As a homeowner, it’s nerve wracking to have plumbing issues pop up out of the blue. To have to search for a plumber adds onto the stress because you don’t know who you can trust and whether they’ll be fair in pricing.I had heard of Pristine Plumbing because I’d seen their trucks in my neighborhood. Turns out that they have amazing reviews as well.I took a leap of faith and called them. My call was picked up immediately. I took that as a positive sign right off the bat.The lady on the phone was clear and transparent with her communication. I appreciated that. I knew what to expect for next steps.Within an hour or so, I received a text letting me know the name and photo of the plumber (Andy Chavez) who would be coming to help me out. This review is based on a visit and a free estimate from Pristine Plumbing. Rob came over and assessed the situation explaining my son what are the options to resolve our bathtub/shower issue. We received estimates for these options and we will be evaluating them with the other quotes received.Although we cannot speak of the job done yet, we belive this company is doing a great job as responding our calls and following up. Will follow up with another review if we decide to go with their company.

Had an issue with Mixet cartridge and decided to convert to Moen. Plumber Layon was punctual, clean, professional and thorough in his work. He also cleaned up afterwards. I could tell he was a professional plumber--well trained. Two thumbs way up👍👍. **Side note: It is a bit pricey but as they say, You get what you pay for... and I got the best👌

We had an issue with pressure in our lines. Called Pristine plumbing, and they were able to get us in next day. Rob came out and was able to replace the valves, piping and an expansion tank. Pricing was fair, service was excellent! Will definitely use them next time I have plumbing issues.

Pristine plumbing was great. They came promptly to see what our problems were. They explained the fix and had standard pricing for everything so there was no questioning the quote. Some have said they are pricey. I don’t have a comparison but I feel they did a great job with the work I needed. If you want to negotiate on price they aren’t the plumbers for you. But I personally had a great experience.They spent as much time as needed and worked in my house with care. They did an excellent job fixing my shower on/off valve and replaced multiple sink faucets that were corroded with calcium. I would recommend.

I called pristine plumbing and was able to get a tech out the same day. My shower/tub handle had lost its grip and the screw was stripped. It was determined I needed to swap out the cartridge. After determining the cartridge type, Todd the tech, gave me quotes and informed me of the type of shutoff valves I have at my house, as it is an older property. He was able to get the correct valve and install it the following day at a time of my convenience. He was very polite, personable, and professional. He even answered questions I had about other plumbing related things and gave me quotes if I wanted to get more work done. My new shower/tub handle and cartridge work perfectly. 10/10 recommend this company !!

Andrew and Dwayne were fast and responsive. They were able to come out the same day we found the ceiling leak, called drywall cleaners to come and cut out the spot and dry it. The next day they were able to get it and quickly diagnose the source of our problem. They seemed very thorough in their fix to ensure that there was no more leakage and checking to ensure all gaps were closed. Overall very happy with the service.

We called Pristine Plumbing at 8:30 am on a Friday, they said they could be here between 10 am and 12 noon. At 9:50 our dogs announced the arrival of RB in nice van, company graphics on the side. RB had clean work shirt with his name and company logo walked right in and to the issue we were having. Pristine Plumbing quickly took care of our problem. RB was professional, very knowledgeable and educated us to situation and made it a walk in the park. Trust me its best sometimes to know professionals that do the job correctly the 1st time and in a timely manner. I was extremely happy with them and their work. I initially called and was told by the woman answering their telephone that this company does water softener repair. However, once Jim arrived, he informed me that they do not repair water softeners, they only install them. Jim himself was very personable and was able to expertly install Shut off valves for our water softener to later be repaired or replaced. He was very patient with me and took his time explaining what he had done and how it all worked, lastly checking to make sure our water pressure was within range. Thank you Jim.

Rob did an excellent job today in my house servicing my water heater. He completed a throughout inspection of the appliance condition and also tested the pressure regulator functions installed at the water entry point to the house pipe network. Then he explained the results along with the options of what service actions need to be done at this time. His inspection revealed that the water heater was in a deteriorated condition to the level it had to be replaced instead. When I accepted the result, Rob immediately contacted the office and arranged that on a short notice the same day a team was sent to my house to perform the replacement of the water heater also a replacememt of the water pressure regulator which was not working correctly. Todd and his partner was assigned to do the project and they promptly arrived fully prepared for the job. They worked very diligently and Todd explained to me each major step along the way. They performed very high quality work, completed the job on time and cleaned up the work area at the end.We were able to use hot water shortly after they left. I highly recommend both Rob and Todd for your plumming needs.

