Whipple was great. They got someone here on Christmas Eve to at least make the guest shower useable for our Christmas guests. Lowell was so nice and worked so hard. Sergio Varelo came out on 11/5 quickly assessed what was needed and offered some great solutions. No pressure at all to purchase. They even offered some great discounts. Ultimately I decided to go with them which has proven to be the right choice. Today 11/8 Jon Bernal came out to install the new system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was thorough and made sure we were happy with the installation. They cleaned up and made sure they left everything better than they found it.

I would highly recommend Jesse as your plumber he was so kind and knowledgeable. He came out and fixed my problem in ten minutes when I had tried two other plumbers and it had taken them two whole days . I was not satisfied however with the dispatch service they had me scheduled between 8-1:00 and had lost my app because they kept telling me the guy was on the way and after four phone calls Jesse finally got the news that he needed to be here two hours after he was off for the day so dispatch gets a two star

I have worked with Whipple twice (once for a furnace install and another for an a/c install as well as adding a vent). They have always been super helpful and willing to answer my questions. They had to get into my attic to install the furnace and they needed a bigger opening to get in. So after cutting it they offered to have someone come fix the new hole in our ceiling for us at no cost to us. It was very considerate and I have no complaints. I will continue to call them for my hvac needs!

Marcos Guzman is awesome! We had a fault in our system and he came out in 30 mins, let me know when he would arrive and did a DEEP dive on our system. Super impressed with his professionalism and his sense of humor, and mostly his KNOWLEDGE. Best part about the entire experience was us finding a beer can in the vent from the builders of the home! 😂 Marcos was a good dude and fished it right out.

When I called Whipple service champions this morning, I did not expect to see them for at least three weeks. That seems to be the norm for most companies these days around Dixie. Initially, the appointment was set for tomorrow morning, but they gave me a call back saying they could do it this morning. Drew Meredith came out and had the problem resolved within 20 minutes. They are my “go to” from now on! What a fantastic service to have available! We will rely on them from now on for any of the services they offer that we can use. Which I will add most of them! Today Sergio Varela came to my house to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Another company had previously come and after months of repeated emails on my part I gave up on them because no progress was made, and it appeared that they would never resolve the issue.In contrast, Sergio came exactly on schedule today, and within an hour he had the problem identified and brought to me a couple of solutions. The issue is expected to be resolved tomorrow in a follow up visit.Sergio lived up to my previous good expectations and experience with Whipple. He is a true professional. He is skilled, a good communicator and respectful.

I have had an amazing experience with Lowell Faulkner of Whipple in Hurricane!!! He came when he said he would, called me 15 minutes before he arrived, he went over our situation & was able to fix it immediately without having to replace any parts! He then offered to test our water pressure & hardness of our water & readjusted our pressure all with no charge! He was so professional & so very nice! Was so nice to talk to my Husband over the phone to make sure he understood all that Lowell was doing! I couldn’t be more pleased as I was very nervous that we might need a new water heater! Sergio Varela and Bernie Bank came to our home because we had received a letter with an offer to replace our HVAC. Our home is only eight years old, but we decided it would be advantageous to replace our units. With savings on the operation and the long guarantee, it made sense to do it now.Both Sergio and Bernie were knowledgeable and professional. Beyond that, they were “real” and someone who we could see as friends. We are having the new systems installed in a few days. Another thing we purchased was to be a member. By doing that we will have on-going maintenance that will prolong the life of the furnace and A/C. We had just replaced our water heater a few weeks before, otherwise we would have purchased that also. At this point, I would certainly recommend Whipple!

Jeff arrived at my house on time, listened, responded to questions, and was polite. There was no talking down to the customer. I chose another company for the installation of my new tankless water heater largely on price and brands offered. The top of the line price was nearly $9,000 and although it was only one option, it was an example of not being price and product competitive across a larger range of tankless heaters. I had three companies visit my home and offer product choices and prices. Whipple simply didn’t come out on top.

We signed up for the yearly membership which seems like a good program. There was a problem with our capacitor which was only two years old but still under warranty. Sergio showed us the photos and explained the issue and was able to swap out the part without another appointment.

