Alberto came in and took the time to understand the problem. He spent 1.5 hours with us checking everything thoroughly, explained his thinking, answered my questions and was overall smart and kind. During his evaluation process, I noticed that he took care of the little things like putting things back into place, placing down mats before inspecting, cleaning up after each task. He was very detailed oriented, even down to writing down the details in the estimate.Then, when we came back with a crew to work with, they continued with that level of quality and detail all throughout. Each member of their crew was kind, smart and detail-oriented. We are happy to share that we have working water again and there is no more damage to our home. Ultimately we had a main line leak.Repipe1 was not the cheapest option but they werent too bad either. More importantly, is that they were the most skilled and did their work with quality. Alberto and teams customer service and knowledge is what won us over. We still have patching to do so we will update that but given how everything went so far, I know they will treat that process with quality too.Best part is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. Highly highly recommend.

    When we had a leak on the front lawn of our rental home on a Sunday, we immediately turned to Yelp and called 3 or 4 re-pipe specialists. Repipe1 was the first to return our call on Monday and schedule a visit to price the job. Their price was in line with expectations and they were very responsive in answering all our questions via phone calls and texts. In fact, they were able to save us from tearing up the concrete driveway by re-routing the main line.In collecting the bids, a competitor bid 25% higher than Repipe1 and then after we told them their price was too high, they called back after “discussing with their manager” and then dropped their price “substantially” which only made me question their first bid. Their “discounted” price was still higher than Repipe1 and they only offered a 5 year warranty versus the Repipe1 “lifetime” guarantee.Norma, Josh, and Alberto were all professional and extremely responsive. As we are over 400 miles away from our rental property, these folks at Repipe1 made the process of hiring a plumber for a water main leak effortless, painless and uneventful. They no doubt left our home in better condition than when they arrived! THANK YOU REPIPE1!!

    After several pin hole leaks over the years, weve finally decided to repipe our house. Several of my neighbors and friends recommended Repipe1 and boy was I glad to use them. My sales rep Sean was very thorough and answered every question that I had on the entire process from beginning to the end. First crew came about 9am and by 2:30pm my entire house was repiped and we had access to our water. They were so professional and efficient I was very impressed. After getting our city inspection approved few days later, the drywall/patch crew came and did a Phenomenal job like we didnt have any holes. I knew Repipe1 was the right company when the city inspector came to inspect my house told me that they were one of the best companies in the industry. I would highly recommend Repipe1, cant beat the lifetime warranty!!

    Repipe1 was recommended by our neighbor who did a whole house repipe with them twice. After experiencing a pinhole leak, which ruined our floor, we decided to pull the trigger and do the repipe with PEX. After reading the reviews, we followed the advice and contacted Repipe1.We worked with Delilah for consultation and contract, she was very professional and thorough in the explanation of the process. Patiently answered all of our questions and concerns.On the scheduled day the repipe crew of 6 people arrived on time, extremely efficient and professional. All pipe replacement work was done in a single day for 3200 sq.ft. house. The team did a great job of covering the floor and furniture and cleaning up after themselves.We also decided to change shower valves during the process and Repipe1 was accommodative to allow us to order new valves and send a technician on another day to finish the replacement. Alberto Vasquez, their supervisor, completed the valves and trim installation as well as moved the recessed laundry box is a superb plumber professional, who loves his craft. Alberto installed the fixtures and bathrooms look new and attractive again.The final step was drywall patching. I couldnt believe that ~50 holes can be patched in a single day. We had the team of 5 working so efficiently, they finished just after 3pm. The patching for drywall and stucco came out very well, a way better than I expected - texture matched very well. We havent painted yet, but Im sure no one will be able to tell.Thank you Repipe1 for an amazing service and craftsmanship, making the complicated process, which could have been a disaster, into a smooth-sailing experience!

    Update of the repipe installation from 4 months ago. The Kohler shower/tub valve started dripping. The drip coming out of the spout was slow but annoying. I called Repipe1 to take a look. Alberto Vasquez came over and inspected it. He said the drip is coming from the valve cartridge that is defective, and that normal process is for me to call Kohler (the manufacturer) to get a replacement for it. After that, Repipe1 would install it but would charge for a service fee. Alberto did it on the spot. He was fair and professional. I give the company and him 5 stars for doing this as it saved me time for not having to call the manufacturer. I stand by with my initial review that Repipe1 is good to do business with and their employees like Alberto are top notch.