Service was great, but price was higher than expected. Before he started the job, we talked and I expected around $1,100 with the blaster cleaning machine. The clog was easily snaked within minutes which was $500 and then my pipes were blasted to clean out the roots which should have been around $600 (he told me he could beat that price). Final price was much higher (closer to $2,000).

Andy is the man! I have a fairly complex 0.5 acre lots with lots of run off drains which were backing up for the last week or so.. Andy was quickly able to scope the system and detail how everything was laid out. From there he identified a main line clog that started at the front of the property and our outdoor drainage system was clogged because of overflow due to that. Within 30 minutes Andy was scoping and hydrojetting the clogged main line which was 90% clogged due to a root system which had grown into the pipe. He was able to clear nearly the entire root system from the pipe to open it up to 100%. In under 60 minutes Andy diagnosed and fixed our entire property’s plumbing system. He’s straight to the point and saved us a ton in diagnosis fees, temporary fixes, etc… we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Andy!!

Our builder/subcontractor did a horrible job in installing the upstairs toilet where the drain was not flushed to the tile flooring installed, which could potentially cause sewage leak. Ruben from Pristine informed us of this news and offered two options in fixing the problem.We are very lucky to have a professional and informative service provider who helped us save as well as inform us of problems that could result if left as is. Having dealt with multiple water leaks caused by our tenants, we did not want to take any chances. Aside from this issue, Ruben had also replaced all the valves in the house with quality equipment.Ruben took photos along the way and kept us posted of the work. We greatly appreciate Rubens help in communicating the problems as well as coordinating the services with our tenant. The shower water faucet valve needed to be replaced. After reading all the reviews, I decided to have Johnathan and Jacob from Pristine Plumbing go ahead and fix the valve. They were both professional and friendly and answered all my questions. I wish I would have taken BEFORE and AFTER photos because the last plumber basically did not replace the valve like he said he did and Johnathon explained to me how that came to be. Additionally the last plumber literally pulled the faucet from the wall as hard as he could and left an inch gap between the shower wall and faucet spout. The shower spout should have have been flush against the shower wall. So pleased with the quality and workmanship from Johnathan and Jacob. I will always feel okay about paying more when I know the job will be done correctly! Bravo Pristine Plumbing for sending out the best workman for the job!!!!! I had a broken gas tank heater which I wanted to replace. I could not decide between a gas heater vs. electric heater and was more inclined towards electric one given we had solar panels and fretting over to get one from store and then hire technician to install etc.Pristine made the process so simple. Ruben assessed our hot water needs and suggested that gas tankless heater would serve the purpose and recommended a high efficiency heater that would also drastically reduce the gas consumption. He came by at 11AM and by 5PM they were done installing the new heater. They bought the appliance, installed and everything was settled. Plus any problems after installation are covered in appliance and service warranty.They also provided all the info for submitting the SoCal gas rebate.The workmanship was clean and perfect.Very happy with the work by Ruben and team from Pristine.Will use them for any upcoming projects and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Alex and Jonathan took good care of us! We had a blockage in our upstairs toilet and initially only called for that. Alex came at the beginning of the three hour window. We told him our toilets were 23 years old and we had blockages and low flow. He recommended replacing the toilet eventually after clearing the blockage. Luckily it was an easy fix and the toilet was in stock. We ended up replacing all three toilets unexpectedly as well as the valves. Alex gave us a great deal since we did them all together. He was able to get Jonathan to come help with the set up as well so it went pretty fast. Both were very professional, clean, and efficient. Alex was very patient answering all our questions, and was especially kind with my senior father. It was a painless process despite the high sticker tag but we feel confident in the professional work by Alex and Jonathan and that the toilets will be working well for a long time.

