We purchased a Guardian 1250 Softener unit from Rayne Water, Irvine. The unit is a replacement for our 17-year-old RXD unit. Still working but at a reduced level of efficiency. I called the office (the Irvine office which is the office that covers my geographical area). The on-duty technician, Andrew, discussed my unit and issues that I was having via phone and exchange of photos. After a lengthy discussion, the decision came down to a new unit or the cost of rebuilding the old unit with the likelihood of future problems. This unit has improved performance and ease of changing settings.The technician that came to the house was Refugio who was outstanding-professionalism, understanding of my preferred installment and location position, cleaned up and was on time, courteous.Rayne is high end as far as price and quality but be aware you get what you pay for. You can check the internet, so this is no mystery about this fact. The peace of mind that the job is done right the first time, knowing that I can call in anytime with questions and I will get a knowledgeable person on the line and if there is a future problem Rayne will stand behind their products. Rayne is trustworthy and reliable because all regional facilites fall under the corporate umbrella unlike some companies who franchise leading to variable quality of serviceLook at the install pictures; there isn’t any more I have to say.Thank you, Andrew, and Refugio, for making this happen.

I love the Rayne water service, I have the softener and the purifier, don’t know what I would do without it.The company is professional and efficient, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants clean water and a softener to remove the hard water that is really hard on your skin and everything else.

Great folks and genuinely willing to help. Soft water is wonderful and renting exchange tanks is not only cost effective, but good for the environment too (suggested by IRWD).

Had a great customer service experience with Phoenix and her counter part in customer service. We encountered some challenges with scheduling the service, but I was really impressed with how Phoenix and team handled the resolve of my concerns. It is so refreshing to work with a company that makes a concerted effort in customer service! Knowledgable team (including service guys). Very glad to have been in business with this location for the last few years.

Their great tech, Romarico, came out to check my water pressure regulator installation and quickly and carefully adjusted the connecting house pipe a bit to avoid too much tension. He was great at explaining his work and verified that the pressure was set to the recommended 80 psi. Excellent service!