    Similar to other reviews, we had a leak in our living room floor and determined that the best approach was to avoid flooding due to more and more pinhole leaks in our copper plumbing. Out came the team of Enrique Delrosa and Saul Gastelum. They did a tremendous job of getting our entire home repiped along with a leaky main line in the front yard. We are just awaiting the city inspection and repatching work, but I wanted to call out these guys for a job WELL DONE. Thanks Repipe1 team!!

    Repipe 1 did a wonderful job of repiping my house in 2020. They were done in 1 day. Our permit was not closed due to a open electrical permit from 2016 (before we bought our home).In March 2024, Norma Mendez worked tirelessly with the county, kept me appraised of the situation and got the permit closed.This is a great company with amazing employees who take customer service to the next level.     We picked Repipe 1 as they were recommended to us by our cousin who had a positive experience. They did a re-pipe and also swapped out fixtures in our very outdated and custom showers. The entire team was incredible. They were professional, knowledgeable and fast. They were thorough in their work, and made sure everything was taken care of. If that wasn’t enough, they left the home after each visit and cleaned up impeccably after themselves. I would recommend them without hesitation they know what they are doing!!

    Definitely consider Repipe 1 if you need to repipe your home. From start to finish (and ours took a little longer because of the demand of the drywall repair team) it was a great experience. The team sent to do the repipe was conscientious and considerate. They thought through the process and designed their repipe to be a minimally invasive as possible.     We needed to repipe our house and after hearing reviews from many homeowners in the neighborhood of Laguna Niguel and Dana Point, we decided to use Repipe 1. They did a re-pipe and also installed a new water heater. The entire team that arrived on the first day with foreman Marlon was incredible. They were professional, knowledgeable and fast. All the new pipes and the water heater were installed in a day! The dry wall/patching team did very good job as well, so you could hardly see where the dry wall was cut out. Both teams were thorough in their work, and made sure everything was taken care of or corrected as the city inspector requested. It was very clear that the team would not be that timely and efficient if it was not for superior organizational skills of Repipe 1 coordinator, Veronica who organized all the appointments during the repipe process and made sure the work proceeded smoothly and on time. Veronica always was professional, quick to respond to any issues or questions, and always notified us promptly of any scheduled work. Our house was well protected by the teams during repipe and left clean after the work was completed. I would strongly recommend Repipe 1 to my neighbors and friends because they know what they are doing and get it done professionally in a timely manner.

    Repipe1 was able to repipe my entire home in 3 days (including Drywall). Water was turned on same day. Inspection 2nd day.Drywall 3rd day. Workmanship was excellent. Alberto came back the next week to install Kitchen Faucet, Garbage Disposal and Bathroom Faucets after cabinet and counter remodel. Alberto was friendly and knowledgeable and able to advise me on what parts were needed so we were prepared for install. Great Experience overall for difficult project.

Besides needing paint you can’t even tell there were holes in our ceiling.     We had Repipe1 come and do the entire house as a precaution, didnt want to have a leak cause more damage in the future. Everything went great, quick scheduling and completed the job in a day. We also had them come back and install a whole house water filtration system.Almost a year after the job was completed we noticed the hose bib on our water filtration machine was slightly leaking, we called them and within an hour they came and replaced the hose bib. The supervisor Alberto was great and helped us understand the issue and got everything fixed on the spot.We had a great experience with the initial repipe and then when we needed them they came right away.     I discovered a slab leak on a Thursday afternoon . I contacted Repipe1 and their representative was there Friday morning. I signed the contract and they had workers there By the Monday morning. Very responsive. By end of day Monday all the recipe work was done and I had running water again. The patching crew was there the next day and had all the holes patched and paint ready by end of day. All the work was done in two days. It was unbelievable. I have a background in construction and I am very particular, but I was very pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness and quality of work. I highly recommend Repipe1.