We had unusual high water bills for months. Since our usage isnt that high, we decided to have expert checking out leakage. I requested a quote from Pristine Plumbing via Yelp. They replied the message within few minutes and sent technicians the very next day. Andy Chavez and his team were amazing. They came early in the morning, right on time. After performing leak detection, they found out our irrigation systems were leaking. Fortunately, everything is ok inside the house. As a prevention, they also suggested to add a regulator so the water pressure wont ruin the pipes inside the house in the future. Since we are doing two services, he was able to apply 10% discount for us. They finished replacing 4x irrigation systems and one regulator system in a day. They were thorough and systematic. And Andy went above and beyond to help us replacing some heads for the water tubes without extra charge. All the services they performed have one year warranty. I highly recommend this place.

I was having problems with tree roots in my sewer lateral. This problem had been ongoing for the last year or so. Pristine Plumbing was not the first i had called, but ended up being the last. When Jim Foley came out and inspected the sewer lines he was friendly, knowledgeable/experienced and thorough. I elected to have Jim and his team do the necessary repair work. After hearing what turned out to be a pinhole leak in my copper piping, I contacted Pristine Plumbing and spoke with Stephanie who immediately helped locate a technician to help us out on a Saturday. RB was our tech, and arrived within 30 minutes of me placing the call. He was super helpful and since the leak was under the home he needed to suit up and go under to fully assess and identify the issue. He returned with both photos and videos of the issue which he shared prior to performing the repair. The price was a little higher than I expected, but we were in a pinch and you also get what you pay for.

I had a leaking drainage pipe from my washing machine. Tyler came out (next day)and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the situation clearly and fixed the problem effectively. A couple days later after the water remediation crew (different company) was done with their part of the job I noticed my dryer had a big dent in it. No hassle, Tyler came out and helped me fix it. I appreciate him going the extra mile to make things right even though it may not have been his fault. Highly recommend Tyler at Pristine Plumbing.

Our questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. We havent been able to make up our mind as were looking at multiple water filtration options, but we would definitely consider using Pristine Plumbing if it fits within our budget. Jim Foley, my lead technician, was equally terrific with his kind demeanour, professional expertise, and forthright honesty. Before proceeding with his work, he explained the problem and estimated a reasonable cost; later, he should me the broken parts to assure me of the work to be complete. His assistant was excellent as well; he too was well groomed, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbers.

Sorry to the company for taking so long for this review. Basically since the day we moved in there was something wrong with the drain for the washing machine/kitchen sink/garage sink. After 18 months it finally decided to fully clog itself. So we called a company and they tried a couple of methods over 2 different days and then told us the pipe was collapsed and needed to be fully replaced and my driveway dug up and it would be several thousand dollars. Doing my diligence to get a second opinion I called up Pristine and they sent out Jim. I show him the problem and leave 2 get my kids from daycare. 22 minutes later I return to him already done and cleaned up! He said it was just a run of the mill clog especially for a laundry and kitchen sink drain. Just a couple hundred bucks. What the hell was the other company doing!!!! And then he even took an hour to fish out a cap/plug the other company had caused to fall into the main drain. Months later the line is working great. Thank you Jim and Prestine!

Our broken shower was almost running wide open so we needed the fix quickly. Pristine Plumbing was able to set our appointment for the same day. The scheduling was very easy with a two hour time window and the text communication was great. Cameron came out and was very professional and respectful of our home putting show cover on every time he went in and out. He assessed the issue and provided several options for us to consider. Ultimately we ended up replacing the full shower controls. Cameron did a great job on the shower and left the area looking very clean.

We decided to use Pristine Plumbing Inc after reading all the good reviews online from previous customers. Cameron just finished installing our water softener system just a little while ago and so far we are very happy and content with his service. Im giving him a 10 for overall service. He is polite, friendly, and very detailed when he explains things to us. He also went out of his way to fix our sink and toilet bowl. He unclog the water residue etc. He went extra mile to make the customer happy. He didnt even leave a mess in our garage and kitchen. He cleaned and put everything back in place under the sink. We will definitely call Pristne again when in need Plumbing service in the future.

Ben was very friendly and did an excellent installation of a new garbage disposal since mine had rusted out. He also gave me several options of which disposal to purchase from the least expensive to the most expensive. In addition, he told me what kinds of food I should not put down the disposal ( I was surprised) and showed me what to do should the blades lock up. I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him in the future!