I needed to get my HVAC serviced, both of them. They were old outdated units so I called around for estimates. After getting no response and high bids elsewhere I elected to go with Whipple. Sergio came out after I came home from my job and evaluated what I had and presented me with options. I went the economical route and he was able to get us scheduled for a time that worked with my lifestyle. The installers came out and had both units in and running before I came home and then made a trip back to set up the programming and finish some custom work that was needed. Lowell and Louie from Whipple came today to reconnect a hose bib that was somehow disconnected/isolated from the water source during repair of a water-line break at our home earlier this year. They worked the entire day (in very hot weather) tracing the line and digging it out in order to locate, repair, and reconnect it to the water supply. Jessie (manager) came by to check on their progress, make some suggestions, and help them create a supply list to complete the repair. They got the supplies, completed the reconnect/repair, tested it, including putting in an additional valve and new valve box to isolate the hose bib water so it could be shut off independently for any future repair/replace needs. They then refilled all the trenching and restored the landscaping and decorative rock to better than original condition. It looks great. Very happy with their work and their responsiveness. They did this without additional charges. Clearly a five-star response. Thanks Whipple.

We feel so lucky to have had Koren come out and help us with our plumbing issues while to me if felt like i wanted to pull my hair out i am so glad the situation was not worse. Koren took his time explaining the situation, giving us options on how to rectify it while walking us through what he/we were seeing on the camera.He also helped us figure out how all the lines converged together and where, which helped explain some of the issues we were having.I am so grateful for the time he took helping to figure out what was going on, fix it, and educate us with ideas moving forward.From the call to set up the appointment to Koren coming out, Whipple by far has been the best company i have ever dealt with for plumbing issues. I have no doubt that if something else happens in this house from plumbing to HVAC, i know who we will call! Bracken Brown was very thorough and checked to see if anything more could be done for the old water heater (we have been nursing it along) but alas after looking at the anode rod and videoing the inside of the old water heater it could not be saved.He expertly installed our new water heater and explained everything he was doing. He made sure the installation was performed correctly. He vacuumed and cleaned up the work area! He was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Had need of some plumbing repair and contacted oncall at 6 am. They offered a 1-6 window, which was fine, but I let them know I was unavailable for a one hour window within their window. When local dispatch contacted me she had that window reflected and said she would make sure the tech would came after to ensure he had time to finish before my hour of unavailability. Jeff Shuff arrived right on time following my window, assessed the situation and let me know what he would do to clear the issue, which he was able to do quickly. The wife mentioned an issue with one of the toilets so Jeff evaluated it as well and ensured it was performing as expected. Jeff was very professional. Would definitely utilize his services if needed in the future.

I had a technician Jesse Bramasco come to my house to check out a pump that was not working properly. Keep in mind. I called other different companies to come check it out. And they all just wanted to slap me with a brand new pump. But not Jesse. Jesse took the whole thing apart and figured out exactly what was wrong had me running under 15 min! He quoted me on the parts that I needed. I felt so relieved, knowing the extent of work he conducted. I even bought a whole new pump from him and they gave me a discount. Im telling you, call whipple if you need a good plumber, you can trust. They will take care of you and figure out exactly whats wrong with your product. I recommend jessie hes the best. (Element Pluming) and (Dino Pluming) took advantage of me, and Whipple saved me!

After being gone maybe 5 minutes we heard a second knock on the door as he had returned to to provide the full service aka the water treatment as he was a man of his words. It just goes to show he truly cares and made the time for us. We appreciate his above and beyond can do attitude.

Sergio was very thorough and professional. He knew options available. Was knowledgeable about rebates, sizing of equipment and electrical and HVAC.9/10/24. The system went out on a 104 degree day. Very hot. What’s up , paid a lot for this and it doesn’t work. Well called Whipple they were out the next day. Figured out that drain was hooked up incorrectly. Fixed it and put in about 2 hrs. Retuning drain so the pan would not retain water. Apparently the float switch worked as it was supposed to and shut off the blower. Now the water should exit unless the discharge pipe clogs. Thanks Tim for you troubleshooting and repairs.11/18/24. Sergio again solved a problem with dual fuel system. The system did not change from heat pump to furnace so he rewired so system could use the appropriate one. Thanks.11/23/24. No heat John came and fixed blower. Apparently furnace was overheating. Thanks John

After a big leak that cost thousands in restoration, we need Lowell to unhook plumbing for the new countertops to be installed. Very professional! Then, when it was time to install a new faucet, hook up the running water, and the dishwasher, we brought in a handyman. Lowell was willing to coach him through the tricky parts and even list the parts we needed to buy. I couldnt believe how much that helped us get the job done in a timely manner. His follow-up calls show true concern. I sure hope Whipple in Hurricane grows and grows. Ill recommend them!