    I contacted Repipe 1 on the advice of my plumber after we found a slab leak in our home. The company sent out a representative who explained the process and provided an estimate for the process. The team arrived when scheduled and completed the work in two days, including all the patches. They were efficient, clean and professional. When I later learned that my home insurance policy provided a rebate for the work, I could not immediately find my receipts. I phoned the office and spoke to Veronica.     I was very impressed by how quickly everything was completed. I notified Sean on a Thursday I wanted Repipe1 to do my repipe and signed the contract. That afternoon the asbestos sample was taken. The next day the test results were relayed to Repipe1 (negative for asbestos) and a permit was issued. I scheduled the work for Tuesday (it could have been Monday if I wanted). The crew showed up on time and finished by 3:00 pm with the water back on. The inspector was there the next day and the drywall/stucco crew was scheduled for Thursday. The inspector came Monday for final sign off; he probably would have been there Friday except for the Veterans Day holiday.The quality of the work was excellent and the cleanup was very good.I am very happy to recommend Repipe1 without reservation.

Excellent Customer Service, Fair Price, Quality Works!!!Thank you Norma for all your help and responsive to my questions.I had my whole house repiped in May 2019 by Repipe1. They replaced all the water pipes in my house in 1 day, and patched up the drywall in another day. I was very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly the job got done. Fast forward to April 2023. I found water stain in the ceiling below the master bathroom shower, so I emailed Repipe1 regarding the leak and possible warranty work. I sent the email at around 7:20PM on Monday night, and I got a response email within 5 mimutes. The responding email said that someone will contact me shortly. I thought to myself, great I got an auto-reply email and was expecting somebody to call me in the morning. Well, I was so wrong. About 15 minutes later, I received a call from Norma, and she was asking me about what going on then she patiently explained to me what will happen if it is warranty works or if it is a drain problem. She then sent somebody to come to my house the next day!!! It turned out that my drain pipe has a leak so I will have to pay out of pocket.I am very happy with the quality of customer care of Repipe1, thanks to Ms. Norma Mendez.

    I had Repipe1 repiped my house last month. before that, I had researched a lots of repiping companies. In the prosess of this job, I was so pleased and satisfied with their working. From Josh to every specialist, every worker is so tallented and hornest. As for repiping job, they are so special that they made so less and small holes for their job. And patching job worker worked so well too that we didnt have to make anyone repaint the wall. At the last process they did inspection check up for any possible leaking, my kichen water facet was replaced according to their recommnedation.     We discovered a small leak under a bathroom sink after having our repipe completed 2 months ago.They sent out their serviceman, Alberto to come check it out the same day.Turns out the leak was unrelated to the repipe, but they fixed it for us anyway at no charge.     Recently, my wife felt a small area of moisture on our hallway floor. It was obviously not near enough to the above ground plumbing, so we (rightly) figured out that we had what this city is known for, the dreaded “slab leak.” Since our son recently had a similar problem in Laguna Hills, we called him and immediately got referred to RePipe1. He had just finished dealing with a slab leak that was so professionally dealt with by RePipe1 that no one else could even be considered.We called them on 11/13/23. A rep came out on 11/14/23. By the 16th, the re-pipe job was complete, and our water was restored. By the 22nd (the day before Thanksgiving) the City Inspector came out and signed off on the work (he spoke very highly of the work he’s seen that was done by RePipe1). Just after the holiday weekend, the walls were closed, and our painters were able to repaint. I apologize for the wordy introduction, but so much was done that needs to be mentioned. I just regret not remembering the names of those who helped us.First, the way we were served was so very professional. The person who took our initial call got everything started; it moved forward in exactly the way she explained. The Rep who came out surveyed the plumbing and gave us a very fair price. Within just a couple of days, the water service was on.Second, every bit of work done by the various contractors was carefully cleaned up when done. I saw the contractors on their knees wiping small bits of plumbing waste from the garage floor while another hosed down the driveway.Third, every stage of the plumbing repair and wall restoration was done perfectly. We did nothing but sit back and watch while the contractors worked their magic!Finally, the office personnel planned and arranged every detail of the work, including the procurement of the city permit and charging my credit card (only after each stage was completed).     Repipe 1 re-piped our house a few years ago and did a great job. We recently had a contractor accidentally slice into one of the pex lines causing a leak. I called repipe 1 and talked to the amazing Veronica who got us a tech dispatched same day to come out and fix the issue.Veronica was super responsive and made sure that everything was up-and-working and that we were satisfied with the repair.Edited to add that the tech that came out was amazing as well.

