We had fantastic service from Lee, arriving late on a Friday afternoon with a loaner sewer grinder pump to get us up and running after our old pump failed. Very knowledgeable on replacement options helping us decide with zero sales pressure. Communication was excellent as was the whole experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

There are not enough good things that can be said about Lee Hixson and his business. The man is incredibly friendly and fair. He does the research necessary for what needs to be done. He takes care and pride in his job site. He is now our plumber for life. He replaced a water pump at a manhole at our property and arranged The Pump Company to come and he replaced the power supply to that pump. He also installed a gravity pump system in our house for better water pressure after the one we had broke. We have a bathroom remodel planned next year and he is our guy. Highly recommended. He makes a person feel like youve known him forever and you are the only person that has his attention.

Sump pump quit pumping. Needed a pro asap. Lee came same day and diagnosed the issue. After reconfiguration of the 1 discharge piping (eliminated blockage potential), he functionally tested the sump pump successfully. I would recommend Lee for fixing any pump related problem.

I needed to have my toilet fixed, because it was always backing up, I had know idea why. I kept using my plunger hoping that, that would fix the problem, but it didnt. I called Complete Pump Service and talked with Lee, to see if he could figure out what the problem was, and evidently it had to do with the pipe leading from my toilet to the a pipe outside. Lee took care of everything, and got it working again. I am Thankful for all that he did to fix the problem. I would definitely use his services again.

Lee is an excellent professional and a nice guy. He installed a sump/grinder in our basement. He was very conscientious throughout the entire process. Our place was left neat and orderly.