I am so grateful and impressed with both the service technician (Lowell) and Whipple as a company! I live in Salt Lake and my mom lives in St. George, and her water heater pilot light went out and I tried to explain over the phone how to relight it. It wasnt successful so I thought the igniter needed to be replaced. I called Whipple in Hurricane and made arrangements over the phone for a service call for her. I received a notice they were on their way, then shortly afterwards I received a call from Lowell who told me that he had lit the pilot and there was healthy blue flame. He said there was nothing wrong and it should last for years to come. He also offered to show my mom how to properly re-light it should it go out again. Best of all, he said there was NO CHARGE AT ALL FOR THE SERVICE CALL! I so appreciate how honest this technician was, he could have charged for a new ignitor and I wouldnt have known the difference. I will definitely call Whipple for any needs! Thank you so much!

We had Whipple Plumbing come do an air conditioning tune-up. Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. We called on a Saturday. We were scheduled to have a tech come between 1-6pm on a Monday. We were impressed on their promptness. The day of our appointment, we got a phone call from Whipple around 10:45 a.m., informing us that the tech could come in 40 minutes. It was nice to have the notice and to have the tech come earlier. Jon Bernal was very perfessionally and polite. He walked me through what I needed to do so he could do the tune-up. He made quick but efficient work. Jon gave me advice on how to keep my unit at its top performance. He was very respectful every time he came into our home to perform the check-up. He even went up twice into our crawl space to check for a filter because I asked him about it. Great customer service and friendly staff. We were very happy with the service Jon and the company provided.

I had Whipple come check out my AC unit which the fan seemed to be installed incorrectly by previous company with fan direction opposite of that required (with probable intent to overwork the AC and have it crash so the could sell a new one to us). Sergio Varela quickly went to get a new fan and reverse direction as old one was wired up with reversed polarity (dangerous). It took a few extra hours to get the fan but he was able to fix it before it got unsufferably hot in the house!

Our AC unit stopped working. We called Whipple Service for an appointment. Tim Nielsen was our repair person. Tim was great. He located the leak. I liked the pictures that he took with his tablet to show us the issue. He tried to see if our unit was still under warranty. Unfortunately it was not. Tim was very patient and clearly explained the issue with our broken AC unit. We opted to replace the whole unit due to lack of parts for our not so old AC unit. Jon was quick and efficient, provided summary of the work and reported no issues. Only downside was that the service was scheduled for the morning, but I had to call the office as the technician didn’t show up during the booked timeframe; it would have been nice to receive a call to let me know he was late. Other than that, highly recommended!

Koren was our guy today and his professionalism and skills found out what others could not. A silly leak that had been hidden for 2 years. I watched as he used his iPhone to take several photos untill he could see what the problem is. I understand why this leak had not been found. Thank you, Koran and Whipple Service for the help. Koren was friendly and presented himself in a warm , caring and professional manner. He was truly a Blessing. He was efficient in the use of his time and took great care in his work. I would use him again and again.Three weeks after this post I needed Koren to come out again. I called Kara at the office. She was so kind and accommodating to me. Everyone I have met or spoken to in this company has gone out of their way to help me and be understanding.Koren came back. I asked for him personally. I feel almost like he is a son looking out for his mom or grandma. He’s very tender and sweet with me and always is reassuring and to top it off. Whipple plumber Koren Hughes definitely earned a 5-Star rating with his excellent work on my home in Washington, Utah in May 2024. After the gas company identified a gas valve leak in my 4-year-old water heater, Koren ordered the warranty parts and completed the repair, including a flush, in just two days. He also jumped through the required hoops to make the claim to my home warranty company. I’ve recommended Koren and Whipple to all my neighbors.

Koren did a great job. Not only that but a pretty good guy. But over $600 to sweat on a 3/4 valve wow. ended up charging me $480 which is still a joke, I will never use because of the outrageous price. guess $800 an hr is ok to them. took less than 30 mins.

The owners don’t live here locally so I am assisting them to get the needed repairs done and Marc was able to meet with me right away and take a look at the unit up on the roof.