    Superb service. Ricardo was to appointment on time and everything was smooth sailing from there on. Quick and efficient. He even wore plastic booties to protect my carpet and cleaned up.     We had a slab leak in our home. We contacted a plumber and thought it would be a permanent fix. It wasn’t. For a home that is 40 + years, save the time and money and repipe. After several recommendations and reviews, we chose Repipe 1. The estimator came out pretty much the same day. Gave us the timeline and what to expect. Repipe 1 has a great team, from the back office to the frontline workers, they had the system down to help eliminate downtime. Coordination was great, work was done clean and I never was left feeling “ok now what?”. We had another sewage problem that their sewage team was able to fix. I appreciate that they are a turnkey solution. I also appreciate the warranty that they offer, hopefully I won’t need it for 40 more years. Thank you Repipe 1.

    We did a whole house repipe in July 2023 of over 6000 square feet. The project was massive. We had cross beams everywhere that caused the repipe team to have to make a significant amount of effort and more holes to run the pipes. They went about it without complaining and finished on schedule. The magic was that once they were done, paint aside it was pristine. After install they even came back to solve a wire on a light that had been cut accidentally and did further drywall and paint repair. There can be nobody better than the team at Repipe1.

    Had an amazing experience with Repipe1 entire team. I needed my whole house repiped and entire job went smoothly. They explained the details of the job thoroughly. Job was excellent, easily passed the city of lake forest inspection twice before the patch and after repatch. It was fast, east to communicate because they’re all experienced.     I did a complete repipe with this co five years ago, in my opinion, they are truly #1 in the business. (About 50 open holes, patched back without any foot print. I called Repipe1, and they sent a plumber the next day. How can u beat this for any service call. They fixed it under the 10 yr warranty without any charge.     Repipe 1 recently repiped my property. They were fast, efficient, first class craftsmanship with awesome customer service.I had a small dampness issue where their plumbers had to come back to look at what I thought was a leak problem. I instructed them to bust open the wall again to examine the issue. It was found the pipes were just fine and that the patch material for the walls werent fully dried yet.     Repipe 1 did our whole home repipe. We had a slab leak and our home is 45 yrs old. They did a great job. I also was happy that when issues came up later I was able to talk to a real human being. Her name is Veronica and she is super responsive and sends out her supervisor to address any issues I had. I didn’t like the way the hose bib was pointing into the walkway and Veronica sent out her plumber Gustalvo to turn it 90 degrees and it was done immediately. No charge. I would recommend Repipe 1. It’s no fun needing a repipe but better than water damage.

    They did an excellent job. They swiftly repiped my house. The crew was really good, very efficient and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. After that they repatched the holes so good that you could barely tell they were there. Afterwards I had a leak in my Kitchen and they sent a very nice gentleman, Gustavo, who was extremely knowledgeable and he quickly resolved the issue which turned out to be unrelated to the re-piping but rather to my feeble attempt to connect some supply lines I did on my own.     We had our house repiped in 2017 as a preventative measure, not because of a leak. We were very pleased with Repipe’s professionalism and have had no problems.However, recently we needed to use the shower in a rarely used bathroom and discovered it had no hot water. We contacted Repipe 1 and Alberto Vasquez was sent out in less than a day.He discovered that a cylinder (?) in the faucet was bad and needed to be replaced. This was not a Repipe 1 issue as we had supplied the faucet so we were charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. We were very happy with Alberto. He explained everything and left our bathroom neat and clean. We would call Repipe again for other plumbing issues.

The drywall and texture were perfect and they finished up 3-4 hours ahead! The BONUS surprises included a few patched up door handle wall dings and a fixed wall corner chunk that they roughly mudded up and textured without prompting! These guys are awesome!!!

    I wished to get whole house re piped. Repipe 1 made appointment with in 2 days.The work was with experienced crew. After city Inspection all the holes were patched next day.     I usually do not write reviews online but after working with Repipe 1, I truly believe that they deserve nothing but praise. I was having a problem with my hydronic heating system in my condominium so I had a plumbing company come out to hopefully fix what was happening. During the inspection, they found lots of corrosion on some copper pipes and valves that had been replaced by Repipe 1 in the year 2014. By the way, this wasn’t the cause of my heating malfunction, it ended up be a faulty thermostat. But none the less, they advised me to fix the corroded pipes because apparently they were going to eventually fail. The estimated cost to repair? Over 2 thousand dollars! I realized I had my condo repiped in 2014 by Repipe 1, so I called them and I spoke with Veronica. She was so professional and courteous. I have nothing but praise for her. She had me send her some pictures of the piping and apparent corrosion which I promptly sent to her. She thanked me and told me that they would review the pictures and get back to me. Within 24 hours, Veronica notified me that they were sending a supervisor out in three days to replace the pipes. I was so relieved and grateful that this company would stand behind their work which was done 8 years earlier! Actions speak louder than words and this company totally came through🙏Ricardo , from Repipe 1 came out to perform the repairs. He was very polite and professional and he obviously knew what he was doing . He had a lot of knowledge about the hydronic heating system, and that was a huge relief to me. Very few heating and air conditioning companies will even work with this type of heating system? I can’t thank Ricardo enough for the excellent service provided to my family.     So this company did our home repiping 10 years ago and yesterday a pipe sprung a leak, which required us to turn off our water. We called re-pipe 1 and they were able to get a plumber out to us by 1130 this morning. Alberto Vazquez was the plumber they sent out and he was not only quick to diagnose the problem and repair it, but he cleaned up beautifully (and even sprayed for ants he found In the exposed ceiling area). Even though the leak was caused by a hardwood floor installation laborer’s nail, they only charged us the basic Trip and diagnostic fee. we had to use them to do the repair to protect our warranty but they didn’t take advantage of that situation like they could have and charged extra even though the leak wasn’t related to their original work. So nice to know that after 10 years we can still count on these guys to be fair, honest and do a great job. thanks Alberto for giving us our water back so quickly!!

    Nothing strikes fear in a new home owner like a slab leak. I moved into my first home 9 months ago and to my dismay had a slab leak and my downstairs flooded. I was not about to have new floors, cabinets and drywall installed without getting a repipe as I never wanted to go through this experience again. Both my regular plumber and my home owners insurance recommended Repipe 1. There is no easy way to repipe your entire home but the people at Repipe 1 made it as quick and painless as possible. They got my repipe done in one day, then the next day (Friday) the city came to inspect. On Monday they came and patched and textured all the holes. My walls and ceilings looked better than they did before! The only thing they dont do is paint, which I had the water remediation company do since I was feeling too lazy to do myself. We even had a unrelated plumbing emergency over the weekend and they sent Victor who was a life saver and fixed our toilet that we discovered was improperly installed by the original owner. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

    We hired Repipe1 to repipe our home in February (and install a new water heater) and they did a stellar job. The team was professional, they worked quickly and everything was done at high quality.Last week we noticed a gas smell in our garage near the water heater. After calling Repipe1 at 7 PM, they sent a plumber out within 20 minutes and determined there was an issue with the control valve (manufacturer error, not install related). The plumber Ricardo was very helpful and helped to expedite a replacement.     This is the 2nd time we used Repipe1 to totally repipe our homes. The 1st was about 7 yrs ago. It was a larger 2 story home. Were retired to a senior living place now. The house is 40 years old with underground plumbing. Weve been the slab leak route before. Repipe one. Came in made a few holes in the wall for each location. They do minimal cuts. We had water by the end of the day. Then they sent a crew to patch. A perfect match on stucco and drywall. I only had to touch up paint. It was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable. Were now 81 YO, so this inand out, easy peasy, repipe was perfect for us. Pex pipe is flexible, so I wont worry about earthquake damage.5 🌟 from us.

    Excellent experience from the first phone call through the final inspection. I experienced a slab leak, and, after talking to my neighbors, decided that re-piping with PEX is the way to go as I would continue to have issues if I relied on existing copper piping. RePipe 1 was highly recommended from my neighbors, so I gave them a call. They were professional on the phone and the visit for the estimate. The sales person, Alex, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. The crew showed up on time and got the re-pipe completed in a day. They came back after the city inspection and did a wonderful job patching the holes and texturing the drywall. Overall, although I was really bummed out about the initial leak, RePipe 1 made the rest of process pain free. I highly recommend.
